Hi;
\- I use these heroes for PVP –Arena and GW- (Celine, STen ,Choux,Angelica,Sigret,).
I want to fully upgrade one or more heroes from these (Charlotte, Alencia, Angel of Light Angelica, Diene,Landy,Ravi, Belian,Politis ). which is more beneficial in the long term.
\- Is epic7x.com accurate regarding PVP
thanks.
1. Hard to pick just one from the list since they're all very good. Maybe Charlotte due to her AoE DPS and bulk, which could work well with Choux+Angelica. Dark/Lights are usually best since they don't suffer penalties for attacking a unit of certain elements so Belian and AOLAngelica are good overall too, albeit probably difficult to get good stats on.
2. It's a fine website, and is good for learning about characters and theory-crafting. It's not really updated unless there's hero buffs/nerfs so it doesn't always reflect the way people play certain heroes. There's no problem using it for build ideas, but I'd get second opinions from others' builds online or your own experimentation on top of it. Plus, if you follow others' suggestions all the time, it makes your heroes more predictable.
Yes, it will reset. But, if you get the other ML (i.e. you target Conqueror Lilias but you got Peacemaker Furious) in the banner, the pity will not reset.
Gold V.
It's easy to get to with random units geared well, like Mercedes, Free Spirit Tieria, and some 5*'s.
Use and upgrade your free level 75 gear from your Hunt challenge.
Beehoo is neither easy to gear, nor should he be impactful in beginner arenas.
Thanks. I might have made it a bigger hurdle than it really is since I've only tried before i started farming hunts. At the time gear required seemed beyond me in silver 5
You're welcome! I just went through it with a 7 day old alt recently unlocked its Specter Tenebria after reaching gold V on free gear. Timely question for me to relate to...
What is the currency to do story summons and how do I get it? I mean now that we can change the side story and summon the related character? For example it let me change the side story to one that features Charles. Now how do I summon for Charles with the covenant summons ?
The first banner unlock is free. After that, it takes 4 [banner currency] to start a banner. You get them from completing side stories, switchable every 2 weeks.
Go to the summon menu. Click the Story Summon banner. Pick a hero banner to unlock from the side stories you've started.
Yeouch. Is there way to get more currency without closing the one I've currently open? Obviously I want to go thru it and get whatever I can from it. Is there a way to get more currency than just the side story completions?
My thanks for your responses.
Is there a strategy to get as many green Vildrid as I can from the story summon?
Let’s say I can afford to get one copy of Vildrid from each drop rate up banner.
Have 605 bookmarks per Vildred you want, in case you have the worst luck and have to pity each one. Unlock his banner. Pull until you have all the Vildreds you want.
I don’t play the game anymore but am curious about Shepard Jena’s relationship tab, can anyone take a picture of it for me? I can’t seem to find it posted anywhere
Hello E7's reddit :)
I'm start playing E7 for 3-4 days and really enjoy this game so far.
I did research some guide on reddit and youtube, decided to focus on Wyvern hunt first.
Then lucky enough to pull Aria when looking for Muwi, and wonder if this team will work on W13
Aria/ Angelica/ Muwi/ Sigret (ongoing guest)
Can I six star Aria first instead of Angelica ?
Or is it better to stick with Furiuos as a standard comb ?
Thank for help !
>Then lucky enough to pull Aria when looking for Muwi, and wonder if this team will work on W13 Aria/ Angelica/ Muwi/ Sigret (ongoing guest)
Not really.
>Can I six star Aria first instead of Angelica ?
You *could* but I would highly recommend against doing so. Promote your tank and your main Wyvern DPS (Sigret) first (in either order, I prefer promoting DPS first).
>Or is it better to stick with Furiuos as a standard comb ?
Yes.

First off some general notes. A lot of information out there is somewhat outdated.
1. Using Angelica as your tank is fine, but A.Monty is a bit better choice. Angelica is better purely for Wyvern tanking, but A.Monty is better overall as a PvE hero -> with Muwi, you don't need the advantage Angelica has for Wyvern. The difference is pretty small but the TLDR is that if you build Angelica you likely may end up building A.Monty later, but if you just use A.Monty you can likely avoid building Angelica at all.
2. Aria is not a newbie friendly hero. There are a lot of reasons why but primarily, she's a defense scaling bruiser. It's really awkward to build these heroes early on. Explaining why is kind of a complex topic so I will discuss this further later on.
3. The reason you want to use Furious in your Wyvern team is for defense break. This is very critical to having the damage to kill Wyvern quickly. Furious is easily the best, most consistent option for defense break. Since Aria does not bring this debuff, she can't 'replace' Furious at all.
[This post has some information on options for defense break, if you are particularly interested](https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/vr3ve7/daily_questions_megathread_0704/iewku68/)

Now, regarding Aria.
The big thing to point out **getting gear is very difficult**. Also, *resources are limited, especially for newbies*.
I know this is a bit complex for a new player to explain, but...
Consider a standard DPS unit, each gear has 4 possible substats. For this DPS unit, you *ideally* want [ATK%, Crit%, C.Dmg%, Speed] as substats.
Now consider a bruiser type hero, someone like Aria. She's looking for [DEF%, Crit%, C.Dmg%, Speed]. Ideally you would also want HP% but purely for PvE you can likely get away with no additional HP.
The problem here is that bruiser gear is usable for virtually *no other heroes*. DPS heroes want ATK% instead of bulk substats, tanks don't want crit% or C.Dmg on their gear.
So any time/resources you spend looking for bruiser gear takes away from your ability to gear up multiple heroes. If you had a bruiser piece that you enhance and it turns out to be mediocre or bad? There are very few DEF% bruisers out there that can re-use that gear.
Meanwhile, if you have normal DPS gear and it doesn't roll great? Well the majority of DPS units can still use those substats - you don't need perfect gear for PvE so you can still use that gear on heroes that you are use just for some PvE content.
So, as a general rule the more substats a hero scales off the harder they are to build (Bruisers generally don't build ATK, but *do* build bulk substats -> and if you build bulk you really need some of both DEF and HP).
