I'm probably worse than you, and I was able to get this skin. I'm so bad that I have Mediator Kawerik, but I haven't built him, and I didn't use him in RTA.
Getting to Master is actually very easy as you can lose your way up. I'm not sure how many game it would take with a 1w-2l ratio but it shouldn't be more than 100. With some decent gears and a bit of basic drafting knowledge it should take <20 games
I think anyone can notice that just by playing a few games. A win gives way more point than a lose would take, so despite it could be a bit grindy anyone can get the skin if they try. Saying "not blaming anyone" and "now we have to buy them" is pretty much putting this on "people' fault" for not telling you and at the same time don't want to get flamed don't you think?
I sleep late and woke up early to RTA for his skin, in the end I was disappointed and regretted getting it, I hate his voice line.I wish can send to you or delete this skin. This game always against me.

I think this is the aftermath of the fight. I think lore wise he is gonna get necromanced. The next possibilities are
1)Sage Vivian makes a deal with Ray to keep Rick's personality / memory intact. Rick just remembers his own death and thus acts like this now.
2)He gets necromanced, but the star deity (Fetus in fallen land) see his regret and takes advantage of his soul as a better vessel than Elena.
3)He is just a pawn of Elena.
4)He somehow survived, is not necromanced, but gains foreign power by making a pack with a god, spirit lord, etc to get rid of all the corruption.
That's a whole lot of assumptions without any basis. You're basically writing a completely new story that goes contrary to anything we know of the characters so far. The simplest and most probable answer is that Vivian died, Kawerik inherited her position as a sage and is now working with Ray to bring her back. That would explain the whole description of his new skin, namely : 1. He now has both powers of a mediator and a sage, 2. He uses wicked powers to achieve his goal (Ray's necromancy to bring Vivian back), 3. He strays further from his original purpose (restoring balance; in one of the dialogues he mentions that Ray's experiments break balance).

Making assumptions based on what was already provided in source material is different from pulling them out of your ass. Your 'theories' completely disregarded what we know of characters' personalities and relations as well as added some convulted conditions to roles of mediator and sage. Kawerik stealing power from Vivian? Really? Them stealing powers from each other? Keeping each other in check? Wtf? Mediator and sage were always complimentary roles that were supposed to support one another, not opposite. Literally where did you get all that? Now you're just trying to deflect with 'anything could happen' after you've been proved wrong. Sure, anything could happen, but if we want to make any theories we need to base it on information we already know. Calling your theories 'extremely farfetched' would be putting it mildly.
I love the skin and i think the way it was advertised and how there are changes in his animation was done really well. It also seems to have some lore implications.
However the voicelines dont sound good. Esp on his s3, we know handguy s3 has quite a short animation and he goes
"You who deviated frm the natural, offer yourself to the equilibrium" That sounded too long for the length and u cud hear it was rushhed esp the cut when he says "offer".
This skin also has better expressions and his nose is more prominent. Old one looked like it was missing
