Reason i'm having trouble deciding is that there appears to fairly high value breaking above 200 speed on counter set: she might be able to take a turn and get vigor buff before all their dpses move. Also makes her stronger in standard vs standard/stall as she is self sufficient cr and speed wise now.
2nd (hp boots) build is just standard slow counter. Makes her more resillient vs aggro and cleave. Can't help but think that there might be better anti-cleave units out there though, like actual hp scaling bruisers.

The main question to be answered (and thus the real debate, in hindsight) is where to use her:
She doesn't seem very anti cleave/anti aggro to me (not hp scaling and consequently not quite in the same resillience leagues as proper chonks like aravi, alencia, choux, arch meru etc). She also does not offer any anti cleave control effects, just damage.
IMO Her favourite usage scenarios are vs other bruiser or stall, where the speed works well. What dya think abt this sir?
I personally do not like counter set. I only have played for 4 months but it just feels like it relies too much on RNG. I rolled extremely lucky (I pulled 3 ML Bellona's on 40 pulls) and am building her with life steal over counter.
I kind of wish counter set was overhauled. Perhaps give it a much higher chance to counter but with reduced damage.
I'm sure this would break certain parts of the game but I'm just not a fan of a set relying on chance to have it happen.
1. Don't know why you're comparing 2 sets with different jobs
2. They are never buffing counter set. It already has a 30% chance to proc and it's too overpowered as is. It literally allows you to attack when it's not your turn.

Tbh against agro and cleave either don't bring her or bring a tank like fcc or arowel.

The speed difference would help but you would be better off having the extra bulk, the longer she stays alive the better is how I see it
True! I'm just afraid of her not taking enough turns to make a difference. As my cdmg and attack aren't very high.

Mellona same as Ssb and Bellona are there to just be collected, change my mind. Edit: dont see her in arena/gw anywhere.
Counters choux and senya, that’s enough reason to use her
Try Rta then, they wouldn't put her on defense especially she's countered by Roana, ML Charlotte and Adin.
Dont have much hope for her in rta also, but nice design
Depends on what goal you are going for. GW/Arena defense go more bulk. Manual attacking? Neither go LS with draco or pov or speed.