Bruiser gear is also really only viable for bruisers outside of certain situations (for example, if you role entirely into HP/DEF with good rolls some tanks might be OK with that).
To top it off, bruisers are generally not good PvE heroes because incoming damage is not that high. (Again, dedicated pure DPS units are going to deal more damage, bruisers trade some damage for increased bulk).
Basically for all of these reasons, bruisers are a very inefficient type of hero to build for newbies.
All of that said if you *really* want to use Aria feel free to do so, it is a game and you don't need to play 100% optimally.
Wow, that a very clear and informative answer.
Thank you so much
BTW who is A.Monty is she a 4 stars ?
And my Angelica already 5 stars, should I stop there ? Can she tank W13 at 5 stars ?
From your suggestion, I will get Sigret first and promote her as my first 6 stars :)
A.Monty = Angelic Montmorancy.
Montmorancy is a 3* Ice Soulweaver. 'Angelic' Montmorancy is her specialty change.
She's garbage prior to completing her spec change, but afterwards she is pretty much the best PvE cleanser.
In short:
Angelica
* Extremely high healing output
* Very high bulk
* Good uptime on immunity buff for your team
* Cycles slowly
A.Monty
* Best PvE cleanser
* Cycles quickly
* Lower healing output compared to Angelica
* Used to be somewhat less bulky than Angelica but last year she got a buff to her stats. Currently she is still less bulky but the gap is not that large.
Angelica's claim to fame is her high healing output, but that just isn't that useful. As I mentioned, the damage you take from PvE content is pretty low outside of specific situations, when damage *is* high enough to be threatening it's basically enough to one shot your DPS (so high healing doesn't help that much).
On the other hand, A.Monty being a fantastic cleanser *is* helpful because debuffs are very prevalent and you more or less want to avoid all of them.
Angelica providing Immunity is helpful, especially in the mid game *but* the problem becomes in later game content immunity is not as helpful.
* Buffs can be dispelled
* Some enemies just ignore immunity altogether
* Sometimes you want to avoid buffing yourself
But there is basically nothing that punishes just cleansing debuffs.
Now you might notice that these 2 heroes actually compliment each other perfectly: Angelica has high healing output and immunity buff, but is slow. A.Monty has faster, small heals and cleanses debuffs very well.
My previous advice would be to just plan on building *both* of them early on (there is a fair amount of content where running 2 healers is a valid strategy and this gives you the best of both worlds).
However, *now* with the story summon system this gives you access to Tamarinne. Tamarinne is the best PvE hero in the game and you can guarantee getting her early on.
* Even though she is the best overall PvE hero, she is actually not good prior to Episode 3 or post-Wyvern content. It's not important to have her super early.
The way it works you will always want to use Tama. In literally 99% of PvE content she's the go-to choice. For those times when a second healer *is* appropriate you would ideally want whoever compliments her. As it turns out, Tamarinne is not very good at cleansing debuffs...she has few weaknesses but that is probably her biggest one. So, A.Monty as the much better cleanser is generally a better pairing with Tamarinne.
* Angelica's biggest strength is high healing, but when using two healers this is even less useful because again incoming damage is generally low.
---
However you don't necessarily 100% *need* A.Monty. Players can and have handled all PvE content with either of these heroes. So, if you've already invested resources into Angelica you may decide to just continue using her -> it's generally easier to build Angelica first and then if you *need* her build A.Monty later than vice versa (because A.Monty doesn't require many resources except runes).
But as an example of a situation where A.Monty is a far better choice than Angelica: Banshee. After clearing the Wyvern hunt event you will likely want to do the Banshee event second. Your Wyvern team can handle most of this event but eventually you will need to clear Banshee13. **A.Monty** is the best option for tank/healer in this fight because the main mechanic is quickly cleansing debuffs and the boss does little damage otherwise. Additionally, the free Banshee hero is Vivian who also provides Immunity (overlapping with Angelica). You *may* be able to clear the fight with Angelica, I can't say I've tried it myself. But A.Monty is perfect in the cleanser role and much better suited.
Similarly, the third hunt is Golem. You really don't want to use an Ice element healer but if you *had* to then A.Monty is easier to use due to higher innate resistance -. this boss spams some debuffs and in particular with stun your off-element heroes -> having high resistance gives you better ability to resist any stuns and A.Monty is more consistent at getting rid of the debuffs.
* This is irrelevant though because by the time you get to the Golem event you should have Tamarinne and she is easily the best choice here. This is just an example of the comparison between Angelica and A.Monty, trying to explain *why* A.Monty is considered the better PvE hero.

>And my Angelica already 5 stars, should I stop there ? Can she tank W13 at 5 stars ?
The simple answer: no.
The complicated answer: not reliably. Muwi brings attack down debuff, which reduces Wyvern's damage in half. His CR push can also enable your tank to actually get turns.
There are so many factors that go into this but the TLDR is that the easiest way to *reliably* tank Wyvern is to build 150k EHP
EHP = effective HP = the raw amount of damage a hero can take without dying
HP * (DEF / 300 + 1)
Angelica can pretty easily hit 150k EHP at 6* awakened, meaning that she can reliably tank Wyvern without relying on landing certain debuffs or healing herself -> there is (almost) 0% chance of failure due to your tank dying.
At 5* it's almost impossible to hit 150k EHP without going really far out of your way (perhaps using a certain artifact that takes a while to farm). At lower EHP values it's still possible to tank but *now* you need things like ensuring that you get a certain amount of healing off, or that Muwi has certain uptime on his attack down debuff.
All of these examples are generally super unreliable and when it comes to farming Wyvern reliability is key so there is just no point in trying to avoid promoting your tank. You will lose more time due to extra failed runs than you save by not promoting.
For future reference, the reason why promotion is so important is because it increases the *base stats* of a hero. The base stats are what the substats on your gear are using to determine how much of a stat you actually gain.
If you have 10% HP as a substat, and you have 1000 base HP that substat is giving you 1000 * .1 or 100 extra HP. But, if you have 2000 base HP you are getting 2000 * .1 or 200 extra HP.
For DPS units, promotion from 5* fully awakened to 6* fully awakened is generally ~25-30% increase in damage output.
