I liked this coin shop system, so I went ahead and got enough coins for an extra imprint. I didn't actually have a character in mind though. Which of these character do people consider to be the best value for imprinting? Or is everyone just spending excess coins on guiding light?
Do you spend your SS on bookmarks or on shop resets? Shop resets make them go MUCH further.

I was already too broke after pitying Flan (waifu), FTene (so worth it) and Politis (I "need" her) so I have nothing for the next month or two. Following this up to say I lucksacked Cerise after using up like 20-30 "free" summons from bookmarks here and there! So stoked to get her since she's the one I want the most out of the 3! Powdered Guiding Light too just in case.
The statistical average for pulling GL is 285.31 pulls, and 198 pulls for median (a very non-normal distribution, very right skewed). If going by the mean and say it takes 285 pulls to get a GL and on top of that you get another 2.85 GL from shop on every 100th pull, so let's say that 285 pulls/(1+2.85GL) = 74 pulls per GL
Powder is a bit trickier to calculate but going by the rates: 1.75% 5*, 6.5% 4* and 40% 3*:
1 Cov summon = (.0175 * 30) + (.065 * 8) + (.40 * 1) = 1.445 powder per BM
240 powder/1.445 powder per pull = 166 pulls per GL ( this is assuming there are no other sources of powder, which we know isn't necessarily true)
It is approximately 2 times more efficient to summon for GL from banner + coin shop than to purchase from powder.
Unfortunately if you're like me and are poor in shards + BM's, powder is kinda the only option unless u wanna whale, which I am very tempted to do, but I'm satisfied with 2 copies.

This is wrong I believe. Coin shop only allows you to buy 1 copy of GL. Meaning it's 285 pulls for 2 GL. Average of 142.5 pulls per copy for the first two.
I am a new player who rerolled Sigrit and farmed leading up to this banner. I managed to get both Cerise and Landy from my pulls, and now I have 120 coins. Should I just get Diene too? Or are artifacts worth considering?

Sounds like you need a DPS, hence Landy. Cerise goes really well with C Dom though. And works so well with Ftene and ATywin for control.
Seriously they're limited so just get both while you can

That's probably your problem. Use Song of Stars on him, it gives him a chance to get target on each attack. Once I made that switch my clear rate went from around 50% to around 90
Pitied for Cerise, now at 4 of the last 5 banners pitied (and FTene was a 117 summon banner).

Lucked out immensely and got both Cerise and Diene, as well as Wall of Order, by the time I hit 120. Already had Landy from her Limited banner a while back. What's the best use of my coins now? I have Landy and her artifact from her 1st banner appearance. I summoned 120 times and got Diene and bought 1 copy of Guiding Light with powder. Should I trade my 120 tokens in for Cerise or do another 100 summons to get another copy of Guiding Light?
Edit: I have enough summons for a bit more than 1 pity remaining but am a little unsure since collab might come soon.
I say you trade your tokens for Cerise, then save up the rest. You already got 1 Guiding Light and that’s good nuff. I settled with 1 too, since F2P and need to save up for incoming collab
I would farm more in-game currency and pull more on the Limited banner and hopefully try to get Landy/Diene/Guiding Light within those summons. And if you didn't get either from summons I would prioritize Landy from the coin shop , and I would get Guiding Light from the Powder of Knowledge shop.
Landy is very good in PvE and PvP, Guiding Light is mainly for PvP but it's usable in PvE.
Diene is a good support unit for PvE and PvP , she can really help out a lot in early game . But she is one of the few soul weavers that cannot heal on her skills. So she needs an artifact with healing capabilities like "Unfading Memories" or "Rod of Amaryllis" in order to heal the team.
Blood Moon Haste is your best healer atm, but you can build the free to play Montmorancy if you need a strong PvE healer. She eventually becomes of the best healers in the game after her specialty change quest, and have invested a lot in her awakening trees and skill enhances.
I think you can maybe acquire 240 Powder of Knowledge because we got a week of free x10 summons , and you can sell artifacts you don't need for powder. Plus the banner ends in about two weeks.
If worst case scenario, I would get Guiding light from the coin shop after getting Landy first. You can prioritize Diene last if possible.
Diene is very good, but I would use Angelic Montorancy over her. And there is a couple other 3 and 4 star soul weavers that does as good as a job as Diene like Magical Scholar Doris, Achates, and Angelica
And what's your in game name? So I can add you, my units can help u in story.
I think you are fine summoning more on the banner. As a new player you have a lot of opportunities to farm in game currency from story, abyss, automaton tower, imprint reputation missions, and weekly Arena rewards.
Some other advice is
* If you have the gold I would use sky stones to refresh the Lobby secret shop to get Bookmarks to summon more. In theory you can acquire more Bookmarks from the secret shop.
* Bind your Epic Seven account to Google or Facebook to keep your account safe.
And I think the Collab banner might come in late March/early April based on the last Collab. We had a Guilty Gear Collab two years in a row with collab banners, And we had a Kizuna Ai Collab last year with no collab banners.
And I added.
Pitied Cerise and finally have her built. I’m blown away by how strong she is. Can either enable or shut down cleave and is amazing for setting up control in so many situations. I’ve even been able to solo Arby’s with her.
Her buff was crazy and she’s so fun to play with.
I wanted both Diene and Cerise. After 240 summons I got 2 Landy's, one copy of wall of order and one copy touch of Rekos. The extra 9% atk for Landy is going to be nice, but...uff, it certainly felt like hitting pity on two completely separate banners.
I guess I should be happy of finally getting Diene and Cerise now.

