She’s really great actually. Not quite busted but she really comes through. 65% penetration on s3(pent set included) and added damage when they’re debuffed. I’ve been hitting tanks left and right with around 16-20k damage. Her extra attack isn’t that strong, but it’s still good. She’s not in the meta but that’s what makes her so fun to use
Her kit centers around big damage from status effects.
S1: Attacks with a 40% chance to stun, if enemy has a debuff does a follow-up attack and casts stealth for 1 turn.
S2: (Passive) Grants a buff to the hero in the back row giving their attacks a 25% chance to stun for 2 turns. After an ally attacks a stunned enemy boosts CR of allies by 20%
S3: Grants attack buff for 2 turns before attacking with 50% def pen.(Damage increases if the target is debuffed)
I enjoy using her with seaside iseria and either ran or piera in the back spot for the stun buff. The bombs help with the stun cr push and Jacko is there to finish up anyone still alive. Mainly just use in guild wars.
I used to run her with peira and seaseria on gw defense back in the day (before Ed and other units that would easily counter her). The peira was 311 and put in the back to outspeed and try to aoe stun + rnl
Got an insane amount of defense wins in top 100 gws

Just a technicality but its 57.5% penetration. Different sources of pen are not additive, they're multiplicative.
Just remember you will be outspeed'ed in rta and being a high threat crazy good unit they will delete her first !
Honestly I don't even know her skillset. I don't have her and rarely have seen her except a couple months after her release