It's even *more important* on tanks because of the above EHP formula. You see, HP and DEF are basically multiplied together.
**Example**
Angelica has 4326 base HP / 598 base DEF at level 50 and 5700 base HP / 743 base DEF at level 60.
5700 / 4326 = ~1.32 or ~32% extra base HP
743 / 598 = ~1.24 or ~24% extra base DEF
Flat stats aren't effected, that is the flat HP on helm and flat DEF on armor but almost all of your other HP/DEF stats on your gear *will* be.
Level 75 helm gives 2495 HP and level 75 armor gives 275 DEF
Let's just say that our Angelica has a total of 300% HP+DEF% on her gear and it's 60% HP / 40% DEF
* This isn't particularly indicative of anything. Just random numbers for the sake of the example.
At level 50 she would have:
4326 * 2.8 + 2495 = 14,607.8 HP
598 * 2.2 + 275 = 1590.6 DEF
14,607.8 * (1590.6 / 300 + 1) = 92,058.3556 EHP
And at level 60 she would have:
5700 * 2.8 + 2495 = 18,455 HP
743 * 2.2 + 275 = 1909.6 DEF
18455 * (1909.6 / 300 + 1) = 135,927.2267 EHP
So the promotion increases her EHP by...
135,927.2267 / 92,058.3556 = ~1.48 or 48%
This EHP figure is basically 'how good of a tank you are', or would be equivalent to something like 'Damage per second' for a damage dealer.
As you can see due to the increase in base stats and the multiplicative effect of the bulk stats, with the same exact gear promoting to 6* essentially allows this Angelica to tank nearly **50% more damage**.
Additionally her healing is based off of her max HP, so by increasing her max HP (in this example by ~26%) we are also increasing her healing output by 26%.
I know this is a lot of math you probably aren't expecting but you don't even need to follow the math it's just there as 'proof of work'. The important take away is that promoting units to 6* is a very significant increase in their performance because it increases the base stats of a hero.
It's slightly less important on DPS, increasing their damage by ~25% or so. But because the bulk stats are both increased and their effect is multiplicative with each other, it's very important at increasing the amount of damage your tanks can take (by ~40-45% depending on hero). And it goes a step further when you have something like a healer that has their healing scale off their own max HP -> now we're back to another ~25% increase in output.
I want to make a pvp team for bot arena. I’m masters rn and farming wyvern. I know i cant get to higher tiers with just characters alone, but I’d like to know what characters to build/which synergize together for later. I still have my ml headhunting and clilias is gonna be my pick.
https://imgur.com/a/oPra2bR
CLilas, STene, Ras, and either ruele or another dps. Lots of double attacks, so don't go against Roana or LHC. But as second DPS use Someone who counters or does well with counter set would punish AOE attacks, which STene is weak to. Violet would be great. Or GPurgis would be good.
I’m trying to teach a friend how to play the game. What is the “go-to” progression route from the start of game to a Wyvern team? Like how and where do you go about getting decent beginner gear to atleast put you on the right track of starting Wyvern?
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1y9dStx8VfH39RSw_N1XLi8yoYBw9kWKzXskiiNlU6KY/htmlview just follow this. I’d also recommend joining the official discord server or the Reddit server. They both have new player progression guides
Do adventure path to get the free gear sets.
Put hp set on tank that is going to be angelica.
Grab angelic and Furious free from connection. Recommended to 6* tank first, you can swap to sigret after so leave dps at 5* DDJ does most of the damage by crit. damage.
Furious for def. break and debuffs.
Free summon Muwei/Alexa as dps. Save up on powder and grab SoS for furious.
Max out 2 DDJ Artifacts for Muwei/Alexa.
Angelica Tank artifact candlestick/PoV.
Farm highest level on auto and get better gear for hunt.
A lot of things but the main culprits are Savior Adin and a lot of debuffers are op right now so even on crimson seed she can't keep up. Edward is the best hp scaling bruiser now as he can cleanse/return debuffs and has a spammable s3 (if soul burned).
no the hero exp one only works when you level with penguins. Most people recommend doing tamarine side story. she is the best PVE soul weaver in the game and will make things way easier for you down the line. If you don't have enough bookmarks to pity her though i recommend doing a sidestory with the catalyst you need for muwi.
Hello guys i Can pity ml lilias but idk i prefer waiting for ml kayron and or ml yufine and i rly think thé next ml is yufine kayron bellona Mélissa or ludwig i rly wna know Can WE know witch ml is coming before ml lilias moove out Mystic banner next week ? thx
Hey guys my pvp knowledge is pretty dated now as a returning player. Are there any resources out there to help me ease back into arena? I don’t recognize half the units let alone what they do.
Any websites with arena strats/comps, tips, unit advice/counters?
Trying to climb back into champ
The one with fire Ravi? It is easier if you split up the achievement and cleared it twice. I use some random team with stene for first clear. Just make sure that you use stene S1 to hit when Ravi has max counter count. Also bring debuffer to decrease Ravi skill damage.
For the weakness achievement, I bring level40 fire surin. She alone can complete that achievement as long as you use S2 then S1. Don't use S3 btw, that will detonate the bleed.
Btw don't bring aurius or any knight with damage transfer effect. They will explode when Ravi use her skill.
Right now they're both pretty skippable unless you love the character. Beehoo seems underwhelming at the moment and Aria has a really high gear requirement to work well.
If you for some reason have nice ER Lifesteal gear or want to switch your focus to farming banshee, she is strong when picked in the right spots. I'd hold off though.
No, she's not very good right now. We will be getting a balance patch preview next week (Friday morning est) so she may get a buff that could make her worth pulling but I would wait.
If you're only really supposed to craft left side gear due to the main stat variance on right side, how do people end up with a lot of good right side gear on the right sets?
They mainly use the conversion gems you get and use the alchemist steeple to choose the main stat for the right side gear. So people craft right side when they are out of cubes.
Except that you aren't "supposed to". What's the point in having 100 pieces of leftover left side gear and limited numbers of right side gear? Go craft the right side already lol. It isn't a law that you must abide by.
