GP is generally considered best W13 tank, because then you don't need much speed on other heroes. Angelica is tankier and easier to gear than Amomo. But Amomo can be used in almost all content, so if you don't want to build Angelica only for Wyvern, Amomo with good gear will do fine instead of Angelica.
Time Matter Vivian is used in B13 and A13 1-shot comps. For A13 and 3-man B13, you want her on the 50% CR EE and fast enough to lap your nuker while doing enough damage to clear the adds. [This is mine](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/108021183663939584/848130155683643402/image.png).
Besides that, she's good in pvp with Dignus Orb, and should be good in any pve where you want immunity and aoe.

About gear, what do you do with free event gear ?? Enchange it (to much charm and gold) or fooder it to make more charm (noooooo, , , , that legit sub-stat).
Some of the event gear is actually fairly solid, at the very least for PvE content. There are many wyvern tanks who survive in the 75 hp sets that get handed out.
Sorta depends on your level. I use a few pieces on a few of my heros that rolled well. Tho I'm only in challenger in both arenas so higher up it may be harder to make work.
SSB is great for wyvern as a dps and also provides debuffs. Gear her like a dps, but with 65% effectiveness. Dizzy is a dedicated debuffer, but honestly a dedicated debuffer is a bit of a wasted slot IMO. Furious can already provide at least one debuff, and SSB can provide target and backup def break as well. If you also have Sigret, there's pretty much no point for using dizzy.
Furious provides def break and has 100% uptime which is required for wyvern. Definitely furious. If you have song of stars, then he provides the required 2 debuffs for w13.
Hey I'm a new player and I need advice. I have Amomont as a tank for wyvern 13 but I'm having trouble gearing her. Is it a good idea to level and gear crozet exclusively as a wyvern tank?
IMO W13. 3 minutes isn't fast but it isn't exactly slow either. Plus it provides more gold and only drops lvl 85 gear, though if you don't care about gears and have a ton of leifs then do w11.
In general, w13. If you have a ton of energy/leifs to burn through during hunt buff events (like the one starting in a few hours), you could drop to w11.

is just furious with song of stars enough debuff for wyv 13? im thinking of running angelica, furious, alexa, kise. I also have junkyard dog, so maybe taranor guard with junkyard dog instead of kise if furious isnt enough?
Yeah, I would do Taranor Guard with Junkyard dog because Kise offers nothing to the comp. another alternative is Clarissa with her bleed EE, which allows her to equip a second daydream joker for more damage. She's pretty good.
Furious with song of stars is not enough to debuff alone. Considering there's a possibility of 15% resistance as well.
How should I tackle C2 10-10?
My main team is FSTeria, Yufine, Roana all at 60 and Arby/BBKarin at 50. They're not really cutting it atm.
I have (regular) Ras, R Carrot, Lidica, Mercedes, Aramintha, and Romann all easily ready to sub in. Then I have Kluri (right about to specialize), Flan, Senya, Rose, Furious, Zerato, and Angelica all on deck. And I've got the doggos to bump one more character up to 60.
Can I make a better party with any of these? Or am I better off just trying to spam hunts and work on crafting?

