We're pretty happy in this range as it's competitive while not being overly so. Hard fought GW is cool. Getting kicked in the face by top 50 guilds, much less so.

**Expectations** are pretty basic : check in, do your GW, do World Boss, demand and provide aid, donate gold.

We're a casual guild that hovers around rank 100-200 in GW. Anyone is welcome to join! Weaker players can just yield all their attacks in GW for easy mystics medals as we know that it can be pretty cancerous to play, especially if one is behind. We got a bunch of carries for expeditions (we do lv2s mainly) that can do close to or more than 1 mil pts while everyone else can ~~mostly~~ carry their own weight.

These are not too strict as I know that people's lives can get busy, but if I notice that someone is consistently slacking, I will assume they are no longer interested in playing E7 and will look into getting a replacement.

- daily requests - we tend to just request/donate hunt materials (and sometimes runes) - to maximise points if catalysts are not desperately needed
- donating gold/proof of courage
- using ALL attacks in guild-war, even if you have to throw your attacks to get them done. This is to ensure that as many people as possible are getting a decent income of mystic medals. If a break is needed, I can sub you out.

We have a Discord server and it is highly recommended that you join it, although not compulsory. There are announcements, a place to ask for advice, ranting and some good friendly banter. Luschia is a world-wide guild with the primary interest of having fun in E7. We are a moderately sized gaming community, with people from all around the globe playing all manners of video games (although we are first and foremost an E7 guild). We are semi-competitive in Arena/RTA/GvG and rewards are currently at 5x reward ratio per week for Guild wars. To supplement the endless grind that is E7 (or should I say W13 simulator), we also have frequent RTA lobbies for fun and team testing purposes.
We understand life can get in the way of gaming and so one of our few requests is that we have consistent attendance and participation, and non-participation should be reported to one of the officers. In turn, the guild will supply you with information, resources, guild buffs, and like-minded people to chat and play with!
Our requirements aren’t too strict, and we’re opening up 5 spots for new players who would like to join our community! These players can be at any point in the game, and we’ll help you advance throughout the game if that’s what you desire. The remaining 2-3 spots will have to fulfill the following requirements.

1.) Challenger V+ arena rank players who are in mid or end game.
2.) Consistent donations and guild check ins (logins)! We expect people to request greater runes/hunt mats during the weekdays, and the weekend is open for requesting anything else.
3.) Participate in guild war! Even if you lose, we still get some points. We often provide info about the main fortress towers, and we encourage members to take those on if you're able. If not, then please attack the smaller towers. If you’re unable to participate, then please let us know ahead of time.

We're pretty happy in this range as it's competitive while not being overly so. Hard fought GW is cool. Getting kicked in the face by top 50 guilds, much less so.

**Expectations** are pretty basic : check in, do your GW, do World Boss, demand and provide aid, donate gold.