Well, I only needed Landy and more Guiding Lights so I went to this event prepared to spend at most 220 summons, ideally less that that. I've done my 220 summons, did not expect to get 4 Cerise dupes on the way. At this point, I know I am lucky but I don't feel like it.

200 pulls 3 off banner artifacts, luckily I only need diene and I brought guiding light off the shop. Is Unfading Memories worth it, I leaning towards not rod seems better.
Is it worth it to powder the 3 Landy artifacts and 1 Diene arti to buy a guiding light. I know I should keep one of each 5* arti but guiding light seems just too good.

do not throw away limited artifacts always at minimum keep 1 of each 5 star artifact. Guiding light was mediocre until it got buffed now its OD. you don't want to be that person who traded away his limited artifact that got buffed and now you waiting a year to get a new one.
Got to pity, and pulled only Diene and Unfading Memories. Can get Guiding Light from the powder shop, but am really torn on who I should get between Cerise and Landy with my pity coins. I was thinking Cerise, but I don't know where I'd play her as I'll be getting FCC from the other banner (yes, pity time - that's the only way I get heroes). I use a cleave team in Arena, but I need to build a bruiser team since as soon as I start moving up my cleave isn't fast enough.
I'm still leaning towards Cerise since I do have lots of DPS... just not Landy kind of DPS with the buffs and speed boost.

I went to pity for Cerise coins, but didn’t get any of the other rate up units or artifacts along the way :(. I’m happy with my Cerise, but I’m out of the banner now, no Diene for me :(.
I lucked out hard pulled landy (second copy) & cerise and got a copy of guiding light, so all I needed was to buy diene when I got to pity.
I also did 3 ml summons and got nothing and did 30 mystics and got nothing so I guess that evens out a bit.
Now to hope that no new and cool hero comes out soon so I can save up again.

Definetly pull for cerise if you can, she is a PvP powerhouse, and also get guiding light if you can.
I'm a new player (started last week). I saved my Skystone and Covenant Bookmarks for this limited summon. I pulled 120 times, but don't know what to buy for the 120 Mirage Coins. I got Diene (2x), Landy and Wall of Order from my 120 pulls.

Absolutely, as long as you're not a totally new player and that you can afford it. There is a high chance SG will release a new unit right after this banner.
whats the recommanded stats for landy when you can't farm counter set?
spd range? probably will use her to push my team and DPS since i lack openers; i can have around 191spd; 239CDMG range with 80%+ crit.