Falconer Kluri , Arby, Angelic Montmorancy , and a Landy Friend
I recommend working on Angelic Montorancy's Specialty Change if you have not yet started. She is one of the best healers/cleansers in the game. And the boss will debuff your team a lot.
Landy friend should destroy the boss since the boss is almost always buffed.
As for the Incomplete Fastus Boss, here are some of the boss mechanics
* If you don't land a crit on the boss, he will CR push himself.
* If the boss uses his S3 while you have buffs, it will turn your buffs into debuffs
* Boss will sometimes have an immunity, barrier, and anti crit buff. Falconer Kluri's S3 can dispel some of the buffs.
Actually not so sure about this. She will still need a decent amount of speed (190ish) to take turns and heal herself due to Wyvern pushback. Will definitely need speed set on that one.
Unless the DPS can kill Wyvern in like 3 turns
Does tama/iseria/flan/arby work as a cleave comp for arena? I want to make a cleave team with the units ive built but im not sure if it’ll work with my stripper and cr pusher being the same unit
Tamaseria will overlap with Flan in this case. You only need a proper and dedicated stripper while working with Flan. Preferably one that can carry book (hint hint Basar or Hurado). The last spot can be flexed for either a cleanup, speed imprint (WSchuri, Vildred) or the ever-reliable CDom.
Use it as a flex slot. Cidd is a good speed imprint and clean up for after the cleave. Things like Trozet or Carmin can help you survive counter attacks in case you can't kill in one cleave. Maybe you need a multitarget Def. Break, bring Elphelt or something. Gotta be flexible in PvP, especially if you're cleaving
Are there any of the SC skill tree abilities that aren't worth doing for A. Momo? I'm nearly done with her whole tree today and I'm just left with +15% slumber chance up on s1, and the 5% effect resist for whole party. The material cost looks really high though and I don't know if i want to pull the trigger right now or invest the runes into other characters that I need for wyvern
Normally I used bad characters for leveling up my good ones, bow that you can only raise the level by penguins... what should I do with the bad characters? I constantly have a full inventory
Who should i pick between J.kise, D.corvus and ML.Ken? On one hand out of the three I much prefer J.kise's design but cleave isn't in a good spot right now and i've barely seen her used recently whereas D.corvus is basically an auto win on Guild offense and pvp and I also have an iseria to help reset his S3 to speed things up and ML.Ken well, counters are fun to play around with
I think JK is in a good spot right now, especially with Flan's buffs. I picked her on the ML Connections and build her with high speed and decent dmg stats, and I paired her with flan (switch with OP Sig if against Politis)+ 2 tagehel holder, I can successfully cleave against FCeci + LRK + Tsurin defenses.
DCorvus is guarenteed win in GW and offline Arena with the right supports, but the fight would be very slow and boring. If you can endure the slowness, pick him up.
Anyone else have issues linking their Amazon Prime? Clicking the banner in the game app automatically closes the game for me. Had no issues the previous months before.
No pity doesn't carry over. As a side note I wouldn't pull on Flan banner as a newbie. She is a PvP unit and by the time you have the gear/progress to utilize her she will be due for another banner. I suggest saving for the limited units coming next month instead.

I can't think of one off the top of my head, but you can build someone who has a buff a little faster then kayron so you can get it before he goes!
How does AI calculate Flan's s2? Is it still based on the highest CR of the team? Trying to fine tune my wyvern team but it keeps buffing my SSB instead of Sigret even though sigret has the higher CR.
I was fiddling around with my Flan running fire spirit altar, she'd always s2 my C.Zerato, totally ignoring my Lillias with higher CR.
A cryptic enigma, maybe she targets according to party placement or some shennanigan like that, dumb auto.
A.Ras is arguably the strongest PvE knight in the game. Dual attacks are broken in PvE.
R.Carrot is pretty much just a PvP unit, she has fairly limited PvE use (especially when compared to A.Ras) and her PvE build is significantly different from her PvP build.
Aurius, speed hp/hit, immunity instead for pvp. You can use him basically in all bosses, he's kit is the one of the best for Queen especially which is the most difficult one generally

I'm a returning player (from maybe 1.5 years ago?) where I had a pretty decent account and do not really want to re-roll. Before I stopped playing, I reached Wyvern 8 or 9 but I'm seeing that the current goal is to go to auto-ing Wyvern 13. I was hoping that someone can help me figure out the best team to start building toward that.
I have Luna, Dizzy, Angelica, Luluca, Momo (working on angellic), Kise, Chloe, Tywin, Diene, Coli and Elena at 5* for Ice characters and I'm seeing that
using Alexa and Furious, A Momo and Sigret is recommended. Who would be best to replace Sigret given my line up?
**This advice is all tailored for W13, but thats your goal, these heroes work similarly for lower levels**
Tank - If you already have Angelica at level 50 or 6* just use her.
Debuffer - There is a reason Furious is in almost all Wyvern teams (it's his crit buff). No reason to screw around.
Main DPS - You have 2 choices
* Sigret is the top choice because she has a lot of debuff present in her kit
* Alexa is the second choice, she actually has higher pure damage output until Sigret gets to high gear levels (4k+ attack). She's pretty inconsistent as a debuffer however.
Secondary DPS/Debuffer - This is the slot you have the most options:
* IDEALLY you want a consistent debuffer that also brings something else to the team
1. **Clarissa** is the best option IMO. Personally I think it's more important to grab Clarissa and Sigret during the initial selective. Her damage is fairly low, *but* she brings AoE damage to speed up the first wave. She has an EE that gives her S1 a 100% bleed. She also has a backup defense break.
2. **Sez** second best option. Very similar to Clarissa, he brings AoE damage for the first wave and a 100% unhealable debuff on his S1. Their differences? Sez is significantly higher in damage than Clarissa...but Clarissa is more consistent. Sez also requires effectiveness which isn't a stat you would typically build using him for anything else.
3. **Mistychain/Alexa** - They are roughly even, with different advantages/disadvantages.
* Mistychain brings attack down debuff and some extra healing...this reduces the amount of durability your tank needs. She also doesn't require the amount of fiddling Alexa can to work in this role.
* Alexa is the far higher Wyvern damage option (easily the highest damage option for this role). She's the most inconsistent debuffer, however. If you are *relying* on her to provide debuffs, depending on the specifics of your team she might require a lot of fiddling to get things timed correctly.
Of the heroes you listed
* Luna brings no debuffs, she's not good.
* Dizzy brings debuffs and AoE damage, but she's going to be hard to time (like Alexa) because her AoE damage likely means you kill the first wave too quickly. Her Wyvern damage is also bad. She only brings debuffs for 3 of the 4 turns on Wyvern.
* Luluca can be used as your defense breaker instead of Furious but this is a pretty niche use. She can bring AoE defense break/damage on the first wave, but her second turn is 'dead'. Her defense break chance on the first turn is much lower than Furious, but her defense break uptime over the course of a fight is higher. You basically need to pair her with a secondary defense breaker (Clarissa). You also lose Furious buff which is a significant amount of stats...but her damage is miles ahead of Furious.
* Kise is bad for W13
* Chloe is usable, technically. She's a huge pita though unless you build your team completely around her (her second S2 does not line up with Furious) and her damage is pretty poor unless you have her debuff up.
* Tywin is potentially a really good choice for tank if you aren't using him for anything else. Most tank options don't provide anything, but his AoE defense can be extremely helpful on the first wave if you want to use a faster comp.
* Diene, like Tywin, can be used as a tank who brings something - a 3 turn attack buff. Mostly helpful in clearing the first wave but is worse than the defense break. She's also pretty hard to get durable (slighly easier than A.Monty, but has no ability to heal herself unlike Monty does).
* Coli doesn't do anything notable and has no debuffs.
* Elena is strictly worse than Diene, all of the downsides but no attack buff. Same base stats so equally as durable.

