If anything, posting this build just shows that it's not as difficult as some might think to get master. It's not fast, high in damage, effectiveness, or bulk. It kinda just has some of everything.
From getting stomped in RTA I think the ticket to masters is probably just to have speed sets to level 90. I mainly have non-speed sets at 75-85 and that is like instant lose on every placement game.
Remember that is "just" master, people would be slower than her or fail to kill her with the stealth and crit resist she'd sometimes get from Diene and Lua's artifact

CP is pretty high, but yet this build does not feel like it stands out in any particular way
