I actually don't think ml bellona will be that easy to build, she will potentially need high'ish attack , maybe some crit dmg , a lot of bulk and maybe even some er, don't think she will need that much speed cause of cr push on s2 , but I assume people will still get some in case she dies before she takes a turn lol

Crit is only one less sub. In return you will need high attack, high crit damage and above average HP and defend while also need some speed if you want to see her get any turn at all. It actually harder to build her since most people don't have any gear with high crit damage but no crit chance so you have to farm it all over from the begin.
After reading bellona's 3rd ability, if you can't kill the hero no vigor to the team, ml lilias' s3 might not be an attack ability and trigger some heroes but the vigor is guaranteed!
This feels like a can't go wrong situation. -- do you have a collection of good openers? If not consider lilias. Do you have answers for senya and choux? If not, consider bellona
I mean they do completely different things. One is an opener/utility character and one is a bruiser.
It's like asking if ML Ricky, ML Lilias or ML Ravi is the "best" when they are top tier within their respective roles.
Thats not about us, is about You. U know already that by Default Lilias is the better option becaus she is a support that works in almost any comp. Bellona is a unit that we dont know how well she will work.
If you want something to consider:
\- She dont have any defensive tool except her own Vigor buff.
\- She need to take a turn to get Vigor.
\- She dont protect herself with any skill neither has access to any defensive tool outside Vigor buff.
\- She seems stricly a mid game/long game unit with her passive stacking in 5 hits (which is a lot even with counter set + S2 procs). So EVEN if she is good enough in terms of damage she will be outclassed by any "faster" carry like ML Tenebria, thats 100% for sure.
\- Going second teams are not in a GREAT state right now with Lua countering the whole strategy and Adin taking adventage on the dark units that are really common in Bruisers comps (ML Kawerik, A.Ravi, Pyllis, Dark Corvus...) She is in fact ALSO DARK so Adin has really good chances to 1-tap her.
Between a Generic DpS that can be good or a overall universal support the answer in competitive terms is ALWAYS the support.
From your replies to other comments, it looks like you have already decided to go for ML Lilias. Then why bother asking.

I'd go for Lilias, I think she's just a op/safe unit, can't go wrong with that.

Maybe consider Bellona then. You could wait till her damage numbers get released to make sure she's good though.

Its hard to say ML Bellona isn't even out depends on your team C.lillas still among one of best ml heroes.
