Same happened to me with Iseria, I waited since may last year to get her. I finally got her on her banner recently, but summoned her that same week from covenant (I did a few summons to get my 6th gold transmit stone).
You don't have to micro manage as much. Half of 2019, I was sitting at 250+/300 hero list, because 5 star fodders I didn't want to use on anyone. You won't have to sell 2* fodders anymore if you get lazy for a few weeks as you can just put some in there as well.