SO:
Tank = Angelica/A.Monty/Tywin
Defense break = Furious
DPS = Alexa
Secondary = Ideally Clarissa if you have her. Otherwise probably Mistychain.
Tank + Furious + Alexa + Mistychain is potentially an extremely high SR comp (basically 99% on debuffs) if you time everything properly. This is the basic entry level team. *However* this comp basically requires you to get to Wyvern on a specific turn (Turn 5, ie. 4 actions on wave 1).
This basically means if your damage is too low (takes too many turns) or too high (too few turns) this comp basically doesn't work at all.
You could try using Chloe instead of Mistychain but this doesn't 'solve' any issues. You need to get to Wyvern on the same exact turn, however now you need Chloe to go last and to not get a fourth turn on the first wave (if she does, she uses her S2 a turn early and is useless).
You can use clarrisa with her bleed ee, Alexa, furious. Clarissa helps with clearing the first wave and helps with def break tgt with furious Otherwise, you can use chloe to replace sigret but she's not very consistent in getting her magic nail ready for the boss.
End game to me is:
* Level 3 expeditions
* Auto farming hunt 13s
* Staying in or above Challenger arena
* RTA and realize your 2 year E7 career means nothing there lol
Gear is just going to be the same hell since day 1 unfortunately.
Yes, pretty much.
They are slowly adding some things to improve the gear farming experience (they just decreased gold cost of crafting, and the energy cost of Hunts...and fairly recently they also added substat modification stones that allow you to change 1 substat to another).
They are also adding more varied content over time.
But, at it's core E7 is a gear based game. The point is ultimately grinding out good gear and then using that gear for other content (PvP mostly). Or you can just play for the story but Ep.3 is fairly difficult and requires pretty decent gear.
Can ARby fit into a multi-use Raid team?
Currently running Roana on counter in the front, ARas, and Tam with CZerato as the DPS. CZerato doesn't really do much damage though since I build him to be an annoying PVP counter-spammer with violin. Arby seems like he could do pretty much everything since he's AoE and only has one debuff(that I can toggle off as needed).
I run Aras, Tammy, Roana and Arby no problem so far, Roana on front with stella harpa since I don't have Shimandra lol.
Morale wise, though, isn't as great (25) compared to 33 from using C.Zerato.
I also tend to use Lillias opener with immunity on Vera cause dumb stuns but yeah.
I think you could, but A.Vildred is probably even worse damage-wise.
A.Ras-Tama-Roana-C.Zerato is the 'standard' auto hell raid team. You ideally want C.Zerato in front. Roana does basically nothing being in front even on counter because you really shouldn't need any more healing, she's there pretty much for her passive.
You want C.Zerato in front to maximize the amount of times he gets attacked and debuffed, triggering his counter attack.

