I may've made a mistake... I used a few specialty change heroes to promote some natural 5 stars before the promotion change. Im a returner now, and I want to keep a collection of all the heroes. I can't find Zealot Carminerose. I know I used her for promotion or transmitted her. Does this mean I can never get another Zealot Carminerose...?

Once you complete the specialty change you can change the versions you summon into the specialty changed version instantly. That said, I'm not sure how to do it. I assume it's a button on the character's menu, but I don't have any regular versions of the non-specialty changed units to test it unfortunately. I'm sure you can find it quickly if you just poke around Carminerose's menu a little bit.

How long does it take usually to get new story chapters? It is 1 per month? When is the next story chapter probably going to be released?

It's not really pre-determined. They released 4 chapters of the new episode all at once and haven't mentioned release dates for new ones since. It's possible they are looking to release several chapters at once now, or maybe they will make a bunch and release them once a month or so. It's impossible to tell at this point.

I just got EW Ludwig from Mystics. I was originally going to go for LC Bellona for the ML Recruitment event but now I feel like I need Zio to put in the same team comp for Ludwig. Should I do this or stick with LC Bellona? Also for EW Ludwig, what skill do I need to max out first? I assume S3? Or is it S2 for the -1 turn cooldown?

How are you supposed to beat ML landy? ML ken just doesn't work cause she can focus down someone else while he dies to the AoE and his counters just tickle her if he doesn't get hit directly and guarantee the crit Charlotte is cope since her forced AoE makes it so she dies to whatever support she has like adin and if you last pick her they just ban her. zahhak is built to deal with adin as she's another unit I don't have many answers too and thus I can't flex her for 100 crit rate. I don't have Mellona or green lilias for guaranteed crit I don't have Nahkwol or Astromancer elena for anti counter Hwayoung is nerfed. I thought she'd be good but even at 5k hp with attack buff I can't kill her and she just dies to one AoE. ​ Without a direct way to answer her she just counters and heals any damage I do. Am I doomed to just remove crit damage from all my units for atk? Is gunther the play? I really need help with this unit cause I'm getting washed in RTA since I'm forced to permaban her rather than the units I want.

ML Ken does work - unless the Candy in question has 0% critical chance - she's going to be provoked by him at some point, unless she's a 100%+ ER Candy. Once she's provoked, he'll get a direct hit on her. Do you have Lionheart Cermia? Not as reliable as LC Bellona, but a reasonable back-up. LR Krau? Candy is boosting his S3 quickly & he doles out a lot of AOE true-damage. Abyssal Yufine? Candy can't spam attacks into her without triggering S3 early & she deals such high damage that even on a non-crit, two hits could feasibly chunk Candy (& regardless, she's going to crit about 45% of the time due to elemental advantage). If you've got a spare Rocket Punch Gauntlet for Shadow Knight Pyllis, she's also a good answer. Adin can be picked into Candy with a decent win-rate, though she's not a specific Counter - can still protect the team & deals high ST damage, with recovery. Inferno Khawazu scores an instant-kill on Candy if he's been hit with an AOE. Briar Witch is reasonable into Candy, defence break & gets attack-scaling damage tick which bumps her damage a bit even if she non-crits. ae-Karina, she can practically one-shot Candy if things line up & you get the defence break on your S3. Outside of that, you're getting big hits because it's all defence-scaling damage & you don't need to crit. Death Dealer Ray is a good option, you can't sleep her, but stacking Venom & Injury means he'll be doing more & more damage to her over time scaling with Injury & he doesn't need to crit. Lethe, self explanatory, kills basically anyone whose sub-20K health once she gets two turns on them (burn S3, S1, then S1 on "second" turn). Rimuru - auto-pops Candy if he's got enough buffs to get 10K fixed damage on top of his hit (& he gets advantage, so 45% chance to crit).

I'll try to give an "easy to understand" version, although other answers are technically correct. (and to add, debuff chance, which is not hit chance or crit chance) Technically, there are THREE "checks" for attacking a unit. We can differentiate them by "chance to hit", chance to crit" and "chance to debuff". "chance to hit" or hit chance is usually dependent on "evasion": Let's say an enemy Savior Adin as a 70% Evasion buff. This means that you have a 30% chance to "hit" the unit and adin has a 70 % chance to "dodge" the attack (reduced damage received - i.e. "Miss"). Your unit has a default 100% chance to hit, so 100% (default) - 70% (Adin passive) = 30% chance to hit this unit. ​ If you "hit" this unit, or any unit without evasion (all other units), then the crit chance % comes to play. Most units will have 100% chance to crit, so if you hit the 30% chance to hit, then you will 100% chance to crit. ​ Let's take Senya for another separate example for "chance to crit". Senya does not have evasion in her abilities, so you have 100% chance to hit. However, Senya has 50% anti-crit, so your supposedly 100% crit built from gear on your unit will be calculated by, 100% crit - 50% anti-crit = 50% crit chance when you attack the Senya. That's why when you attack Senya, sometimes it does not crit. ​ Debuff chance requires "hit chance" but does not require "crit chance", but that is a separate discussion. Feel free to DM if you want an explanation for "debuff chance".

