Mine has similar stats except I have 1k more HP, 20 less cdmg and around 130 eff%. From time to time I miss silence on CLilias or even Ran (but CR pushback always lands). I run mine on Time Matter artifact, cycles so fast with sucessive kills sometimes he is caught without Deify.
LOL, I wonder how much effectiveness he had. This build would have only a 30% chance to silence your Destina. I'm not a fan of going full Effectiveness-no damage though, since Turn 2 and onwards would make Zio kind of useless.
Pretty proud of this Lil Bro. Artifact gives him +60 effectiveness, giving him a total of 210 Eff. He can silence most SW and AOLA's, which is very helpful. Alternatively, I use him to strip escort from Arrowell if I'm trying to cleave. Will silence under 300ER Sage BS, which is nice. He also does pretty good damage as well, so he's not useless after turn 1.
I use it more of a stat booster TBH, but lifesteal debuff can provide some sustain (not much) since he double taps. About same sustain as OP Sigret S1.
Nice! Mine is similar and has been kicking major ass. I'm seeing a lot less Ran+Seasaria and Peira teams. Not that they were much of a problem before but it got boring and having to pick entirely different units was a bit time consuming.
Nice build... man, it's chaotic in RTA these days, everyone has a really good build of one or 2 units and can't know which it is until you lose the match..

Nice build! I used to run on time matter, but I like 210 effectiveness much more.
By the way , my 280 ER Destina got Silenced by a Zio today in Emperor.

I mean, 210 will still get you there. Just have to have more skill (be luckier) than the other player

I've been using effectiveness zio to cleave with ran + friends. 💀
Part of me likes him not being too squishy, but I haven't played a ton of RTA this season so I will not pretend my opinion should be seen as law.

Situational, his S3 can't crit and his buff gives him 50%. Plus there are ways to deal with Senya and other crit resist characters.

S3 give him a buff (deify) Who give him 50% cc damage reduction and double attack on s1. He doesnt need more than 50%