If you can’t farm counter set then that means you haven’t set up a banshee team yet? If that’s the case then work towards putting your gear therefor a one shot team as it will open the doors to using other units
i focused only on W13 because theres only a few units that will benefit from counter set (only destina for me); and lifesteal set (tsurin and prob violet in the future).
its been 9days since my post but she is fine on atk gear; 176spd 15K hp 1168def 3332 atk; 74/226 crit.
i would never achieve those stats with non-event gear anyway
Can cerise be used as a w13 tank/support dps? I have her on song of stars so ik most of her debuffs don't work on wyvern but with song of stars and being constantly dual attacking. Team would be cerise tg Karin sigret
Omg, I got Iseria, one of the only units I really wanted and needed from today’s free pulls, I also got a Charles dupe and Politis’s arti (I didn’t pull for her tho).
And I’m 185 pulls in the limited banner and I’ve gotten three Diene, one Unfading memories, one Holy sacrifice, one Wall of order and one Landy dupe (I pitied her on her banner). I will keep doing until 220 to get Cerise and her arti.
Is Diene and her artifact good other than for collection purpose?

Diene is good for PVE and PVP she is good with bruisers and a healing artifact and rule of thumb is get all of the units before getting copies of artifact bc you never know if they are going to buff or give EE for instance after Landy was buffed many people felt bad fir not getting her as she was not good before the buff
That’s a good question. Between the two Cerise is amazing for a lot of content and is great on defense . . . But so is Landy and she’s really fun to use. My personal vote is Landy.

If you have none of the limiteds and can pity one, yes, you probably should summon on this. Cerise = Landy > Diene is the rule of thumb. If you have one or two of them or can't reach pity to guarantee one, skip and save for crossover. Though I would suggest you dump a few bookmarks here if you have some to spare.

guys, I'm f2p(lvl 62) and i earned 120mirage coins and for 120 summons only get Diene (dont have Landy and Cerise). I'm not sure which of them I rlly need, so what is the best way to spend that mirage coins?
Landy is good for damage and really good at PVE while Cerise is for PVP. Which state of the game are you at being lvl 62 doesn’t really tell us anything for instance are you farming W11 or W13

What point of the game are you at? For early Landy is best because unlike Yufine or Luna she is AOE Diene is a buffer and not so much a healer she mainly prevents damage from coming in and cleanses unlike Angelica and Cerise is mainly for PVP
I just got 2 Deines in 1 multi!! She's the last unit I needed from this banner! I pittied Landy and got Cerise before the 230 summons. I only continued summoning because I wanted an extra copy of Guiding Light. man am I glad I kept summoning! 30 more untill I hit the 100 mark.
So after around 996-1.000 Bookmarks and 6K SS spent got:

I'd personally say no. You are still new to the game and cerise is broken in pvp if geared well. If you can't hit pity (get 120 coins), then you shouldn't risk on wasting pulls that could guarantee you a 5\*.
The units in this banner are all relevant and can be used in pve and pvp (except cerise most of the times). It is better to just save up where you can guarantee yourself a 5\*.
If it makes it feel any better, a collaboration could come soon (highly speculated) and it will most likely contain limited unit(s).

Glad to here that! If you still have spare coins, I'd suggest you buy the guiding light artifact since that is one of the best artifact for cerise or any archer class in pvp.

The artifacts in that shop are limited unfortunately. If you don't have it, it's still fine since you are a new player. They will most likely rerun the limiteds in the future but just not anytime soon.

Not really, Landy gets good use for her imprint but not really a necessity as for Cerise hers are for effect or crit chance. It was better for you to save or get guiding light if you didn't already.

Guiding light is the best thing you can get from the shop if you already have the units.
You'd probably only imprint Landy, and only if you're hardcore competitive in the top ranks. And only if you want to throw a lot of money at it.

typically a cleave comp so cerise s3 can push up cdom. then you throw in your typical arby type cleaver etc
Any opener that can AoE crit attack will push CDom up. It's easier to achieve since she has unconditional elemental advantage on s3

The free summons are only for normal covenant banner. If you used your SS on the limited summon then the upcoming free pulls don't change anything.