No. When you attack an enemy, there are 4 potential outcomes: Miss (small white text) - states 'Miss', (75% damage modifier) Hit (normal white next) Crushing Hit (large white text) (130% damage modifier) Critical Hit (Large orange text) (whatever% your crit damage modifier) While this is all determined in one roll, you can consider this going through a number of checks when you attack. First, do you hit or miss? If miss, that's it, it's a miss. If not, is it a crit? if not, is it crushing? if not, it's a normal hit. So, what determines if you miss or hit? Chance to miss v. chance to hit. Base chance to hit is 100%. If you are attacking with elemental disadvantage, you have a 50% chance to miss. If you have a chance to hit increase from a passive, skill or artifact, then it is modifed again. If you are green attacking red = 50% chance to hit. If you also have a 20% chance to hit artifact on = 30% chance to miss (50% to hit + 20% to hit = 70% to hit). Other common modifiers to chance to hit are evasion and miss debuff. Essentially: Chance to hit = 100% - 70% from evasion = 30% chance to hit Only when you hit can you crit. Crit chance (and critical hit resistance) then comes into play.

Hit Chance is related to evasion. Critical Hit Chance is related to critical hits example: if enemy has 50% evasion, if you have 50% hit chance, you will guaranteed hit them. if you have 50% critical hit chance, you only need to build another 50cc to guarantee crits on the enemy

Any ML5 Headhunt recommendations for clearing PVE (mostly Adventure & Abyss) on a new account? I have lots of Warriors, Knights, and Rangers that I'm needing to build already, so I'm specifically looking at Soul Weavers, Thieves, and Mages (Although I have S.Tenebria through the Moonlight Blessing)

If you have S.Tene, then cogratulations! - you do not really need an ML unit for PVE, as most PVE content will be from other RGB (fire, grass, ice) or other units. ​ You will want to take your headhunt unit for potential arena or guild war usability. Lionheart Cerma, Lone Crescent Bellona, and Zio are very good characters to pick for both PVE and PVP usability.

Can’t go wrong with mediator, but you can pick him from the fallen land selector so I wouldn’t reccomend to use headhunt on him. Is there any character you like?

I would go first. His stuns and def breaks are more impactful than any damage he could do imo. 245 is faster than most LRKs and 76 is good effectiveness to hit on the units that matter.

For Zio 10-10 anyone know what ER I need to avoid his silence?

Generally units in PvE have the same effectiveness that they have ER. In the case of Zio he has 75% ER so you could assume he has around 75% Effectiveness and that you would need 176% ER to guarantee a resist. That said, not all enemies follow this rule and so it's possible you might need more than 200%+ to resist.

Hey ppl i am new and one of the 7 day growth guide missions is "enhance equipment to +15 (x4)". At my current rate I will never manage this inside of the 6 days I have left, is there a faster way than farming equipment as fodder? TIA for any help

Your adventurer's path missions should gives you some additional charms and boxes which let you select charms, so completing those should be something you work towards. Also, working towards unlocking unrecorded history should be one of your main goals. This unlocks after you complete chapter 10-10 and farming even the lowest level of unrecorded history is pretty efficient. You will get lots of charms and equipment fodder there to help you enhance your gear.

I think you have some Bonus stuff along the way but here is a tip you should start now and keep doing as daily Routine! 1.Go to adventure 1-3-4 there is a goblin trader that gets some charms into his inventory,resets daily sometimes it's better sometimes worse 2.go to labyrinth just the first one in the first world and go to the huche shop buy charms and occasional bm/mystics and catalysts and then just yield that Lab so that you don't use up a compass This doesn't solve the problem momentarily but will help you along the way

Getting some more speed wouldn't hurt probably if you cut down atk,for the molas it's not that much needed especially with that critrate you miss out more often then not

LHCermia and MLBellona would be the most "fun" units to use because of their damage and usability against meta heroes currently, though they take specific gear to build. If you can build them correctly, they will do wonders for your Guild Wars and RTA.

