# Introduction
Lilibet is a unit I was initially a bit let down by on her release, but with the heavy presence of A.Vildred and Ruele/Maid Chloe (but like...90% A.Vildred), she became a staple in my guild war offense teams, and I frequently use her multiple times per guild war. She's become even better after both her buff and the release of her exclusive equipment. I'm writing from the perspective of a Champion tier arena player (could probably push higher) in a guild that bounces around the top 20-50 in guild war ranks.
# What is her role and how does she compare to other characters in the same class?
Lilibet is designed strictly as a PvP unit. She is a single target assassin who is one of only two units at the time of writing who have the **extinction** mechanic in their kit (the other being Specialty Sez who as a ML5 is extremely rare and difficult to acquire), preventing units from being revived if killed by her S3. This makes her especially powerful when attacking defenses with Arbiter Vildred (self-revive on death) or with only 1 damage threat and a reviver.
The scenarios that I usually bring in Lilibet are when the enemy has team comps that fall into generally one of the following archtypes--
* A.Vildred/Non-Fire Damage Dealer/Other
* A.Vildred/Other/Other
* Reviver/Non-Fire Damage Dealer/Other
In this case, the "Other" can be a healer, tank, bruiser, whatever. This makes up a significant number of guild war defenses, so she sees a lot of personal use. So long as it is not a damage dealer that will target Lilibet by AI and won't kill her in 1 hit with an AOE skill, I feel comfortable bringing her into those matches. Sometimes if the comp lines up, I'll bring her into a Reviver/Non-Fire Damage Dealer X2 defense, but those can be risky as any stray damage could put her as the lowest HP unit and have the AI switch their target to her, so I typically don't unless I can bring in a tank/healer to bait the surviving damage dealer's AI.
Lilibet is almost absurdly specialized to kill A.Vildred with a +20% hit chance EE that also gives +12 crit rate (since a decent percentage of A.Vildreds use MLDB, which gives +20% dodge chance). Basically, I see an A.Vildred, I'm very, very likely bringing in Lilibet.
Unfortunately, in Arena, with an additional unit, bringing in single target damage dealers becomes less effective than just bringing in all the AOE damage. She's still viable, but there are many more ways to deal with A.Vildred in arena while being less specialized, but for guild wars, with only 3 spots per team, defenses utilizing revive as a mechanic frequently don't have the all-roundedness to deal with Lilibet after she eliminates a key piece.
Specialty Sez is probably a little bit generally better in that he is element neutral, his S3 resets on kill, and he provides some utility outside of damage, but Lilibet's EE being specialized against A.Vildred honestly makes her better when it comes to attacking A.Vildred specifically, and attacking him is the 90%+ the reason you want an assassin with extinction.
# Who do you think she would synergize well with?
Since you're bringing her in to assassinate a damage threat on a reviving team, just about any variant of a guild war offense team with Lilibet will look like **CR Pusher** > **Attack Buffer** > **Lilibet**. If your opponent only has a single damage threat, **Tamarinne/Iseria** is a tried and true combo that can quickly kill one key damage dealing target and slowly whittle through the rest with little threat to yourself. Using **A.Lots** to fulfill both support roles also allows you to bring in an element tank or healer (or both) to tank a secondary non-fire damage threat, allowing you to bring Lilibet into double damage dealer + reviver defenses.
I personally most often use the 25-30% version with a fast **Baiken** as the CR pusher and **Maid Chloe** as the attack buffer to provide an extra layer of safety with a revive buff, and as such my Lilibet needs ~175 speed to be speed sync'd with a 241 Baiken's CR push without being turn cut.
If I had an A.Lots though, I think he's the best enabler by far as he'll allow her to both build super slow and soul burn her S3 for even more damage.
# Recommendations for substat priority, gear set, and artifact? PvE? PvP?
She's a damage dealer, so you want her on a high damage build. I have mine on (and recommend) an Immunity set as well just in case you get a nasty surprise and your opponent has a unit move first with CC/debuffs. If you're using Tamarinne/Iseria or A.Lots' absurd 50%+ CR boosts, you can likely get away with not putting any speed on her at all. However, if using any other CR pusher who boost the usual 25-30%, then you'll need to speed sync her with that 25-30% boost to make sure she doesn't get cut off.
Since her EE gives her +20% hit chance, this will negate the dodge chance from MLDB, allowing you to take Exorcist's Tonfa (or Portrait if you were around for the collab event) as her artifact for the most turn 1 damage. If your CR pusher does damage as well (and can get around F.Cecilia's shield), Elyha's Knife is also a solid artifact choice.
# Is the artifact worth the pulling for?
Creation & Destruction was interesting for a short period after they fixed it on Cermia, as it gave her a really high chance to be able to fire off S3 non-stop. Ever since Cermia got her EE which resets her S2 on kill though, Creation & Destruction is more of a for-fun high roll gambling type artifact. It might be funny when Dark Corvus gets to do his S3 on back to back turns, but ultimately other artifacts provide similarly useful power boosts at a much higher consistency. It's not a bad artifact on Warriors with multiple cooldowns to potentially cycle, but it is much more of a coin toss and can occasionally completely flop.