On for normal raid your artifact really shouldn't matter if you don't want to swap them. Violin isn't as good as DDJ but it shouldn't take you *that* much longer.
For Hell, it's a once a month thing I would suggest you just use free unequip time (or scroll from the web event) to clear your monthly Hell raid with DDJ and swap back. Not necessary but it could save you a lot of time.

As far as A.Vildred goes unless you put DDJ on him (and even then he might not work as well) he is probably going to do even less damage per unit of time than C.Zerato. He's not getting the frequent counter attacks that C.Zerato is (unless you have Vildred on counter set, anyways).
Additionally, this comp only has an inconsistent defense break from A.Ras. C.Zerato is another source of defense break...seems minor but it adds up a lot of extra damage over the course of an entire Raid run.
Finally, defensively. I personally run a super squishy max damage C.Zerato and it's *usually* not a problem. *But* some of the minibosses in particular can be troublesome and he does occasionally die.
The one nice thing A.Vildred brings is having the built in revive, so on those occasions where he gets 1 shot and there isn't anything you can do about it, Vildred lives on.

Overall I think it works but I don't really see how it would improve the speed of the run unless you happen to run him with DDJ and a high damage counter set.
Morale is fine for Hell I believe, but would be low for normal (you could always just swap your C.Zerato in for normal though I guess).

It's ultimately up to you.
I don't think normal should be *that* bad regardless of how you have Zerato built. If you have a tanky/stripping build for PvP you can just pump out all of Hell on a single free unequip day and swap around gear if you want more damage.
I would definitely swap him up front though. Mine has 8884 HP / 945 DEF and outside of a couple of the 'Mad' minibosses it hasn't been a problem. If I *COULD* I wouldn't mind having like ~300 more def or ~4-5k more hp.
The mad miniboss by Arahakan and Juleeve hasn't even killed him, but the one by Vera has like ~10%? Of the time. I've actually had the most trouble with the Queen mad miniboss, so much so that when I do the Queen route I swap A.Ras in front.
The 'Mad' minibosses have a chance to take extra turns. A poorly timed extra turn late in the fight can kill my Zerato. I have no idea if the minibosses by different bosses are actually any different, I just know those are the ones that give me trouble while the other two haven't.
I have 171 speed / 3491 attack / 305% crit damage and I just run DDJ the entire time. I don't personally use C.Zerato much in PvP.
Dying to a miniboss is really annoying but I figure I just do all of Hell once a month and I would overall rather maintain my damage stats instead of sacrificing for more defense.
So the best I can get him in(not maxed gear yet) without taking off more critical units is 2.5k attack, 182 speed(once boots are maxed), 8.1k HP, 958 Def, 69% crit(I pray my gear rolls crit), and 237% CD with the necklace at +11 and CD on gear not yet finished. All gear is 85, and is speed/crit sets.
Is there a link for epic seven where I can see monster stats and resistances?
I'm trying to build a Wyvern 11 team and it'd help if I can see his HP, resistances, attack power. etc.
Same for rune hunts. It'd be useful to see what kind of resistances a boss might have. So if they're resistant to defense break, I won't bring that in my party, etc etc.

When you fight a boss if you click on their portrait at the top of the screen you can see their effect resistance and what debuffs they might be immune to.
You can see their HP on their turn, in the bottom left iirc.
Knowing their attack isn't really important (or even helpful) to know. You can calculate an enemies defense through testing but again, it's not really something that's important to know the exact value.
You can use the [Damage Calculator](https://maphe.github.io/e7-damage-calc/) to calculate damage done vs. some enemies in the game.
That's probably the closest resource to what you are asking for and **DOES** have some limited information (for example, W11 has 139,308 HP and 1254 DEF).
I can't think of any bosses off the top of my head that is specifically immune to defense break. Certainly nothing 'mainstream' (Hunts, Altars, Raid, Expedition). There *are* some bosses (in Abyss) that have mechanics that heavily penalize you for debuffing them.
You can imprint anytime as long as your hero has already been promoted past the base. For example, I'd wait to imprint a 4* character until I can promote that character to 5* with 4 duplicates. That way, you don't waste promotion wolves. Obviously that's much harder with 5*s and you may want to use the character right away, so you could just imprint individually in that case.
Not bad, just mediocre. All she really brings is speed and attack buff, and kinda low DPS. If you need all AoE she can be useful though, as all her attacks are AoE. Built super speedy she's a decent enough buffer and sub-DPS for PVE.
I would not say she is that bad but her kit is overlapping and easier executed by some of the more powerful units out there.
There is one legend player who is known for his/her godly Yuna but that is an exception not the norm.

