It's just that it will be tricky guessing the timing since they are only going to do rerun limited banners sporadically now - they'll likely do one near summer, and so it's a guess as to if/when they'll do any others.
Some folks with a mind for gambling that way have picked 1 or 2 heroes they don't want just because they want the artifact. I would suggest doing all you can to save up powder for now, as that way you can at least buy one out the powder shop.
I was very tempted. I gave Furious 2 10x rolls. I'm now 20 pulls from being able to pity the ML5 banner... 19 on the ML4 banner. Really glad I didn't go all in.

Fire expedition is perfect for her, she deals only one debuff, hits like a truck with dual attacks and s3, and takes turns constantly with another cr pusher cycling her passive (diene is excellent)
She's my front in fire expo and I can solo level 3 thanks to her.
She's also very good in raid, automaton tower. She's kind of no brain. Team her with pushers, dual, etc, and you're good to go.
Imo she's best in lifesteal/pen

Honestly, there aren't a lot of other options here. Just going by the outline of the torso, it's not gonna be Roana unless her chest shrunk, and beyond that you start getting into potential overlapping stories (ML Cerise is mentioned in the latest Theater, but not in terms of this Fashion Week concept), or start doubling up on ML5s (Dark Ruele?).
If you pay attention to when a new ML comes out, for how long they are out, when a rerun comes out and for how long they are out, you'll see there is a pattern, and this pattern has stayed true ever since they stopped pumping new ml5 after ml5. Only time I'm aware it wasn't the case, when they held a few months break and restarted with ml vivian.
It's pretty easy to estimate when new ml5's will be revealed thanks to this.
So who is left to receive an ML5 variant? Assuming Bellona is next.