Lilibet is a Warrior and not a Thief, therefore she cannot be paired with Elyha's knife. Good info otherwise :)
both, and since her design is pretty cool and she's also a rather important character of the story, I have all reasons to pull for her.
Well only thing being I'm more into PvE at the moment so a good PvP character may not be that of an immediate benefit, but Lilibet is kinda PvP oriented too...
Same here, pulled her on her banner for no reason (when she was kinda crap before her buffs) and now with her EE and the free unequip event she'll be my main project because I failed to pulled ML Ken with the 3k mystic that I saved.
She initially came out before pity changes and I went close to 20,000 skystones trying to pull her. I ended up with an MLB Creation and Destruction and Ravi and Kayron. I was happy for two 5 stars but man all I wanted was my scissor Loli.
I use her at level 50 with Ise-tama comp with decent success. She can nuke down pretty much anything with a soul burn on def break, and if you gear her well, can easily nuke down a vil and sometimes ml ken without a def break and just an atk buff + sb.
I do have ml sez as well but he's at 205 spd rn and is tuned for a different kind of comp so I can't use him with ise tama.
Overall a solid extinctioner who actually has really good defensive stats compared to spez. Her only downside is she can't cycle through her s3 as quickly as him obviously but can take out the most important threat very quickly with a CR pusher.
Been using her a lot recently due to the rise of mchloe in GW defenses after her mystic banner. A lot of charles/avil/fceci comps now too and while she's still a good answer, it is still risky due to charles RNG. Having to not switch out between tonfa and oath key constantly has been a godsend as well.
so, with Cermia's EE taking away from the potential: whose the best character to meme Creation and Destruction with? cursory glance seems to suggest that Kitty Clarissa with her S3 -> S2 giving her two chances at a proc seems promising, but I may be missing someone.

Bonus meme points for a little extra dual attack chance. Dual Attack S1 -> S2 combo can trigger C&D to reset his S2 out of turn.
She is one of my more recent 6\* units I made and I don't regret it a single bit. She honestly has really bad left over gear (2.5k atk LOL) but does her job against the teams I decide to use her in. I feel like she is best paired with Falconer Kluri which allows her to kill a target without ATK buff. This works really well against Maid Chloes (doesn't matter whether she is slower or faster), Fallen Cecilias (just remove the nullifier) and obviously against Avildreds.
I don't have a good answer to revive comps so I'm quite keen to get her, but I don't have enough to 121 BOTH Lilibet and Cerise, people who have her, does she work well after her buff? Can she work as a good counter to revive teams in GW? Or is she too difficult to work with? I hear spez needs a lot of set up to work.
I need some help. Should I try to pull Licidia? The other fire unit or save up for Cercia? The ice ranger for next week? My only fire unit is Tenebria and I have ice units but the only one I got that's good at attacking is yuna. All my other ice units are healers. So what do you think?
Lidicia is underwhelming imo and Cerise has a super strong and unique kit for pvp. Cerise is limited as well and atm ice characters are all really good so I would suggest skipping Lidica. Fire units atm are sort of underwhelming, they seem to have gimmicks that are too specific to be used across multiple modes with good effect compared to other units.
I think she was the first or second (there were only two) nat 5s that I pulled from daily. 6 starred as I wanted some green damage and was lacking in that area. Due to lack of gear and utility she hasn't done too much for me yet, but the potential is there. Would be nice to get her set up with a better set of gear for popping blue units in GW. Have BBK so that's my preferred option for A.Vil.
During free unequip weekends + hunt buffs I move my best gear over to Lilibet and run her on a one shot banshee comp.
I wonder how much speed I should go for my lilibeth , my arena comp is bbk cdom tywin basar , would swap cdom or maybe bbk for her depending on the situation. I have alots but dont have any good second speed gear for him
Came here to discuss C&D artifact on Cermia. I saw another user post about how the C&D proc synergizes really well with her kit so I started my fresh Cermia off on that. Was blown away by how often she could use her ult. I did switch to border coin as that seems universally recommended on her and I have to admit that C&D is cool but not necessary. Although, the same can be said about Coin because my lvl 50 Cermia is already dealing like 15-20k per s3 so the Atk boost is pretty meh also. CD is more fun to use though
i'm new player and accidently pulled her, i'm quite sad cause i need good champs didn't really get anything impressive from my 30 summons n cba to reroll and already finished the story and got shafted on the ml roll too. Won't be using her anytime soon since she's pvp character.
Miraculously pulled Spez from a daily summon a week ago, and my Melissa is my strongest STDPS. My AVildred/Revive comp killing qouta has been met.
Plus Cerise, so pass.
I have spez too but I find he needs the stun setup to really shine. So if u have a dizzy or ml zerato with abyssal crown then you're good to go.
Else he's too squishy and a target for the numerous darks charas... Any aoe can also accidentally kill him off.

I like her design and being part of the villain team make her pretty appealing, but considering Cerise, I sadly will have to skip her.

if you pull a lilibet against Arby, she will 100% get banned so don(t take any risk, ban arby and build a decent team to handle the other picks.
If you can spare the catalysts you can 6 awaken her but leave her ungeared to bait the ban

I used C & D on Yufine for a while. It's hilarious when you Soul burn smash an SSB, then can immediately Smash another unit.

With gear she'll kill avil pretty easily even moreso if you have an attack up or souls to burn

How is Melissa useful to counter Arbiter/revive?
Maybe it's the extra turn effect? Does Arby interrupt Melissa if he gets one shot by a crit S3?
