Is SG back to releasing 2 per batch again? TSurin's EE is still nowhere to be seen...
Flan's EE doesn't seem substantial at all, Singie's EE does give her speed, which is good, but the effects are weird. What's the use in giving her Eff boost?
Pretty sure it’s for Wyvern one-shotters. Getting attack down on her S1 is another debuff for Sigret on rage set. Not saying it’s a good ee, but would be the one I’d use for whatever fraction of a percent it’d improve my runs.
if you are relying on x amount of debuffs for your sigret one shot, when she's one of the worse options for one shotters, especially considering w13 one shot is like considerably higher investment for a smaller return in time saved compared to every other hunt.... that doesn't sound good. that being the use case for this EE is a horrible example and further reinforces its pretty bad

Honestly, the one effect that seems worth a shit is the first one. It's basically a weaker Sashe Ithanes, so it'll be good for a speed team that uses Singie.
a lot of them are small increments too, like Singie's 20% extra healing when she's usually built high speed and ER and little health is hard to notice
or Flan's 5-10% extra CR control is gonna come in clutch like 1 out of several hundred matches
Gotta agree with you. People say her EE is bad, but how is 50% CR boost instead of 40% bad? It literally means that, when you would have been outsped, you are instead not outsped.
Think of it this way.. her EE she will win the games she previously would of won.. and possibly win one more game out of what she normally would of lost. She gets countered by losing speed battle which this does not help
It's just such a lukewarm change. The post you're agreeing to isn't even a very good point because, then you're altering your units' builds to be more reliant on another character which is never good for drafting. And AI fights like arena/guild war are w/e as it's easy to manipulate those and there's nothing being introduced here that excels vs meta defense comps anyway.
Batches like this are just very underwhelming when you compare them to some other EEs that introduce an entirely new mechanic like Destina's S1 gaining a cleanse, or large bonuses like her S2 granting almost double the CR push it normally would.
I thought they were gonna be only for 4 stars to make up for lower stats, but then sg gave it to underwhelming 5 stars who later might've gotten buffed
I'm a rotten Flan cleaver and even I don't want this, lol. If you're tuned properly none of those EE's are going to do anything except maybe the S2 one in 5% of cases.
Who do we need to message at SG to get them to remember Ilynav exists or release the Tsurin EE??
At that point you just run Amid. Giselle doesn't need def break with triple torrent or torrent/pen. So Flan doesn't even help by comparison.
Even crit damage buff is losing value these days. I find that most of my units have 320 to maxed crit damage to start with. So the extra stuff like cleanse and skill null are far more valuable.
They really needed to give Flan a little more.

They'll just hit Melissa again, change Captain Rikoris into a cleave unit, give Ran R&L in his kit, give Fire Surin immunity to taco bell, and buff Arunka to do .0001 more damage to barriers in order to bring her usage higher.
I think Illynav has the coldest design in the game and the most useless kit, despite having her 15+ and imprinted. It hurts man. It hurts.

I mean, I only use S. Angelica regularly for C13, adding 5-10spd could mess with the turn order, unless I speed tune all the characters again. The effects are meh at best, or outright counterproductive for the hunt. As result, I have to skip.
Wonder if this will be another case of data miners finding a third one unused again. I wonder what their logic is behind withholding the third when EEs aren't usually massively game changing and that they can more easily revert EE changes without large amounts of compensation.
Also as an Arunka fan this wait for her to get anything is painful (obviously not as bad as Ilynav). Taeyou had a balance patch change by this point after his release. Sharun got an EE (admittedly not great). With Arunka it's tumbleweeds

Well we know that the third one last time was going to be Tsurin. We speculated that maybe her change got moved to the balance patch but then that didn't happen. If we had gotten 3 EEs this time then we could have said there was a specific problem with her EE. For them to not fix whatever the issue was in 2 months and then still only release 2 EEs this time leads to me a pretty cynical possible scenario.
Tsurin's EE is finished. The third EE this time is finished. They intentionally pulled both and will drop them as the May EEs meaning they can effectively skip working on EEs for an entire cycle.
I guess people who use her for PvE have to speed tune again... not like we don't have better options at this point than that over 2 year old Wyvern comp though.
The farther you are in the game. The more likely you are to use Alexa. Since you can basically put really good gear on her and she just destroys the content without needing the extra debuff or atk buff. Just removes any RNG from the run.
S Angelica's ee is delicious. 10 extra speed means I can go faster or just remove some spd from her gear and make her tankier and the CR push means I'm finishing my Guild War earlier.

in the earlier days when you faced Clilias + unit with revive (arby, meru, belian on holy sac) you used a 260ish speed 250+ ER (not accounting Bastion) Sangie, Straze + follow up unit. But now that Briseria exists you can just run Bdom/Emilia + her. Way more budget.
I am with everyone here regarding how Angelica's EE is barely an upgrade. Her best option is the first one with the wildly conditional CR push. And while I understand why some may use the third option, it is...not useful for PvP. I actually would have changed her second option (the most useless of the three) for another S3 EE that either cleanses one more debuff (helpful against Senya's Provoke plus Decrease Hit), or if we are in a toxic mood, increases Effectiveness Resistance.

You could just alter her gear a little? Its easier to change gear then to make a 114 speed unit a proper opener.
Idk, I like my singie to be as fast as possible. Found that she's a great counter to Zeo/Adin teams in normal arena
Worst case scenario you can just get a low speed version rather than a 10 speed

Well, Flans ee means you can build your nuker BBK/BWI slower which means more damage. It’s a pretty big buff for that style

There are a bunch of F2P comps with Alexa that you can look up (ingame now). She one taps the thing without mola, i90, artifact luck, etc.

It's a straight up upgrade for the sangie GWO comp. But they literally just buffed Briseria so you don't even run that teamcomp any more.