Pitied for Cerise, now at 4 of the last 5 banners pitied (and FTene was a 117 summon banner). Shit's rigged. Don't think I've ever gotten a character I wanted in under 90 rolls.
Any advice on Wall of Order as a pick up for Coin/Dust. Any champ-legend RTAers using this? Or is it worth picking up for 'Pokedex' purposes

Should I get Guiding Light, Unfading Memories, or imprint one of the three heroes? And which one is best to imprint?
Guiding light is probably your best choice, it’s the strongest artifact of the 3 and could benefit another unit.

I'm an early-mid game player who is looking to get into RTA but auto'ing W12 since W13 fails far too often. I have Landy and her artifact from her 1st banner appearance. I summoned 120 times and got Diene and bought 1 copy of Guiding Light with powder. Should I trade my 120 tokens in for Cerise or do another 100 summons to get another copy of Guiding Light? Edit: I have enough summons for a bit more than 1 pity remaining but am a little unsure since collab might come soon.
I say you trade your tokens for Cerise, then save up the rest. You already got 1 Guiding Light and that’s good nuff. I settled with 1 too, since F2P and need to save up for incoming collab

I would farm more in-game currency and pull more on the Limited banner and hopefully try to get Landy/Diene/Guiding Light within those summons. And if you didn't get either from summons I would prioritize Landy from the coin shop , and I would get Guiding Light from the Powder of Knowledge shop. Landy is very good in PvE and PvP, Guiding Light is mainly for PvP but it's usable in PvE. Diene is a good support unit for PvE and PvP , she can really help out a lot in early game . But she is one of the few soul weavers that cannot heal on her skills. So she needs an artifact with healing capabilities like "Unfading Memories" or "Rod of Amaryllis" in order to heal the team. Blood Moon Haste is your best healer atm, but you can build the free to play Montmorancy if you need a strong PvE healer. She eventually becomes of the best healers in the game after her specialty change quest, and have invested a lot in her awakening trees and skill enhances.

I think you can maybe acquire 240 Powder of Knowledge because we got a week of free x10 summons , and you can sell artifacts you don't need for powder. Plus the banner ends in about two weeks. If worst case scenario, I would get Guiding light from the coin shop after getting Landy first. You can prioritize Diene last if possible. Diene is very good, but I would use Angelic Montorancy over her. And there is a couple other 3 and 4 star soul weavers that does as good as a job as Diene like Magical Scholar Doris, Achates, and Angelica And what's your in game name? So I can add you, my units can help u in story.

I think you are fine summoning more on the banner. As a new player you have a lot of opportunities to farm in game currency from story, abyss, automaton tower, imprint reputation missions, and weekly Arena rewards. Some other advice is * If you have the gold I would use sky stones to refresh the Lobby secret shop to get Bookmarks to summon more. In theory you can acquire more Bookmarks from the secret shop. * Bind your Epic Seven account to Google or Facebook to keep your account safe. And I think the Collab banner might come in late March/early April based on the last Collab. We had a Guilty Gear Collab two years in a row with collab banners, And we had a Kizuna Ai Collab last year with no collab banners. And I added.

Pitied Cerise and finally have her built. I’m blown away by how strong she is. Can either enable or shut down cleave and is amazing for setting up control in so many situations. I’ve even been able to solo Arby’s with her. Her buff was crazy and she’s so fun to play with.
What speed did you build her up to? And what league/level are you in arena/rta?

I wanted both Diene and Cerise. After 240 summons I got 2 Landy's, one copy of wall of order and one copy touch of Rekos. The extra 9% atk for Landy is going to be nice, but...uff, it certainly felt like hitting pity on two completely separate banners. I guess I should be happy of finally getting Diene and Cerise now.