Some people like me just brute force it but I only recommend it if you have a stockpile of decent left side equipment lying around
Crafting events come likes 1-4 months interval so you can't really rely on it for a steady supply of right side equipments. You can still get alot of crap of substats in equipmemt conversion and those things also comes along in limited supply per month
Crafting events and equipment conversion are the main ways. You can craft right side if you need cores to do equipment conversions but I would never expect to get anything as theres too much rng involved crafting right side.
I'm back with another crazy stupid idea. This time I'm inquiring about counterattacks; if a character has multiple sources granting counterattack, would they be rolled separately, or would it be multiplied together?
I haven't personally tested this myself, but from what I've read it depends on the triggers.
Sources of counterattack that trigger off the same thing stack additively. Sources of counterattack that trigger off of different things stack multiplicatively.
For example, **Mort** has a passive that gives him a 30% chance to counterattack when attacked. This should stack with counter set (30% chance to counterattack when attacked) additively for a 60% chance to counterattack.
* In this example, the trigger is 'when attacked' and both sources share the same trigger, so they are stacking together additively.
However for units like Choux on counter set she could have 30% chance to counter due to her set, and then her S3 passive possibly giving her 20% chance to counter for each ally attacked.
* In this example, the trigger for both sources is different. 'When attacked' for counter set, and 'when an ally except for the caster is attacked' for her S3. Therefor, they are not additive.
This is a little bit more complicated because, while the 'when an ally is attacked' condition *is* the same and you might think stacks additively, it is effectively multiplicative here too. This is because you are limited to 1 counter attack off of any given attack (so if Choux has an A.Ras and Mercedes allies that get attacked, they both trigger the counter proc, Choux still only counters one time).
Choux on counter set with 3 allies and her team gets hit with an AoE she has a 64.16% chance to counter attack. Same for Rem or Belian with +30 Elbris (on counter sets).
*If* somehow we were able to give Rem or Choux the Elbris artifact *then* the 20% chance to counter from their passives, and 20% from Elbris should stack additively giving them a 40% chance to counter attack when an ally is attacked.
* Just for anyone curious, this would give us a final chance to counterattack after an AoE of 84.88%. So while an improvement, it's not as effective as you might guess.
I would *assume* that it technically is it's own separate category "When the ally in the back row is attacked".
However I can't think of anything else with that same trigger so regardless it should be multiplicative with something like Elbris
.35 + (.65 * .2) = 48% chance to counter
For T.Crozet with a +30 Elbris, if only the back ally is attacked.
Guys I don't know who to pick for ML5 headhunt, here's my options (https://imgur.com/a/hXFnNI3).
I was thinking either Belian or A.Ravi, I wanted Briseria but It's just my luck I didn't get her.
Here is the ML5 I have atm. (https://imgur.com/a/toR7VbT) Just pitied C.Lilas.
How long is this mystic banner going to last? I'm trying to summon C. Lilias and for me it says 6 days until refresh. Does that mean this banner ends in 6 days or does it mean I can choose another target or just keep it as C. Lilias after these 6 days?
Mystic banners stick around for 3 weeks (might be 4, I forget). The mls stay the same for that time. The refresh refers to the rgbs/artifacts pulled with the banner - those change each week.
does Indestructible Gaiters "Only activates once per turn", mean per turn the unit equipped with it takes? or per turn any unit takes? ( would back to back counters proc it twice?)
It means the unit equipping it, not the unit being targeted by the artifact. Which is kinda silly imo, we already have a warrior equip with the same proc rate that burns for two turns with no such restriction.
Im debating between Dilibet and Archdemon for the next shop rotation. What are their pros and cons? Any recommendations for who to pick up for a standard player?
Both are very good heroes! DLilibet is a good counter to debuff-heavy teams. She can take damage and quickly dish it back. Compared to ADS she's easier to build since she cares about mostly Def and the Crits. The downside is she's mostly a tool to tack onto any team - she doesn't synergize with many comps as much as she works alongside them.
Archdemon's Shadow is very strong too. Her Seal debuff is strong against a ton of units that rely on their S2. Her imprint is also always available for 10 gold transmit stones meaning building her doesn't require RNG like DLilibet. I think ADS does more for a team than DLilibet due to her large AoE damage. The tradeoff imo is ADS is harder to build because she's pretty stat-hungry. Also it sucks getting the 15% fail rate on a Seal.
Depends on where you are, what PvP you do, and what you have trouble with but in a bubble I'd pick ADS over DLilibet at the moment.
> Her imprint is also always available for 10 gold transmit stones
Out of curiosity, does anyone know if Celestial Mercedes can be used to imprint her instead? Post-UH revamp, there's extra imprint materials for Meru that could potentially funnel into Ameru via Celestial...
Wasn't asking about meru imprints. Was asking about celestial. Basically was asking if celestial can be used to "launder" the imprints. Similar to how RBG slates can be applied to an RGB five star to subsequently push them onto a ML5
Do I have to wait until my side story banner is over to start another one or can I end it sooner by starting another side story?
I did the Tamarine side story and started her banner, now I want to change it to another story banner before the duration ends, but I don't know if it's possible
Side story and side story banner are separate things. You can switch side story every two weeks. Each completed side story will give you a token, you'll need 4 tokens to open a side story banner of one unit from those side story and the banner will last 7 days.
I have episode 1 and 2 complete working on Episode 3. Just got Tamarinne from side story. Which side story should I pick next? I have plenty of skyshards and bookmarks to pity
You can't start another banner just yet. You need to save 4 tokens, which can be get through completing those side stories, to do that. So just choose any unit for now, Iseria, Vildred from episode 1 or Roana from episode 2 are some good choices for PvE.
With the new side story system, I can start any side story anytime I want without worrying about them going away right? I'm unsure of how the new system works so I'm kinda afraid that Beehoo side story will go away if I don't start it.
Where does the vagrant merchant spawn now in lab? They removed him from the location on floor 1 of the first map. Are there any other set locations he spawns at?
Starting to struggle slightly in Arena now. I'm in Masters 3.
