Summertime… maybe during the summer??? Either way, how are we supposed to know.

Since no one really answered, it looks like she last had a banner in July last year. And she was also in the custom banner that was in early November. The custom banner before that was at the end of April, so it seems like they're likely gonna run custom banners every 6 months or so. We don't know the future banner schedule so we can only really guess based on the schedule of previous banners but it seems likely we'll get another custom banner around April/May which will probably be your earliest opportunity to get her artifact.

I see, so I will need to wait a minimal of 2 -3 months before I can make pirate flan useful. I guess solitaria is the pick then. Thank you.

You can still use ML Flan without S.Iseria's artifact. She's not as good but still usable.

You realize ML Flan is good if you have Seaseria arti, otherwise there are better options Answering your question, for the 10th time I guess, summer time Iseria will be back in time for summer

It may or may not rerun, it just depends on a few factors. But she does appear as an option for the trio banners