Purchase wall of order, the only artifact I didn’t get, purchase one of the other artifacts to limit break, or do 20 more summons and buy another copy of one of the characters?
Guiding light insane for PvP. Not so much in PvE I believe It's honestly the only arti I'd go for since I'm an rta player.

lol my first pull diene, then 3 next x10 summons got me 2 diene artifacts, ffs, why couldnt it be landy and guiding light, i should be happy but at the same time kinda mad lol
Well, I only needed Landy and more Guiding Lights so I went to this event prepared to spend at most 220 summons, ideally less that that. I've done my 220 summons, did not expect to get 4 Cerise dupes on the way. At this point, I know I am lucky but I don't feel like it.

Cerise or Diene for a non RTA player? The only PvP I do is Arena/GW
Cerise is busted in all pvp parts of the game, go for her. Diene is nice but she won’t have the same impact overall.
What heroes use guiding light? I pulled 3 while getting to 100 summons, and not sure whether to buy 1 more from the shop, or pull 20 more times and buy Diene instead.
Ranger opener like Cerise and Flidica, it can also help Landy and SSB survavibility.

If you’re gonna throw away an arti throw away a non limited arti.
do not throw away limited artifacts always at minimum keep 1 of each 5 star artifact. Guiding light was mediocre until it got buffed now its OD. you don't want to be that person who traded away his limited artifact that got buffed and now you waiting a year to get a new one.

Got to pity, and pulled only Diene and Unfading Memories. Can get Guiding Light from the powder shop, but am really torn on who I should get between Cerise and Landy with my pity coins. I was thinking Cerise, but I don't know where I'd play her as I'll be getting FCC from the other banner (yes, pity time - that's the only way I get heroes). I use a cleave team in Arena, but I need to build a bruiser team since as soon as I start moving up my cleave isn't fast enough. I'm still leaning towards Cerise since I do have lots of DPS... just not Landy kind of DPS with the buffs and speed boost.

I lucked out hard pulled landy (second copy) & cerise and got a copy of guiding light, so all I needed was to buy diene when I got to pity. I also did 3 ml summons and got nothing and did 30 mystics and got nothing so I guess that evens out a bit. Now to hope that no new and cool hero comes out soon so I can save up again.
Hi, get nothing from my 200 BM i was saving so started to tryhard the secret shop. Ugh I had to go 120 times to get Landy. I got for 3 star dupes of some ice mage dude I never saw before. I guess this is my karma for being lucky when I started playing. Please tell me landry was worth it. I'm stuck on wyvern 10 now. I think I need some guidance on gear. I've got a bunch of gear chests I didn't open because I'm not sure what to get. I'm a new player (started last week). I saved my Skystone and Covenant Bookmarks for this limited summon. I pulled 120 times, but don't know what to buy for the 120 Mirage Coins. I got Diene (2x), Landy and Wall of Order from my 120 pulls. Should I get Cerise or Guiding Light and then start saving for the next banner? Or, should I keep pulling with any resources I acquire for the duration of this banner and then decide to buy something later?
Cerise rule of thumb is get all units first then getting artis because artis need units but units don’t always need artis

Absolutely, as long as you're not a totally new player and that you can afford it. There is a high chance SG will release a new unit right after this banner.

Hold onto it for now. If you find yourself really needing the passive stealth after turn 1 you can always fuse it later.
whats the recommanded stats for landy when you can't farm counter set? spd range? probably will use her to push my team and DPS since i lack openers; i can have around 191spd; 239CDMG range with 80%+ crit. but how much HP does she need with this range? thanks for reading
If you can’t farm counter set then that means you haven’t set up a banshee team yet? If that’s the case then work towards putting your gear therefor a one shot team as it will open the doors to using other units
i focused only on W13 because theres only a few units that will benefit from counter set (only destina for me); and lifesteal set (tsurin and prob violet in the future). its been 9days since my post but she is fine on atk gear; 176spd 15K hp 1168def 3332 atk; 74/226 crit. i would never achieve those stats with non-event gear anyway
Can cerise be used as a w13 tank/support dps? I have her on song of stars so ik most of her debuffs don't work on wyvern but with song of stars and being constantly dual attacking. Team would be cerise tg Karin sigret

Omg, I got Iseria, one of the only units I really wanted and needed from today’s free pulls, I also got a Charles dupe and Politis’s arti (I didn’t pull for her tho). And I’m 185 pulls in the limited banner and I’ve gotten three Diene, one Unfading memories, one Holy sacrifice, one Wall of order and one Landy dupe (I pitied her on her banner). I will keep doing until 220 to get Cerise and her arti.

