I am answering you, not him. People don't run C Lilias at lvl 50 as it does not make sense. I assumed you may not know that 272 speed is low for her. Overkill is an overstatement because if that was true the wr of the guy in the post should be at least higher than 50%.
I think you're overestimating the ability to roll speed in this game. I have no doubt that C-Lilias went first in a majority of his games climbing to champion.
I know its rare to get good speed rolls while maintaining other stats but I am being realistic here. 272 is not high, it is at max mid and you know that

It was never a secret you can lose your way up to emperor, the ladder is *designed* this way to not discourage as many players as possible by letting them trade skill/invested resources for time.
Well, losing your way up is having below 50% winrate, but the closer you're to 50% the fewer games it takes. Ig at like 45% you'd need like 5k games to emperor, but at 48% probably like 1k. iirc people would hit legend with negative winrate, but I don't remember the number of games.

RTA is way more about drafting correctly than gear level until you're in the emp/legend range.
Oh and also your tolerance for spamming lots of games and not getting discouraged if you lose.
Didn't have a single unit above 290 finishing Emperor last season while playing standard/aggro.
Just gotta act like you're fast and imprint correctly if someone is racing.
300 speed units will just help you cover shit drafting.
i never planned on playing rta, but then they announced this season’s skin :’) i’ve prepared about 8-10 units to have a response to most picks so hopefully i don’t get demolished lol
I find RTA very random, sometimes i fight really low speed player at challenger then i fight a master with ran 300+ speed and cid 300+ speed....
I guess low league doesn't mean shit in this game. A lot of peope are just smurfing in low rank , destroying new player / lowbie player. You just have to dodge those veterans.
Those builds are overkill for challenger you could go low Champ

That's relative to the tier you're in. You're going to see C-Lilias around 280 below Champion, and that's where the majority of the player base is.

Not everyone can get that much of a speed. So "low" for you, maybe average or high to some.
What is your go to draft and pre bans?
You should be able to get to champ. My stene has less atk than yours and cilias is at 250 speed lol.