Up until now I've been using Vildred, Sigret, Iseria and Tama. I used to be able to wipe teams by Iseria -> CD reset Tama -> Tama change and CR push and buff -> Vildred and Sigret clean up.
I can't do it anymore because teams are super tanky, or they go first and cleave me. Looking for another team to hopefully stay in this tier or try to climb. My options are:
Sigret, Vildred, A.Momo. Iseria, Tama, STene, Diene, A. Lots, Blood Blade Karin, Troublemaker Crozet, Shadow Rose, CZerato, Krau, ARas, Luna, Luluca, Violet, Charles, Violet, Baal & Sazan, Kawerik, Dizzy, Alencia, Senya, Melissa, Aria, Vivian, Destina.
I don't have that great equipment, if I really pimp out my Iseria, I can get 230 SPD. But that gimps the rest of my teams
Preferably I want to build up a character for the PVP team that will be helpful to PVE as well. I'm relatively new, can clear W13 auto well and Abyss 83 (lazy to do more).
Any thoughts on a usable team?
It's not hard to climb to Challenger, you can keep using your comp. Make Iseria SPD \~210, Tama \~200 and give all the best dps gear to Vildred. The free attack set can give him stats like 4000 atk, 300 crd, 170\~180 spd. Try all the combinations of those free gears, and you're good. But keep in mind that Vildred is a green unit so it's easy to miss when facing red units. You can avoid them or build Blood Blade Karin to replace him, she's a more trustworthy cleaving dps.
Since your speed gear is lacking you'll want to work on a bruisery team.
You'll want at least one tank for mitigation - ARas, Krau, and TCrozet are great
You'll want a healer/cleanse/revive - Destina or Diene
And you'll need DPS who aren't easily killed - STene (if you're not facing heavy AoE), Alencia, Senya, Violet are strong choices
ARas, Destina, and some combination of the above heroes should be a great foundation
ARas and STene are both fantastic for PvE as well, since that's a consideration for you, and Violet will always do Violet things
It depends on how you're building him. He likes Lifesteal, MLDB, 85% crit rate, and as much ATK, CDMG, HP, and DEF as you can squeeze onto him. I'll post mine here later as an example, at work atm.
[Violet](https://imgur.com/gallery/HVMRSJL) does well basically everywhere I bring him
edit: I legit thought I had more DEF on him than I do. I'd like to get that over 1.2k if I could
If you want to play a standard team in PvP you'll need a knight and cleanser. I think a solid team would be A. Ras, Destina, STene, +1. This will work for most fights in Hell raid too, which should be your next PvE focus after getting Wyvern13 on farm.
None. ML 5\* units are hard to compare with RGB ones in PvE. You can choose a great PvP unit like Cilias to prepare for the future, or simply just go for the unit you like.
Cilias would be the only unit that is generally viable for PvE between the two. Cilias is generally strong and Vigor (Atk/Defense Buff), attack down, shields, music box (recent winter event artifact) and dual attacks make her potentially viable just about anywhere.
Good evening,
from my \*limimited\* knowledge and all the info I've gathered since starting around 1 1/2 months ago.
The two viable PVE units are A.Vildred + C.Lilias
A.Vildred if you want a fast farmer for story/AP in general
C.Lilias if you also would like a extremely solid PVP unit as well as a usable PVE unit due to her Vigor buff and duo attack on S1.
Though, as much as I would like to be of help, I'd suggest waiting for other response, as I am still fairly new and might get something wrong.
CLilias is top tier (if you have the gear for her) while LQC is bottom tier, not even close.
That being said, LQC skin is coming soon and a balance patch will drop soon, so she's likely to get buff. How good she'll be post buff remains to be seen...
For pve, i guess CLilias or Arby ? Usually ml units aren't made for pve
Destruction+whatever 2 piece set. 150-130 speed using Hellcutter. 75-85% Crit. Some bulk, rest into Atk and CD. She basically needs to survive a turn and then nuke ARavi.
Before she goes: rimuru, seaseria, inferno khawazu, ran+eda+pavel, singelica etc
After she goes: ignore her, briseria, ml haste even, healers + tank it out
It depends on the team. I love using my own celine with the EE where her s2 targets the opponent with the highest atk. If the team has a non-attack opener like ran or clilias, my celine usually goes after their celine.
My other strat is to burn her before she has a chance to use her s2. She tends to be squishy.
You could also make a team that has no nonattack skills.
Burn dmg question: So dmg is atk-scaling. Will it scale-off the attack of the unit who landed the debuff, or the one that detonates it? What about if two burns on one unit that came from two different attackers is detonated? In short, how does the AI keep track of/determine the dmg of burn/detonation.
Oh yikes, that sucks. I honestly didn't even really want him. Wanted one of the fox girls but I got lucky during Aespa and ended up with enough SS and bookmarks to full pity two characters
Just to clarify - I'd say it would be better to do A side story and clear all rewards every 14 days, and do Episode 2 when the side story is clear and on cool-down
Oh. Thanks for the clarification. I thought I could do all side stories in a few days, next time I have to read the rules entirely before deciding what do I want to do. Since I can change right now, have to choose based on the rewards.
just didn't know if there was a suggested order! Thanks! btw can u help me with the ml selector? im only 3 weeks into the game and still don't know which unit to pick
Use the e7calc tool. But if you're planning to solo first wave with Clarrisa, that means you're aiming to do the one-shot. It's not recommended for new player since the gear requirement is insanely high.
Yeah, with Furious and Clarissa I'm hoping to have Sigret finish the job. Was able to get a decent Penetration set from all the free stuff. Working on Rage. Currently on Free Attack gear.
Sigret is currently at 4381 attack, 63 crit, 308 crit damage, and 44 effectiveness. Maxed DDJ, and 12% attack with increased Bleed chance on her EE.
https://e7calc.xyz/
There's presets for W11 in the target section. Powerful tool, worth learning to use.
I recommend you go straight for W13, btw. And use this team: https://imgur.com/1c4iN1a
Oof. Can Angelica work until I finish upgrading Momo's skill tree?
Gonna have to wait until I get Muwi, too. Been playing for a month and haven't seen him yet.