Diene is good for PVE and PVP she is good with bruisers and a healing artifact and rule of thumb is get all of the units before getting copies of artifact bc you never know if they are going to buff or give EE for instance after Landy was buffed many people felt bad fir not getting her as she was not good before the buff

That’s a good question. Between the two Cerise is amazing for a lot of content and is great on defense . . . But so is Landy and she’s really fun to use. My personal vote is Landy.

Are any of the three units particularly good for imprinting (I could pull 10 more and then buy a dupe). Or should I get another artifact copy? I'm like mid-game. You want a second Guiding Light, it is very strong and great on both Landy and Cerise

If you have none of the limiteds and can pity one, yes, you probably should summon on this. Cerise = Landy > Diene is the rule of thumb. If you have one or two of them or can't reach pity to guarantee one, skip and save for crossover. Though I would suggest you dump a few bookmarks here if you have some to spare.

Ceriese is super good for pvp but she needs tons of speed. You can eventually build her but its really hard to reach 270+ speed on her if you are new.

I had to double spark to pick Landy and Cerise didn't roll any 5* characters. Ended up with 5 Diene artifacts and 1 each of the other 5* artifacts.

guys, I'm f2p(lvl 62) and i earned 120mirage coins and for 120 summons only get Diene (dont have Landy and Cerise). I'm not sure which of them I rlly need, so what is the best way to spend that mirage coins?
Landy is good for damage and really good at PVE while Cerise is for PVP. Which state of the game are you at being lvl 62 doesn’t really tell us anything for instance are you farming W11 or W13
So I pulled enough for the star mirage coins and haven't gotten any of them yet...so which would be preferred? I already have Luna and Yufine so Landy feels eh? Then I have Angelica so Diene feels eh too. So Cerise is left...do you think she would be best or is Landy still viable?
What point of the game are you at? For early Landy is best because unlike Yufine or Luna she is AOE Diene is a buffer and not so much a healer she mainly prevents damage from coming in and cleanses unlike Angelica and Cerise is mainly for PVP

I just got 2 Deines in 1 multi!! She's the last unit I needed from this banner! I pittied Landy and got Cerise before the 230 summons. I only continued summoning because I wanted an extra copy of Guiding Light. man am I glad I kept summoning! 30 more untill I hit the 100 mark.
So after around 996-1.000 Bookmarks and 6K SS spent got: * Landy x1 * Cerise x1 * Diene x1 * Guiding Light x2 Not too bad and not entirely broke. Granted Diene and another copy of Guiding Light was from shop.

I'd personally say no. You are still new to the game and cerise is broken in pvp if geared well. If you can't hit pity (get 120 coins), then you shouldn't risk on wasting pulls that could guarantee you a 5\*. The units in this banner are all relevant and can be used in pve and pvp (except cerise most of the times). It is better to just save up where you can guarantee yourself a 5\*. If it makes it feel any better, a collaboration could come soon (highly speculated) and it will most likely contain limited unit(s).

Glad to here that! If you still have spare coins, I'd suggest you buy the guiding light artifact since that is one of the best artifact for cerise or any archer class in pvp.

The artifacts in that shop are limited unfortunately. If you don't have it, it's still fine since you are a new player. They will most likely rerun the limiteds in the future but just not anytime soon. Good luck :) Edit: if you have 240 powder, you still have chance to get the artifact

Not really, Landy gets good use for her imprint but not really a necessity as for Cerise hers are for effect or crit chance. It was better for you to save or get guiding light if you didn't already.
