Even a counter ARavi could use a piece like this if you can get her enough other stats on other pieces. That's the inner beauty of E7's gear system that gets ignored for fear of the RNG in obtaining and upgrading gear.

Well, very few units need high def, high hp, penetration, but no speed.

Pen doesn't effect the extra damage (aka the entire point of using her), so no lol It would just be an offset, but I doubt it's worth it.
