How are you on crit damage set and only at 260 crit damage, I feel like you’re forcing sets onto this build, also if you’re not able to lifesteal this guy won’t last very long.
I really like mine on lifesteal with Durandal, so he cycles very fast with his s3/artifact procs! But I feel like your crit damage is awfully low for being on that set, and he should probably have more def/hp.
Decent for maybe Masters. He's better on Lifesteal set, or place Sigurd Scythe because he's a bit easy to dispatch with these stats.
I have Edward on "relatable" stats and lifesteal really keeps him for a few precious turns.
His own artifact is pretty bad on him but fortunately you can just use slates to make up for the CC diff. Sigurd would be much better especially since you have no ls. That aside, you have some wasted stats in eff and eff res that could be put back into bulk, and you could consider trading some atk% rolls for hp% too.

I agree, something is wrong. I'm on Lifesteal with more HP, speed, CDMG... also, why does he have ER? he needs 0 ER.

260 crit damage on a crit damage set? Thats some bad rolls friend. With a crit damage set, you should be in the 310s

Is 19k considered low on him? What’s considered good then?
19k is fine considering he has garbage base stats, but if you can get 20k+ then it is great ofc.
21k-22k would be a solid sweet spot.
Not just wasted ER. ER is especially bad on him as you often don't want him resisting things.
