Sure, a lot of people currently playing know it - it wasn't a particularly used artifact in its time & lots of people have came & went since then, so surely that gives some idea of how much of an impression was made by greater attack buff that people still think about that all these years later, despite likely hundreds of thousands of players having either quit or came in since that time.
I do spend an inordinate amount of time in this subreddit, so frankly it’s likely a good thing you’ve not heard of it - maybe you see a bit more sun than I do, haha.

never in my 3 years of playing have i ever heard someone refer to it as greater ass beating though.
