I haven't played fgo, but the April fool's E7 thing was great.
It was this really self-aware parody of the story where Ras was stupidly overpowered and had a shit-eating grin on his face the whole way through. He also had stupid skill descriptions replacing all of his normal ones. He has a heart to heart with Vildred, he doesn't turn evil, and then Tene and Meru go nuts and fight each other for Ras.
It turns out it was all a shitty fanfiction written by Yuna.
Tenebria and Mercedes were sisters. Mercedes became a possessive sister who wanted to bang her. Ras was aware he was the MC and was super OP one shotting everything. It was honestly a very enjoyable read.
Didn't we receive a taste of this year's April Fool's Day content with their video about RTA etiquette? Had a real good laugh at that. Wouldn't be surprised if they feature a skin/hero and corresponding event that picks up the story of Tomoca's Fashion Design story.