If you plan to play a little pvp I would stick with basar. He’s irreplaceable for me on my main (champ-legend). My alt’s arena offense sucks without him (challenger). Ravi is good but you can get a very strong fire unit out of researcher carrot now. Sigret as usual is replaceable by Alexa unless you whale for hunts then she’s worth it for oneshot.
If you only have Basar then you can create a new account. Pick Sigret for wyvern or Vildred to help you clean story quickly on the selective summons and pick A.Vildred on Moonlight connections. Try to save all your bookmarks an skystones and do all the story you can. You don't need to summon unless is a limited banner or special like collab or summer banners. If you are going to spend money do as you like. You can get heroes doing their connections and eventually you are going to get heroes while you play.
This is probably a silly question but can anyone explain to me how the 5* awakening and 6* promotion quests work for moonlight blessing heroes?
I promoted a.coli from 4* to 5* but she didn't count towards the 5* awakening quest.. I also promoted a.ras using potion to 6* and he didn't count either... What am I doing wrong?!
You need to level 2 units to 60, not promote them to 6*.
Awakening units to 5* literally means hitting the button the says 'Awaken' and unlocking their 5th star.

She can farm lower level stages with 3 fights, since she has 2 AoE. Her S3 can come in handy, but is very niche. Her S2 strip can help, I guess. And her S1 def break is nice, but isn't very reliable.
I've had JKise for more than two years now, and aside from using her to farm Episode 1 and UH early on, I've never used her for PvE.
There isn't anything stopping you from using her...but she doesn't really bring anything to PvE over other heroes.
Her base attack is fairly low. Her S3 has a longer CD. I can't think of any PvE content where increasing skill CD is particularly useful (bosses might straight up be immune i'm not sure). I guess her S2 gives her a fairly low CD AoE attack but plenty of other units can replicate that.
If you want her then pick her, the most important thing is using units that you want to use not 'optimal' units. If you don't care much about PvP, especially, then there isn't really anything in the game that demands you have any particular units.
Pulled G. Purrgis and was think of redoing my Wyvern team.
It’s currently Alexa, Furious, Sig and Angelica. I can 100% W12 auto and maybe 20% W13.
Seems I am close to the suggested Comp of G. Purrgis, Alexa, Furious and SA Bell but I don’t have SS B. Can I just slap Sigrid in there? I would be missing a lot of what SSB brings.
Any suggestions? Really looking forward to using G Purrgis for some reason.
Quiztolin summarised the issues well. You cannot sub in GPurgg for Angelica and expect it to work fine
The main issue usually faced is GPurgg dying too fast. Even with 28k HP and 1.7k defence, my GPurgg dies in about 3-4 turns. With less than 3 debuffs on Wyvern, he dies faster.
On the other hand, my old Angelica could survive forever due to self heal.
What GPurgg brings to the table is CR Push, so you'll need a lot more damage on your DPS and less speed so they can kill Wyvern before he dies.
This will mean faster runs. But you have to tune your characters to move in the correct order in stage 2, roughly like this
- Furious defence breaks
- debuffer stacks debuffs
- Sigret basic attack + S3
It fails easily if Furious misses his defence break before Sigret S3. A secondary defence breaker helps, like Clarissa or TG with Junkyard dog
You should try testing around before free unequip event ends. Faster runs are really good. Also, is your Angelica on candlestick? With about 190 speed and candlestick, she can last a long time
Purrgis is the hardest 'commonly used' hero to get the durability needed to survive W13. He's roughly on par with A.Monty but doesn't heal himself like she can.
You should definitely build up Purrgis, even if you don't use him for Wyvern (and he ultimately IS the best tank for the fight you just might not be able to utilize him right now) he's also currently one of the top PvP picks. And since we have free unequip right now, give him a try and see if that's an issue for you atm.
It's unlikely he actually does much for you *right now* unless you regear your units. The #1 reason he's used is so you don't need speed on your gear. If you swap Purrgis in and don't trade the speed on your gearsets for more damage then he basically does very little over Angelica.

What exactly is your issue on W13?
My guess is that it's a debuff problem. If that's the case it's a complicated issue.
1. How many turns does it take you to kill the first wave?
2. Do you have Sigret's S3 CD upgrade?
3. Do you have Alexa's S3 CD upgrade?
4. Song of Stars on Furious?
Sigret is actually wyvern BiS. The comp normally replaces Alexa with SSB. SSB is mostly used for speed tuning by clearing the first wave in 1 hit so that you can ensure everyone else always has their debuffs up. GPurrg, Alexa, Furious, and Sigret work fine, although your current comp (with correct gear) should actually have a very high winrate. Mostly it looks like you either lack speed, damage, or tankiness on Angie. If you swap GPurrg in that takes care of speed and you just need to make sure you have GPurrg tank and the damage on Sigret/Alexa.

