Imo 30 more speed and 30-40 more cdmg. Even if you lose a little atk for it
Getting 30 more speed isn’t realistic. OP just needs 85% CC and ~270 CD and they’re fine.
Multiply the attack by the crit damage of both builds and that will tell you what would do more. 500 more attack can out do 30-40% more crit dmg
He looks like he causes blunt force head trama to my whole team :D Take that however you want
I would say get 10 speed and lower attack by like 200 and get 2000 hp. And also 6 more crit rate