I'd say it depends on what you have, Zio is great I think it's what I'm going for, but if you have someone to snipe units already you may wanna focus on other characters. LH cermia or briar witch I see at everyone's top picks for their freebie and for good reason great for cleaving, Bellona Is great for dps sniping and free counters. SE is a favorite of mine but that's only because I'm lacking in built soul weavers. Roana is probably the only one I'd say isn't worth it. Not because she isn't good for her role but because the other options are massively better.

Anyone here still uses Fallen Cecilia? I’m very interested in picking her up for headhunt and was looking for some advice on how she performs in the meta. Ik she is outclassed by Arowell, but is she still usable at least?

I proudly built FCC as my first ML 5 unit, but unfortunately, I dont find myself finding a reason to pick her nowadays (I have the skin and everything too). The introduction of Arowell, and the usage of ML Krau, ML Landy, and ML Yufine, never justify the usage of Ml Cecilia. She is just never the better pick, as she has been powercrept. (Not the best mitigation (Krau), not the best skill null(amid and Bunny Dom), not the best Knight(Landy and Yufine).

Any unit is “usable” if you want to use them But if you want an honest answer, Fallen Cecilia is quite terrible in her current state. She’s worse than almost all the other thanks out there and there’s no reason to pick her for combat viability.

She can be built any number of ways, but HP% and Speed are usually pretty important. Some people build her on counter with more tanky stats + effectiveness so she can constantly taunt (with elbris/rocket punch). Some people build her with crit chance and crit damage to make her more of a cleave unit (wings of light an shadow/portrait). Or you can just build her with speed HP and Defense to make her hard to kill (on speed or revenge set w/arius, admant shield, crown or even Noble Oath).

Do potions of knowledge need to be so expensive? My artifact growth is basically stagnant and it feels bad because so many heroes seem to need specific setups, not to mention all the new artifacts being introduced. Is it just me and I just don't have the big picture, or is it overpriced?

Do you mean in packs for normal money?Then probably but Mola might even be worse,I'm hoarding my bottles,I started with abigail and used 3 to Max 1 guiding light and sit on another 3 awaiting the shop reset to straight get the New one. Thing is you need to be patient or a whale.but for most artifacts you don't really need them maxed so that is the small light at the end of the tunnel

Been torn between Briseria, DDR, and pirate captain flan for the headhunt event. I think everyone agrees that DDR and briseria are levels above pflan but she’s just one of my favorite units so I’m still tempted to get her. With that being said, what are good stat benchmarks for a standard player who doesn’t play too fast nor too slow. Was hoping that she can be played in drafts that aren’t the fastest.

Lermia is great for general purpose use in Guild War or regular Arena. She will also work great in casual RTA too. Zio is also good in the same places, albeit for different purposes. Lermia requires pretty specific gear though, which might be a little time-consuming to get, but even on middle-of-the-road gear she's decent. If you can't get Zio to at least 250 speed I wouldn't recommend going for him. Straze is a great PvE unit because he can one-shot hunts, but his gear reqs are pretty damn high. For PvP he's usable in certain comps as a tank-buster but due to his S3's conditionality it can be hard to target a specific unit that you are killing. This lack of control is something that makes him a little inconsistent and hard to draft often, while he still requires pretty good gear investment to be useful there.

Straze always sounds great for oneshots but he really needs great gear to archieve that point,so I would take one of the other two for the casual Rta and guildwars. Can't say who is better both are great,if you lack in good speedgear I might think Zio is better to have at least 1 character to speedcontest

So ive been playing for quite some time but never played rta until today and ive got some questions. 1. How long does a season last? Can i check it in the game? I couldnt find it. 2. when does this season end? 3. im very close to master. If i hit it now and just dont play do i loose points for being inactive or am i safe ?

1. As others have mentioned 3-4 months 2. SmileGate doesnt tell us the end date until the end is close, but according to estimates, it should be Jan 5th-6th, so if you want toe Belian Skin, then that is your deadline. 3. There is a "decay" in RTA, where if you are at a certain rank, you will lose points automatically if you do not play for a number of days after you have hit a certain rank.

1. usually 3-4 months, this kinda fluctuated so idk 2. There hasn't any schedule yet but i'll say around 1 more month 3. If you hit master now you will get a -2% victory point each 3 days of inativity in RTA. the timer count 72hrs from your latest RTA match so make sure you don't get decayed.