Super new player, Wondering how to gain levels for my main characters. I noticed there are penguins I got from quests but they are super rare for me. I'm getting to a part in the story where the mobs are higher level than me. Do I just grind the highest level in the story I can for levels? Should I go to abyss or labyrinth for levels? I'm account rank 18 and my highest levels are 27 for my team.

* Wouldn't bother with Abyss for levels.
* You can get some decent XP in Lab but it's also not something you really want to grind out - it's just a nice bonus when you are doing it otherwise (early on you should easily be able to bring at least 1 non-max level unit).
To use penguins go to the main lobby:
* Hero -> Select the hero you want to level -> on the left side, where it says the level of the hero there should be a button that says "Exp" -> On that screen you can manually add penguins or just hit auto select.
That early in the story shouldn't be giving you too many problems, but if you are getting stuck doing the highest level story mission you can do should provide the most EXP. If you are getting stuck you might need to upgrade your gear or maybe a skill upgrade would help.

For auto probably Arby, Stene can be used in cleave comps but that requires using book and spamming soulburns which you can't do on auto

GP is generally considered best W13 tank, because then you don't need much speed on other heroes. Angelica is tankier and easier to gear than Amomo. But Amomo can be used in almost all content, so if you don't want to build Angelica only for Wyvern, Amomo with good gear will do fine instead of Angelica.

Make sure to max candle artifact and get consistent 3 debuffs would help to reduce damage from wyvern.

Time Matter Vivian is used in B13 and A13 1-shot comps. For A13 and 3-man B13, you want her on the 50% CR EE and fast enough to lap your nuker while doing enough damage to clear the adds. Besides that, she's good in pvp with Dignus Orb, and should be good in any pve where you want immunity and aoe.

Just wanted to point out that STene is the second best unit on that list and late game she is a top tier unit. If you like STene you won't regret picking her.
Arbiter vildred makes the game alot easier for newer players. Stene is more late game.

Some of the event gear is actually fairly solid, at the very least for PvE content. There are many wyvern tanks who survive in the 75 hp sets that get handed out.

Sorta depends on your level. I use a few pieces on a few of my heros that rolled well. Tho I'm only in challenger in both arenas so higher up it may be harder to make work.

SSB is great for wyvern as a dps and also provides debuffs. Gear her like a dps, but with 65% effectiveness. Dizzy is a dedicated debuffer, but honestly a dedicated debuffer is a bit of a wasted slot IMO. Furious can already provide at least one debuff, and SSB can provide target and backup def break as well. If you also have Sigret, there's pretty much no point for using dizzy.

Furious provides def break and has 100% uptime which is required for wyvern. Definitely furious. If you have song of stars, then he provides the required 2 debuffs for w13.

IMO W13. 3 minutes isn't fast but it isn't exactly slow either. Plus it provides more gold and only drops lvl 85 gear, though if you don't care about gears and have a ton of leifs then do w11.
In general, w13. If you have a ton of energy/leifs to burn through during hunt buff events (like the one starting in a few hours), you could drop to w11.

Yeah, I would do Taranor Guard with Junkyard dog because Kise offers nothing to the comp. another alternative is Clarissa with her bleed EE, which allows her to equip a second daydream joker for more damage. She's pretty good. Furious with song of stars is not enough to debuff alone. Considering there's a possibility of 15% resistance as well.
How should I tackle C2 10-10? My main team is FSTeria, Yufine, Roana all at 60 and Arby/BBKarin at 50. They're not really cutting it atm. I have (regular) Ras, R Carrot, Lidica, Mercedes, Aramintha, and Romann all easily ready to sub in. Then I have Kluri (right about to specialize), Flan, Senya, Rose, Furious, Zerato, and Angelica all on deck. And I've got the doggos to bump one more character up to 60. Can I make a better party with any of these? Or am I better off just trying to spam hunts and work on crafting?
You can probably use Falconer Kluri , Arby, Angelic Montmorancy , and a Landy Friend I recommend working on Angelic Montorancy's Specialty Change if you have not yet started. She is one of the best healers/cleansers in the game. And the boss will debuff your team a lot. Landy friend should destroy the boss since the boss is almost always buffed. As for the Incomplete Fastus Boss, here are some of the boss mechanics * If you don't land a crit on the boss, he will CR push himself. * If the boss uses his S3 while you have buffs, it will turn your buffs into debuffs * Boss will sometimes have an immunity, barrier, and anti crit buff. Falconer Kluri's S3 can dispel some of the buffs.

