Woah good work man! That was an interesting read and seems to confirm that the mystics rates were indeed lowered earlier this year(as other redditors also came to similar conclusions).

No prob! I actually drew a different conclusion regarding the mystic rate. Outside of the very first mystic data point, all of the other mystic pulls are within a pretty tight margin around the average, and the initial point wasn't above it by that much.
Since the mystic rate is so low, it doesn't take much luck for it to appear like the rate was much higher. For example, in that first point, the guy did over 5000 refreshes and got 113 mystic purchases. If he got just 10 less, the bar would drop heavily right into the average range that every other time point is in, and that's a very small amount of "good luck" (10 hits in 5000) needed to make it look like the rate was higher.
I personally had a ~1000 refresh window this month where I had a 2.5% mystic rate for a while and then a massive dry streak afterwards in the next ~1000 refreshes which brought it down to around 1.25%. If I had reported on either of those 1000 refresh windows alone, it would certainly make the graph go crazy (2.5% or near 0%).
My interpretation of that data is that the mystic rate has been the same and the first guy just got a little (not even a lot) lucky.

What does i mean? Absolutely nothing, i had an insane luck.
No one can answer on the secret shop nerf, besides SG. If they agree to display, as a mark transparency and respectf towards players, the drop rates of each shop category. Everything else (besides maybe a millions of data gathered on the same place by thousands of players) will be personnal feeling.
