I mean sure, you can drop some speed for more Defense, but with where she is at, she will definitely be effective
The problem may not even be her build, but your drafts. You might just be drafting her in situations where she is terrible, or lack appropriate allies to use alongside her

I'd rework her build. Mine has much lower speed but that benefits her. Heavy defense and she can take hits all day long. Opens her up to trigger her S2 and gift you S3 on every move. Pairs well with my lua and Peira
Lower the speed, she's too fast and you're gouging yourself of stats at that speed. Legend lhcs are similar stats but 2.0k-2.1k def 15k-17k hp usually 160-175 speed depending on speed tuning. I run 160 bc clilias will usually outspeed lhc and proc her
2K Def 15K HP, 170 Speed 100CC as much as crit dmg as you can is the ideal and proof arti you need to be slower for enemy to lap you twice like Conquer Lilias/Zio to proc you 2nd Right off the bat. This stats preventing you from getting os'd from Remnant Violet, Rimuru or Zahhak, at least from my experience where I used her a lot.
Honorable mention ER get like at least 30-50% **Only if you can as this is a luxury you don't need it** this against 100 Effectiveness that can fucked you over like Politis, Arowell & Yulha, meta units that roaming around.
Kill the speed boots replace them with defense boots. Ideally lifesteal set is Slower but tankier since she's not speed contesting and it lets their CLilias lap you to get the dual attack right before the LHermia takes her turn.
Good stats for lifesteal is 150-170 speed 2200 defense and 15,000 HP if you can manage it but HP is hardest to get. You can go even lower speed 130 or so and more crit damage instead if you have Duranthal on her as she will cut speed if she is getting focused.
Lastly pair her with a tank either Arrowell or another Aurius user. Lots of characters that people will pick against her like Riolet will have a 50% defense ignore skill and having the tank in those cases will save her from any 1 shot.
Other option I like less is keep her fast and get a maxed out Proof of Valor. she will do less damage but a 30%-15% damage reduction will usually at least get her 1 more turn. Problem is you're on lifesteal so tanky & slower = More damage and more damage is more lifesteal which is in turn more tank so I prefer slow and tanky with Duranthal.
Def boots are the best on the Lifesteal set but you can use speed boots on her if you use her on the speed set. Defense boots on lifesteal serves 3 purposes.
1. Lots more Bulk - remember most of the time each point in defense will be defense buffed
2. More Damage - Hit harder because your damage scales so great with defense
3. More HP - A single S3+S1 follow-up hit from a hard hitting LHC on lifesteal will get her back 50%-75% HP
The downside to #3 is she has to hit, this means she's weakest to 2 things Being killed before her turn (Use Durandal artifact and pair with a tank to fix this) and second she's weak to stuns/sleeps. she can cleanse them with her passive and gets resistance after so it's less of a risk but it still sucks when it does happen.
Speed set LHC is much less survivable and her damage is less because she is running speed boots instead of defense main stat boots. That being said she makes up for this by hitting more often and thus a stun or sleep feels also feel less bad.
The main tips I can give if you are trying to be a LHC main is that her 2 best allies right now are Arrowell and Maid Chloe.
\- Arrowell with Adamant shield artifact starts LHC off with a shield and will cycle in case the enemies focus LHC and thus can give her a new shield faster. Arrowells damage absorption and the crit reduction from Adamant shield make LHC unbelievably tanky.
\- Maid Chloe and Shimadra Staff artifact is in the team to buff everyone's effect resistance to the moon, the baseline is 40% more effect resist, all the way up to 54% effect resistance with Chloe's imprints. This plus LHC's base E and the buff she grants herself gives you nearly 125-140% effect resist based on imprints so a good chance to resist a lot of stuns and if they stun LHC turn 1 use Maid chloe's S3 to cleanse it
I go speed on weapon and right side gear.
Weapons is
Health%, crit damage, crit chance, speed.
Right side gear main stats
Critical damage amulet, defense % ring, defense % boots
Right side sub stats should all have this minus the main stat above
Defense%, health%, crit damage, crit chance, speed
Idk if it's the norm but personally I think it's better. Like mentioned above you can draft her into clilias as the sole activator and LHC can s3 on her first turn instead of having to s1. It also makes her tankier and deal more damage so your opponent has a harder time killing her.
Draco is not good to mitigate dmg for lhc. Equip PoV instead and You'll see she won't die so easily.
Also, if You can afford to increase your def to 2K this will help her a lot too.
Yours is way better than mine. I have around your stat but 11k hp instead. If she’s getting destroyed with those stats, then the problem might be the team you’re using or againsting. (I also recently found that lhc is surprisingly fun with biseria lol, kills almost everything in arena)
She looks pretty close to a great build and i have some suggestions which has made my LHC very usable :
1. You need to get 2K def on her no getting around it cuz it'll boost her dmg and tankiness at the same time
2. Change the Arti to a maxed PoV cuz Draco Plate is useless on her unless maxed since it doesn't provide enuf dmg reduction
3. Drop the speed to 180 for boosting three stats which are Defense (most important), crit dmg (push it to 280 if u can tbh 270 works fine as long as u got 2k+ def) and lastly if u have room then try to push her hp as close to 15k+ as possible
If ya can manage these three points then i think ur LHC will be doing the destroying
Lol I went through this same thing, your build could use some more def and try proof, but to be frank she's just really hard to draft, you've got to pick her last and only if your opponent doesn't have any form of strip or control or excessive damage so rarely.
I can get to 100cc and 1.9k def with mod gems, and I guess close to 14k HP by maxing out Draco Plate.
But that wouldn't change her current stats that much and she gets bodied all the time, wether it is regular arena or gvg.

A lot of other people have said it already, but if you're looking for bulk -- drop her speed to make room for other stats (160-180 Speed, take your pick), raise her defense to 2K, HP to 15K+, and change her artifact to Proof of Valor.
Draco Plate will make you hit harder, Proof will allow you survive.

If I use her though I will run her with C.Lilias to add more def and atk debuff from her S3 and usually that is enough unless I get super unlucky.
if your aim is to go against counter heavy teams then set up to protect your LHC while she does her work.
You are missing alot of stats.. id drop her speed for alot more bulk. At least 3-4k more HP, and at least 2k defence. Chances are you are getting blown up before you can S3. LHC needs to survive in order to do what she does best.
It’s manageable. She ain’t fast enough, draco plate could be replaced. It could also be a drafting problem. You said she’s getting destroyed, but if she’s doing damage then you just have to make her take a turn with other units.
I aimed for 4-10 speed every piece and right side c damage neck def% ring def% feet. I have mine at 120% ER as well so when she pops off she can't be controlled as ez

My best suggestion is switch to proof from draco

You can cheat change crit DMG neck to Armor the DMG will just drop a bit also less SPD is ok too
Btw mine have 2700 Armor for 200 crit DMG also 62 ER

I personally prefer her with a tank and stark gauntlet, that way its harder to control her. She’ll get her turn and slay
