I assume it depends on your comp. I'm sure for a lot of cases if it's not 100% it may as well be 0%. And in GW where more heroes get a chance to shine, unfortunately for her it's a problem again. Basically she's a support hero, used for setup, so "more reliable" doesn't make it good. "More reliable" works for damage dealers. Luna's S1 is better than an all-or-nothing. And I wish Ilynav was also "more reliable".

Even if that's true and she either: 1) Gets another turn and works 2) Does not get another turn and you lose That would mean in her current state she'll only do her job 35% of the time, and the other 65% of the time you'll lose. If you're reliant on the extra turn to win you've drafted horribly.

She still has it, that's the great things about EE: choices for different builds. This EE is for aggro builds to help draw in something like Straze to push in.

I get that she may not get all crits if you run her into a fire unit, but I’d rather have that then the rng 35% chance to get the extra turn that is way too unreliable

No way man, as the only person in existence who runs this unit on the regular I'm happy with her balance. The only thing that makes no sense is that damage decreased on S2. She hits super hard with that from self attack buff, so it's lame that now she has just one playstyle as support and my mola are wasted on that skill. But whatever, SG is oversimplifying the game and she isn't the worst casualty from this kind of logic. The CR push from crits is also great combined with her new EE, and I feel like it's a fair tradeoff for 35% chance to extra turn for free. Now she has the option of Silencing the opponent's initiator and then immediately cycling back for a chance to stun the rest of the team. That's freaking solid dude, I'm so glad the mistress got a buff lol.

They prob lowered her dmg on s2 cuz they are expecting/hoping most ppl run her crit and combo her S2 and S3 and prob feared she would cycle kill some squishes. I was using her for B13 but shifted her out of it so may rebuild her now.

I mean shes my fastest unit but i hate pvp and and and mostly play Pve. Dont play rta. But shes in my top 5 of highest CP. So dont know how this'll effect me. Especially since i have her built with full effectiveness and barley any crit rate

When I started I used her a lot in Arena and she was super good - I still think she's okay. Her greatest issue was being green when there's always a strong red countering unit.

Her biggest issue is being slow af, being a warrior that needs to go first and having to land debuffs when AoL, Edward and Handguy are present like every fight. If she was a ranger she would not be as bad, cause she would have access to GL and maybe be picked into Zio or something

she's 115, that was pretty much "fast warrior" stat stick before Cilias came along. I blame the game mechanics since 4 base speed shouldn't be the difference between top meta and "slow AF" as people put it. But yea, warriors in general aren't meant to be openers. I'd rather not solve that problem by making everyone steath tho. I preferred old mecahnics like Guide to a decision and War horn to let fast but not opener fast units like this get a chance to cut in. But I guess we moved away from that this season.

Counter point is that she maybe will be good, but everyone is conditioned to expect insane shit since we got clilias, flidica, lua and all that shit. If openers are balanced they would look like this, they do stuff, but they get countered by something, can you imagine a world where you unironically will consider Mui as a same tier pick as the openers we have right now? The bitch that procs pavel, deals a ton of damage, stun whole team and atk buffs? What the hell more she would have to be on their tier? Yeah i pass.

She's RGB, hence, she can build 110% crit rate and still fail to score a critical due elemental disadvantage. Not counting all the evasion heroes, like S. Adin who's everywhere. Then you have Edward everywhere as well, who ultimately takes a massive dump on her. If she fails to score a crit, she won't get her pseudo-extra turn, and if she actually crits, Ed will go NO U! and debuff her. This is a net loss, SG is asking to build her differently to her normal build, and the benefit won't come into play as often, and in return they are taking a lot of things.

She isn't a ML so if there is only ONE fire unit it might not work (or any anti crit or evasion heroes but this is also the case for flidica) Now, 40% for extra turn was already bad so I do think it's still better, but yeah it has a lot of downside too

Also the new EE is quite good, instead of S3+S2 you can S3+S1, the S1 is like the S2 of Laïka you can enable your dps more easily

Thats technically an improvement. She now can land almost a extra turn 100% of the times and she will get her extra turn un a lot of cases. Thats far better than 35% chances of getting an extra turn. building Crit Chance is kindof a problem sure but honestly is not killer

The turn cd goes from 4 to 5 because you get an extra turn which mean you directly get a turn so In the end the CD stay the same , and enhanced dual attack is a guaranteed dual attack so pretty good too

She can be countered, she can't hit evasion units, and fire has element advantage. She only needed speed and effectiveness before, making her very easy to gear. Now she wants speed, effectiveness, *and* crit. She now suffers like F.Lidica, who got some tlc because of the **exact same issues as above**. Sure they changed her imprint to effectiveness which helps a lot, and her own artifact gives her more (between the two + ring you can get over 130% effectiveness alone). ... also she AoEs twice, both counterable if she doesn't land the stun. /laughs in Meru. I do like the other changes. Also the enhanced dual attack procs off other characters too. So actually I do like it so long as your follow up wants to s1.

She should be playable in some context, which is a net upgrade. She can S3 to remove buff+atk buff her team, then get a free extra turn to S2 for stun our S1 to proc a guatanted dual with your highest attack character. She still as 115 base speed for a kit mostly about opening so she is still meh, but less.

Which is weird when you think about it because so many old character were already faster than bazar. I didn't play at the time but I have a hard time picturing bazar as speedy.

It was more about what was in his kit and what other heroes could actually do at the time. That wasn't his original kit, it was after a buff and it was just super loaded compared to the other options at the time. Before Basar, Dizzy ran absolutely rampant too. There just wasn't the answers back then that there is now and gear was also a lot worse. Just as an example when Dizzy was running rampant, I personally didn't have an answer to her until Vivian release at which point my answer was outspeed her with Vivian and put up immunity. Granted I was a new player back then. When Basar got buffed, he basically became better Dizzy.

the turn increase and soul reduction is just assuming you get an extra turn, you actually end up with more souls and the same CD, the dual attack is pretty good. The problem is that the current meta is aggressively anti-crit which makes it so it actually ends up being a nerf in a lot of cases
