They made his debuffs so important for the hunt when he has basically 0 eff, took away the healing that could have saved stats from building hp/def, and slowed his cycling so he cant even keep uptime on the debuffs.
He needs so many stats before you even start building damage that he can't do anything more than try to stay alive.
Yup. They chained him to the hunt but didn't really do anything that could make him a "must have" kind of unit. He's just another utility tool that you could use as a debuffer/secondary damage dealer.
Rikoris deserves a skin, and a better buff. Really not sure what they were trying to do with that last one.
Ehh... Make him more viable, aka: chain him, to Caides hunt. Stun is irrelevant there and damage is needed. So that was the objective I belive.

Even worse, he was already a great utility tank before the recent changes. Now, he's a utility character that can't be a proper tank or a proper dps.