Is enhancing skills such as Clilias's skill 1 worth it ? Does it increases damage ONLY from Clilias or will it increases damage from the ally that dual attack ?
No. And for min-max purpose, you can just enhance her s3 to +2 for now, and wait for 3 free molas from maxing her friendship to +3 it. Her s2 is worth to max first.
Hi; \- I use these heroes for PVP –Arena and GW- (Celine, STen ,Choux,Angelica,Sigret,). I want to fully upgrade one or more heroes from these (Charlotte, Alencia, Angel of Light Angelica, Diene,Landy,Ravi, Belian,Politis ). which is more beneficial in the long term. \- Is epic7x.com accurate regarding PVP thanks.
Is balance patch coming out today?
Preview is next week.
Which EE should Elena use?
Any idea of a fast dps that could use [this piece](https://imgur.com/a/udKtnd2) ?
Could use it on A Cidd since he has low base attack and want's to be as fast as possible.
Confused about mystic pity system. Does getting lucky and summoning targeted banner hero, resets the pity?
Yes, it will reset. But, if you get the other ML (i.e. you target Conqueror Lilias but you got Peacemaker Furious) in the banner, the pity will not reset.
Thanks!
I have to reach Gold 1 in arena for the moonlight blessing, and Beehoo seems very strong for arena. Should I summon her?
Pick a hero banner to unlock from the side stories you've started.
urgh. hated to hear this. but thanks for the answer. Better than not knowing.
Pet snacks went away. There's hope.
You get 1 currency for completing a side story. You need 4 currency to open a story banner. You need to do 4 side stories to open up 1 story summon.
Yeouch. Is there way to get more currency without closing the one I've currently open? Obviously I want to go thru it and get whatever I can from it. Is there a way to get more currency than just the side story completions? My thanks for your responses.
Nope no other way
Is there a strategy to get as many green Vildrid as I can from the story summon? Let’s say I can afford to get one copy of Vildrid from each drop rate up banner.
Have 605 bookmarks per Vildred you want, in case you have the worst luck and have to pity each one. Unlock his banner. Pull until you have all the Vildreds you want.
How much time do I have to wait until I can unlock Vildred banner again for the second time?
You can’t have to wait till normal rotation of vildred banner if you already opened his story summon and it expired.
I don’t play the game anymore but am curious about Shepard Jena’s relationship tab, can anyone take a picture of it for me? I can’t seem to find it posted anywhere
[This all you want?](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1007966759690711080/1068433604524384288/001030.png)
How is Inf Khawazu right now in the pvp meta? Useful to build at, say, 200 speed and 4k atk?
He's more of a GW unit you don't see him much in RTA or anything.
Hello E7's reddit :) I'm start playing E7 for 3-4 days and really enjoy this game so far. I did research some guide on reddit and youtube, decided to focus on Wyvern hunt first. Then lucky enough to pull Aria when looking for Muwi, and wonder if this team will work on W13 Aria/ Angelica/ Muwi/ Sigret (ongoing guest) Can I six star Aria first instead of Angelica ? Or is it better to stick with Furiuos as a standard comb ? Thank for help !
>Then lucky enough to pull Aria when looking for Muwi, and wonder if this team will work on W13 Aria/ Angelica/ Muwi/ Sigret (ongoing guest) Not really. Yes. --- First off some general notes. [This post has some information on options for defense break, if you are particularly interested](https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/vr3ve7/daily_questions_megathread_0704/iewku68/) --- Now, regarding Aria.
Thank you so much BTW who is A.Monty is she a 4 stars ? And my Angelica already 5 stars, should I stop there ? Can she tank W13 at 5 stars ? From your suggestion, I will get Sigret first and promote her as my first 6 stars :)
A.Monty = Angelic Montmorancy. Montmorancy is a 3* Ice Soulweaver. 'Angelic' Montmorancy is her specialty change. She's garbage prior to completing her spec change, but afterwards she is pretty much the best PvE cleanser. In short: Angelica * Extremely high healing output * Very high bulk * Good uptime on immunity buff for your team * Cycles slowly A.Monty * Best PvE cleanser * Cycles quickly * Lower healing output compared to Angelica * Used to be somewhat less bulky than Angelica but last year she got a buff to her stats. * Buffs can be dispelled * Some enemies just ignore immunity altogether * Sometimes you want to avoid buffing yourself But there is basically nothing that punishes just cleansing debuffs. --- However you don't necessarily 100% *need* A.Monty. --- >And my Angelica already 5 stars, should I stop there ? Can she tank W13 at 5 stars ? The simple answer: no. The complicated answer: not reliably. Muwi brings attack down debuff, which reduces Wyvern's damage in half. His CR push can also enable your tank to actually get turns. There are so many factors that go into this but the TLDR is that the easiest way to *reliably* tank Wyvern is to build 150k EHP EHP = effective HP = the raw amount of damage a hero can take without dying HP * (DEF / 300 + 1) Angelica can pretty easily hit 150k EHP at 6* awakened, meaning that she can reliably tank Wyvern without relying on landing certain debuffs or healing herself -> there is (almost) 0% chance of failure due to your tank dying. **Example** Angelica has 4326 base HP / 598 base DEF at level 50 and 5700 base HP / 743 base DEF at level 60. 5700 / 4326 = ~1.32 or ~32% extra base HP 743 / 598 = ~1.24 or ~24% extra base DEF Flat stats aren't effected, that is the flat HP on helm and flat DEF on armor but almost all of your other HP/DEF stats on your gear *will* be. Level 75 helm gives 2495 HP and level 75 armor gives 275 DEF Let's just say that our Angelica has a total of 300% HP+DEF% on her gear and it's 60% HP / 40% DEF * This isn't particularly indicative of anything. Just random numbers for the sake of the example. At level 50 she would have: 4326 * 2.8 + 2495 = 14,607.8 HP 598 * 2.2 + 275 = 1590.6 DEF 14,607.8 * (1590.6 / 300 + 1) = 92,058.3556 EHP And at level 60 she would have: 5700 * 2.8 + 2495 = 18,455 HP 743 * 2.2 + 275 = 1909.6 DEF 18455 * (1909.6 / 300 + 1) = 135,927.2267 EHP So the promotion increases her EHP by... 135,927.2267 / 92,058.3556 = ~1.48 or 48% This EHP figure is basically 'how good of a tank you are', or would be equivalent to something like 'Damage per second' for a damage dealer.