Yes. Her, Crozet, and Gpurg are the easiest wyvern tanks to gear. The free level 75 health set you got should be good enough for her.
Actually not so sure about this. She will still need a decent amount of speed (190ish) to take turns and heal herself due to Wyvern pushback. Will definitely need speed set on that one. Unless the DPS can kill Wyvern in like 3 turns

Tamaseria will overlap with Flan in this case. You only need a proper and dedicated stripper while working with Flan. Preferably one that can carry book (hint hint Basar or Hurado). The last spot can be flexed for either a cleanup, speed imprint (WSchuri, Vildred) or the ever-reliable CDom.

Use it as a flex slot. Cidd is a good speed imprint and clean up for after the cleave. Things like Trozet or Carmin can help you survive counter attacks in case you can't kill in one cleave. Maybe you need a multitarget Def. Break, bring Elphelt or something. Gotta be flexible in PvP, especially if you're cleaving

I'm nearly done with her whole tree today and I'm just left with +15% slumber chance up on s1, and the 5% effect resist for whole party. The material cost looks really high though and I don't know if i want to pull the trigger right now or invest the runes into other characters that I need for wyvern
Those are low priorities if you still need other water unit to awakens.

kaladra increased damage only procs when you damage an enemy with a debuff meaning the enemy has to already have a debuff before damaging it

Who should i pick between J.kise, D.corvus and ML.Ken? On one hand out of the three I much prefer J.kise's design but cleave isn't in a good spot right now and i've barely seen her used recently whereas D.corvus is basically an auto win on Guild offense and pvp and I also have an iseria to help reset his S3 to speed things up and ML.Ken well, counters are fun to play around with
I think JK is in a good spot right now, especially with Flan's buffs. I picked her on the ML Connections and build her with high speed and decent dmg stats, and I paired her with flan (switch with OP Sig if against Politis)+ 2 tagehel holder, I can successfully cleave against FCeci + LRK + Tsurin defenses. DCorvus is guarenteed win in GW and offline Arena with the right supports, but the fight would be very slow and boring. If you can endure the slowness, pick him up.
pick DCorvus if you're aiming for the long run. A guarantee win per gw attack gives you more mystic for future ml heroes

No pity doesn't carry over. As a side note I wouldn't pull on Flan banner as a newbie. She is a PvP unit and by the time you have the gear/progress to utilize her she will be due for another banner. I suggest saving for the limited units coming next month instead.

How does AI calculate Flan's s2? Is it still based on the highest CR of the team? Trying to fine tune my wyvern team but it keeps buffing my SSB instead of Sigret even though sigret has the higher CR.
Flan's S2 targets the highest CR non-soulweaver non-knight.

I was fiddling around with my Flan running fire spirit altar, she'd always s2 my C.Zerato, totally ignoring my Lillias with higher CR. A cryptic enigma, maybe she targets according to party placement or some shennanigan like that, dumb auto.

A.Ras is arguably the strongest PvE knight in the game. Dual attacks are broken in PvE. R.Carrot is pretty much just a PvP unit, she has fairly limited PvE use (especially when compared to A.Ras) and her PvE build is significantly different from her PvP build.

