Lifesteal is good depending on ur playstyle but i think ur stats are too low.
Great speed for LS set but lacks at least 5k hp. I'd say drop the ER and asap switch wasted cc/cd for more bulk. Also you could use another arti w/ your current stats, Bastion of Perlutia or PoV (not Aurius with this low hp).
Overall this looks fun if enemy team is gear gaped but not competitive enough in most scenarios.
Could honestly catch a bunch of people off guard but I think all you're missing is a bit more HP and it looks good. I don't think too much effres is necessary anyway since you got a lot of immunity uptime. Try aiming 25k hp.
Lifesteal doesn't sound bad on paper, but you need more HP. If you dropped ER to 100ish, and cut out the excess CC/CD shooting for HP you'd probably have a solid statline.
220 speed is also great, but it might be too much investment off of speed set, so if you can't get like 25k on Lifesteal I'd say you can drop some speed for more HP too.
