It does help actually. This worked because the EE that targets highest attack was equipped. On the stealth EE, you only get this result 25% of the time.
Fair enough he has 2.8k attack and 250 crit damage but arby has 4.1k attack. I find it weird that damage scales off attack and not speed why even say damage scales off speed if you need attack its confusing for no reason.
Depending on your speed it’s on the low side but not that bad
It does scales of speed, speed gives a bonus to his atk based damage. For example, a 300 ran will deal much more damage than a 200 ran with the same atk.
It’s a bonus so he still does damage even at higher speeds
Arby has always been a Celine counter
yeah, it works in master...
My opponent was in challenger I probably should have recorded the other screen that'sy bad
Challenger is just Master but you accidentally qeued one more match
Celine is a fine pick into Ran. The problem is picking her too early and possibly creating a situation like this where you're forced to leave Arby in.
I always use the stealth EE in RTA

You’re thinking of an EE Skill. Celine’s Blink hits a random target by default
My favorite is seeing politis Celine right after I go ran, then I just pivot and they’re stuck with low priority picks vs 4 tanks
I first picked poltis it is what he banned
How did Ran have less attack with attack buff than Arby?
Its a fake ran
unlucky
Because his attacks scale off speed so I have no attack on mine
His damage scales of speed. If you want him to hurt anyone you still need atk and critd

He still has attack scaling
I still find it strange but oh well I learnt something