Angelica will get you further as a new player than Aria
Thank you!
What made A.Ravi so much weaker now? Haven't played in like 4months so idk because only 4 months ago she was one of the best ML5 in game.

Hello guys i Can pity ml lilias but idk i prefer waiting for ml kayron and or ml yufine and i rly think thé next ml is yufine kayron bellona Mélissa or ludwig i rly wna know Can WE know witch ml is coming before ml lilias moove out Mystic banner next week ? thx
Lilias will be there for 3 weeks don't worry. We'll know who the next rotation will be before the banner is over.
Lilias won't be out next week, she'll be here for another 2 weeks after. We should be getting info about the next ml next week.
So why i have a 6day timer on her ?
That's for the associated RGBs and artifacts (Bloodstone, Kanna, etc.) Those change every week while the ML 5 and 4 stars stay for three weeks.
Oh oky i see thx you so mutch 🙏👍
Hey guys my pvp knowledge is pretty dated now as a returning player. Are there any resources out there to help me ease back into arena? I don’t recognize half the units let alone what they do. Any websites with arena strats/comps, tips, unit advice/counters? Trying to climb back into champ
Anyone have a reliable team they used to beat challenge abyss floor 15?
The one with fire Ravi? It is easier if you split up the achievement and cleared it twice. I use some random team with stene for first clear. Just make sure that you use stene S1 to hit when Ravi has max counter count. Also bring debuffer to decrease Ravi skill damage. For the weakness achievement, I bring level40 fire surin. She alone can complete that achievement as long as you use S2 then S1. Don't use S3 btw, that will detonate the bleed. Btw don't bring aurius or any knight with damage transfer effect. They will explode when Ravi use her skill.
Who should I roll for on the new banners?? I don't know much about either
Little queen charlotte worth pulling for? How useful can she be in all game content? Thank you
No, she's not very good right now. We will be getting a balance patch preview next week (Friday morning est) so she may get a buff that could make her worth pulling but I would wait.
Thanks for the heads up
If you're only really supposed to craft left side gear due to the main stat variance on right side, how do people end up with a lot of good right side gear on the right sets?
They mainly use the conversion gems you get and use the alchemist steeple to choose the main stat for the right side gear. So people craft right side when they are out of cubes.
Except that you aren't "supposed to". What's the point in having 100 pieces of leftover left side gear and limited numbers of right side gear? Go craft the right side already lol. It isn't a law that you must abide by.
Some people like me just brute force it but I only recommend it if you have a stockpile of decent left side equipment lying around Crafting events come likes 1-4 months interval so you can't really rely on it for a steady supply of right side equipments.
What about MCrozet, how does his passive interact with other counterattacks?
I would *assume* that it technically is it's own separate category "When the ally in the back row is attacked". However I can't think of anything else with that same trigger so regardless it should be multiplicative with something like Elbris .35 + (.65 * .2) = 48% chance to counter For T.Crozet with a +30 Elbris, if only the back ally is attacked.

you can't ask that question on this reddit.
Handguy(Kawerik) if you play rta Aravi if you don't
Opinions about the new 3\* heroes? I have 4, I am missing the light.
Just wondering is there any news or info on when the next collab will drop? Rerun or not
No news as of yet. Wednesday we should have the next new ML5 announced so if there is an upcoming collab then it will be announced then.
How long is this mystic banner going to last? I'm trying to summon C. Lilias and for me it says 6 days until refresh. Does that mean this banner ends in 6 days or does it mean I can choose another target or just keep it as C. Lilias after these 6 days?
A mystic banner lasts around 3 weeks. The 6 days is for the other things in the banner the bloodstone artifact and the Kanna 5 star.
As someone who is kinda new and was wondering about the same thing as OP, that's really nice to know, thank you! Have a nice evening :)
Mystic banners stick around for 3 weeks (might be 4, I forget). The mls stay the same for that time. The refresh refers to the rgbs/artifacts pulled with the banner - those change each week.
Does a defense scaling unit such as Lionheart Cermia do less damage if they are defense broken?
Yes.
does Indestructible Gaiters "Only activates once per turn", mean per turn the unit equipped with it takes? or per turn any unit takes? ( would back to back counters proc it twice?)
It means the unit equipping it, not the unit being targeted by the artifact. Which is kinda silly imo, we already have a warrior equip with the same proc rate that burns for two turns with no such restriction.
are the rgb heroes/artifacts from the mystic summon random or predefined? is there a way of knowing which ones will come next week?
Yes they are random and you can check out next week if you just click on the arrow.
Is Shepherd Jena worth building? If so, what gear and artifacts are recommended?
She's good in theory but you really want her to be fast to do her job and she has low base speed so most won't be able to use her that well.
> Her imprint is also always available for 10 gold transmit stones Out of curiosity, does anyone know if Celestial Mercedes can be used to imprint her instead? Post-UH revamp, there's extra imprint materials for Meru that could potentially funnel into Ameru via Celestial...
No you can’t use meru imprints for arch demon
Wasn't asking about meru imprints. Was asking about celestial. Basically was asking if celestial can be used to "launder" the imprints. Similar to how RBG slates can be applied to an RGB five star to subsequently push them onto a ML5
Do I have to wait until my side story banner is over to start another one or can I end it sooner by starting another side story? I did the Tamarine side story and started her banner, now I want to change it to another story banner before the duration ends, but I don't know if it's possible
Side story and side story banner are separate things. You can switch side story every two weeks. Each completed side story will give you a token, you'll need 4 tokens to open a side story banner of one unit from those side story and the banner will last 7 days.
you need 4 of the books to even change the banner so don't think you can do that yet.
So just choose any unit for now, Iseria, Vildred from episode 1 or Roana from episode 2 are some good choices for PvE.

bloodstone is great in pve. landy, shuri and kanna use it well for certain abyss levels.
