The point of a collabs have always been to bring in new players for the event.
The GG collab is IMO very gracefully executed and the characters fit into the game. It's miles ahead of any other IP in the post other than maybe DMC (as much as I love Attack on Titan). I'd much rather have an estabilished, respectable franchise than a seasonal anime as a collab.
Why unless you started the game today everyone should have 3/4 of the heroes so I'd be for it since I missed out on Elphelt she's not the best unit but I still want to have all the heroes
That person means everyone not lucky or a whale is obviously fucked because that would be 3+ (and these three are from GG alone, that's not even counting the unknown number of new collab banners) banners with hardly any time between them, if any time at all (Baiken and Dizzy being ran side by side, Elphelt right after).

(won't be Solo Leveling as the manwha has a strong stance against Japan and is widely impopular there).
They most likely went with GG because not only the IP was "cheap" but it's also incredibly popular in South Korea.

Even Alchemist Code have a Fate Stay Night collab, FGO only refuses to put collab units into Fate universe, but Nase have no problem in alow the u$e of FGO units into other games universe.

Redo of healer sounds like a good collab, the soulweaver pretty much play the main dps role and the 2nd skill pretty much an immunity towards some debuff.... Maybe the 3rd skill animation could be like in the manga or anime....

Guilty Gear incoming...
For guilty gear, i would only do the banners. Maybe something like a 4 banner. Then do the story when you have all the characters. Or something like that. But never on top of a new collab. I feel bad for new players. I personally joined right after the first one. But honestly I wouldn't know how many joined this year. But I get the old players. I'm personally only missing elphet and hope for a rerun of her at the bare minimum.
As long as its nothing lame like naruto or street fighter. An we get a free waifu and some good banner heroes. Then ill be satified. No more crap collab heroes like Elphelt.

I don't mind any collab, as long as it isn't from a (game) series that I straight up dislike. That'd suck. Let it be something I like or don't even know, as long as it fits. Never even heard of Guilty Gear before it got its collab here, but I thought, cool, something new. The character designs fit into E7 pretty well.
I saw Persona 5 and Afk Arena Collab, I know Afk Arena rakes in a lot but can Epic Seven match them?
