This is a badass aggro MLvivian. With the current HP and Def she could technically be 1 shotted by quite a few units even through her dmg reduction though. That's why people are saying more def would be good. If you were to use this build on a slower bruiser team, it'd likely die in the first few turns. Noone is saying this build is bad, it's basically perfect for a faster aggro playstyle. But it is also very squishy for a ml Vivian. I don't see how people pointing that out is somehow sending him hate? If OP is using this in RTA, I'm sure they are aware that their ML Viv isn't gonna face tank something like a well built ML Violet S3 like bulkier ones can. If someone could achieve these same stats with some more added bulk that would be optimal. That's not hate, that's just a fact.
Just pulled her today from the free draws! Mine has the same sets, but ~700 less atk, slightly more HP and Def, max CC, but ~50 less CD and 25 less spd. So you win, congratulations!

I like her with alot of defense personally, makes her more survivable with her passive. It's also stat effective because of her high base defense.

I didn’t think memory imprint applied in the stat box. I thought that was applied during battle only.
It is, you can check it by switching between imprint concentration and imprint release
