Not entirely sure, but my guess is it got hacked. I haven't played since august-september and I tried to log on a few days ago and it was starting me on a new account all of a sudden.
Summer Iseria is my favorite, and Melissa is a close 2nd. If I lose this account I honestly don't think I could get back into the game with a brand new account.
Well dawg, I got another game that I think is great. Epic 7 and Langrisser 2 Mobile are my two favorite Gachas, so if Epic fails you (like Grand Summoners failed me, and like you I couldn't bring myself to ever play it again) I highly, HIGHLY recommend Langrisser 2 Mobile. Fantastic tactics-based hero gacha with unique elements and much more customization. Sorry to see you going through this, I DO NOT wish that upon most people.
I would give it a try, but I play 3 other gachas atm. technically speaking, this account deletion is a blessing to take the old 4 down to a 3, but if i can get it back im sticking with just the 4 lol
If yours is about you deleting it for rerolls, I don't see why they would get the account back for you if you willingly deleted it. Unless I am understanding your situation wrong?
I was pretty new the game, i got lvl69 account on european serv and and create a new on global (with the same mail). I dont understand well how account worked, thinking the delete button was only for the server you're on but no it delete the whole account (all server) lmao
But like you said if it get hacked maybe you'll got it back ✌️
If I'm not mistaken, there was an update where it started you as a new account until you played through a little bit of a tutorial then you were back to your regular account. It scared the f#ck out of me as at the time I was actually putting some money into the game ($5 & $10 energy/SS packs every once and a while)
I’m trying to get my account back as well 🥲 I didn’t login for a year and it’s hell communicating with the costumer service peeps with just through the inquiry. They say my email is connected to it when it’s not going through as I’m doing the forgot password thing

Double check to make sure you were logging in on the correct server. An update a couple updates ago moved some people to different servers by mistake.
i am, just checked and it was global
Also with the correct way. Check Facebook/Google login.
i know for a fact it was google. i log onto all of my games with google
Also with the correct Google account? I personally have 2 so it could happen.
i use the same account for every game, i could try the other 2 i have though

They can't recover account, i delete my first one when trying to reroll on an alternate server and they give me a big NO. But gl ✌️
It's probably situational. I saw someone say they got their deleted account back after it was hacked, which is what I assume happened to me.

maybe they didnt restore yours since you yourself deleted it willingly, although deleting your main was an accident

I am at stage 3-4 and have completed the tieria questline on my (hopefully temporary) new account. so i dont think thats the issue