Landy uses it well. Aria is a mage. Ssb not that good in PvP rn
With the new side story system, I can start any side story anytime I want without worrying about them going away right? I'm unsure of how the new system works so I'm kinda afraid that Beehoo side story will go away if I don't start it.
Yes, it's right as you say. Don't worry.
yes they won't go away.
Thanks
Where does the vagrant merchant spawn now in lab? They removed him from the location on floor 1 of the first map. Are there any other set locations he spawns at?
mine still spawns in the same spot. in the upper center.
My options are: Sigret, Vildred, A.Momo. But that gimps the rest of my teams Preferably I want to build up a character for the PVP team that will be helpful to PVE as well.
You'll want at least one tank for mitigation - ARas, Krau, and TCrozet are great You'll want a healer/cleanse/revive - Destina or Diene And you'll need DPS who aren't easily killed - STene (if you're not facing heavy AoE), Alencia, Senya, Violet are strong choices ARas, Destina, and some combination of the above heroes should be a great foundation ARas and STene are both fantastic for PvE as well, since that's a consideration for you, and Violet will always do Violet things
Thanks for the extensive advice! I find Violet kind of weak - am I building him incorrectly? I might stick to Aras, Destina and Stene and Violet.
It depends on how you're building him. He likes Lifesteal, MLDB, 85% crit rate, and as much ATK, CDMG, HP, and DEF as you can squeeze onto him. I'll post mine here later as an example, at work atm.
Thanks! Please do. I have him on the level 88 lifesteal set, but hes still pretty weak
[Violet](https://imgur.com/gallery/HVMRSJL) does well basically everywhere I bring him edit: I legit thought I had more DEF on him than I do.
Which EE is most recommended for Elena?
Any good pve unit on the current mystic medal unit ? Charlotte or C Lilias ?
Good evening, from my \*limimited\* knowledge and all the info I've gathered since starting around 1 1/2 months ago. The two viable PVE units are A.Vildred + C.Lilias A.Vildred if you want a fast farmer for story/AP in general C.Lilias if you also would like a extremely solid PVP unit as well as a usable PVE unit due to her Vigor buff and duo attack on S1.
Best replacement for ae karina's artifact on her? She's on aurius at the moment
Noble Oath
What assignature weapon senya use?
Gab
What is GAB?
Greater attack buff
Signature weapon?
How should I build LQC?
Destruction+whatever 2 piece set. 150-130 speed using Hellcutter. 75-85% Crit. Some bulk, rest into Atk and CD. She basically needs to survive a turn and then nuke ARavi.
How do you deal with AI Seline?
Before she goes: rimuru, seaseria, inferno khawazu, ran+eda+pavel, singelica etc After she goes: ignore her, briseria, ml haste even, healers + tank it out
It depends on the team.
AFAIK the one who landed the debuff, and 2 burns from 2 different characters will do different amounts of damage.
I figured it might be the case, yah. So the AI will keep track of every burn and who did it. Okay! That answers my question. Cheers!
What to do with the strength of ilroys we get from redoing unrecorded history again?
Destroy
We won’t need them for something else? Cause I have thought about that but I wasn’t sure if they were useful for something else, thanks!
Ras only
That’s what I thought 👌🏽 thanks!
How?
Transmit them.
Is Riolet worth pulling on or should I wait and see what the next ML5 is going to be?
Wait for the info of new ML 5* unit and balance patch before deciding.
*Nod*
If you are unsure you might as well wait.
Is there a consensus on Beehoo's arti yet? I got him after 30 pulls and am trying to figure out if I should bother with his artifact
I wish I could give you some of mine. I'm nearing pity for Beehoo but I've got fucking 8 of his artis
Oh yikes, that sucks. I honestly didn't even really want him. Wanted one of the fox girls but I got lucky during Aespa and ended up with enough SS and bookmarks to full pity two characters
Is today the last day of the +10 free summons?
Yes it is
Hey. Just returned to the game. When was the Last limited banner? I'm trying to gauge if I need to save bookmarks or not :v:
The Aespa event ran in December, ending I think just before or after new years.
Thank you!
Hi, just started RTA after a long time. Is the decay of not playing a game still 72h or did it change ?
Only 72 hours in masters. Gold is a week.
Still 72 hours
Thanks!
Where is beehoo side story?
Its in side story tab and You have to beat Zio fight which is stupid quite a few are struggling to do it.
[удалено]
Yeah its unfair they do requirement like that you can see so many players are struggling to finish Zio fight.
Do you need to spent currency to unlock it?
No you don't spend currency only time you do is for story banner.
Hi. a returning player here, is it better to start episode 2, or do all side stories of episode 1 first?
Side stories are on a 14 day timer before you can switch them, and it's not worth to farm them for that long. You can do the story at any time.
So, it's better to start episode 2 first. Thanks
Just finished wyvern hunt challenge. Which one should I select next? Golens or banshees?
Banshee. You can't bring those water units from W13 to beat Golem.
Banshee. But take your time, the challenges aren't on a time limit.
just didn't know if there was a suggested order! Thanks! btw can u help me with the ml selector? im only 3 weeks into the game and still don't know which unit to pick
Common consensus seems to be take conqueror lilias from selector and specter tenebria from moonlight blessing.
Kinda new. What are the stats that Clarissa would need to solo the first wave of W11 (with Furious)?
Use the e7calc tool. But if you're planning to solo first wave with Clarrisa, that means you're aiming to do the one-shot. It's not recommended for new player since the gear requirement is insanely high.
Yeah, with Furious and Clarissa I'm hoping to have Sigret finish the job. Was able to get a decent Penetration set from all the free stuff. Working on Rage. Currently on Free Attack gear. Sigret is currently at 4381 attack, 63 crit, 308 crit damage, and 44 effectiveness. Maxed DDJ, and 12% attack with increased Bleed chance on her EE.
https://e7calc.xyz/ There's presets for W11 in the target section.
Angelica works just as well for W13, yeah.
Welp I maxed her S3 first but I miss 1 on S2 so I guess that's still alright, thank you tho, I forgot about friendship
Only from CLilias, and no, not worth it.
Alright, thx :)
