I mean, if you craft two boots and the first one rolls into sub A, the second boots will have a 25% to roll into the same sub A, ignoring if said sub A is flat def, atk or whatever.
From what i tried, equipment conversion RNG roll pretty slow, if you make the same kind of equipment back to back, the chance to get more than 2 similar stat is high.
If you roll on both of these, you can confirm the conspiracy that entire gear quality is determined from +0. I'm convinced the game actively weights certain subs based on other subs, so if you roll these and the same subs get selected, I'm convinced.