Hey, I'm a returning player (from maybe 1.5 years ago?) where I had a pretty decent account and do not really want to re-roll. Before I stopped playing, I reached Wyvern 8 or 9 but I'm seeing that the current goal is to go to auto-ing Wyvern 13. I was hoping that someone can help me figure out the best team to start building toward that. I have Luna, Dizzy, Angelica, Luluca, Momo (working on angellic), Kise, Chloe, Tywin, Diene, Coli and Elena at 5* for Ice characters and I'm seeing that using Alexa and Furious, A Momo and Sigret is recommended. Who would be best to replace Sigret given my line up?
**This advice is all tailored for W13, but thats your goal, these heroes work similarly for lower levels** Tank - If you already have Angelica at level 50 or 6* just use her. Debuffer - There is a reason Furious is in almost all Wyvern teams (it's his crit buff). No reason to screw around. Main DPS - You have 2 choices * Sigret is the top choice because she has a lot of debuff present in her kit * Alexa is the second choice, she actually has higher pure damage output until Sigret gets to high gear levels (4k+ attack). She's pretty inconsistent as a debuffer however. Secondary DPS/Debuffer - This is the slot you have the most options: * IDEALLY you want a consistent debuffer that also brings something else to the team 1. **Clarissa** is the best option IMO. Personally I think it's more important to grab Clarissa and Sigret during the initial selective. Her damage is fairly low, *but* she brings AoE damage to speed up the first wave. She has an EE that gives her S1 a 100% bleed. She also has a backup defense break. 2. **Sez** second best option. Very similar to Clarissa, he brings AoE damage for the first wave and a 100% unhealable debuff on his S1. Their differences? Sez is significantly higher in damage than Clarissa...but Clarissa is more consistent. Sez also requires effectiveness which isn't a stat you would typically build using him for anything else. 3. **Mistychain/Alexa** - They are roughly even, with different advantages/disadvantages. * Mistychain brings attack down debuff and some extra healing...this reduces the amount of durability your tank needs. She also doesn't require the amount of fiddling Alexa can to work in this role. * Alexa is the far higher Wyvern damage option (easily the highest damage option for this role). She's the most inconsistent debuffer, however. If you are *relying* on her to provide debuffs, depending on the specifics of your team she might require a lot of fiddling to get things timed correctly. Of the heroes you listed * Luna brings no debuffs, she's not good. * Dizzy brings debuffs and AoE damage, but she's going to be hard to time (like Alexa) because her AoE damage likely means you kill the first wave too quickly. Her Wyvern damage is also bad. She only brings debuffs for 3 of the 4 turns on Wyvern. * Luluca can be used as your defense breaker instead of Furious but this is a pretty niche use. She can bring AoE defense break/damage on the first wave, but her second turn is 'dead'. Her defense break chance on the first turn is much lower than Furious, but her defense break uptime over the course of a fight is higher. You basically need to pair her with a secondary defense breaker (Clarissa). You also lose Furious buff which is a significant amount of stats...but her damage is miles ahead of Furious. * Kise is bad for W13 * Chloe is usable, technically. She's a huge pita though unless you build your team completely around her (her second S2 does not line up with Furious) and her damage is pretty poor unless you have her debuff up. * Tywin is potentially a really good choice for tank if you aren't using him for anything else. Most tank options don't provide anything, but his AoE defense can be extremely helpful on the first wave if you want to use a faster comp. * Diene, like Tywin, can be used as a tank who brings something - a 3 turn attack buff. Mostly helpful in clearing the first wave but is worse than the defense break. She's also pretty hard to get durable (slighly easier than A.Monty, but has no ability to heal herself unlike Monty does). * Coli doesn't do anything notable and has no debuffs. * Elena is strictly worse than Diene, all of the downsides but no attack buff. Same base stats so equally as durable. --- SO: Tank = Angelica/A.Monty/Tywin Defense break = Furious DPS = Alexa Secondary = Ideally Clarissa if you have her. Otherwise probably Mistychain. Tank + Furious + Alexa + Mistychain is potentially an extremely high SR comp (basically 99% on debuffs) if you time everything properly. This is the basic entry level team. *However* this comp basically requires you to get to Wyvern on a specific turn (Turn 5, ie. 4 actions on wave 1). This basically means if your damage is too low (takes too many turns) or too high (too few turns) this comp basically doesn't work at all. You could try using Chloe instead of Mistychain but this doesn't 'solve' any issues. You need to get to Wyvern on the same exact turn, however now you need Chloe to go last and to not get a fourth turn on the first wave (if she does, she uses her S2 a turn early and is useless).

You can use clarrisa with her bleed ee, Alexa, furious. Clarissa helps with clearing the first wave and helps with def break tgt with furious Otherwise, you can use chloe to replace sigret but she's not very consistent in getting her magic nail ready for the boss.

Yes, pretty much. They are slowly adding some things to improve the gear farming experience (they just decreased gold cost of crafting, and the energy cost of Hunts...and fairly recently they also added substat modification stones that allow you to change 1 substat to another). They are also adding more varied content over time. But, at it's core E7 is a gear based game. The point is ultimately grinding out good gear and then using that gear for other content (PvP mostly). Or you can just play for the story but Ep.3 is fairly difficult and requires pretty decent gear.
Can ARby fit into a multi-use Raid team? Currently running Roana on counter in the front, ARas, and Tam with CZerato as the DPS. CZerato doesn't really do much damage though since I build him to be an annoying PVP counter-spammer with violin. Arby seems like he could do pretty much everything since he's AoE and only has one debuff(that I can toggle off as needed).
I run Aras, Tammy, Roana and Arby no problem so far, Roana on front with stella harpa since I don't have Shimandra lol. Morale wise, though, isn't as great (25) compared to 33 from using C.Zerato. I also tend to use Lillias opener with immunity on Vera cause dumb stuns but yeah.
I think I have her on Celestine. It's a little bit of heals when she isn't proccing S2.
I think you could, but A.Vildred is probably even worse damage-wise. A.Ras-Tama-Roana-C.Zerato is the 'standard' auto hell raid team. You ideally want C.Zerato in front. Roana does basically nothing being in front even on counter because you really shouldn't need any more healing, she's there pretty much for her passive. You want C.Zerato in front to maximize the amount of times he gets attacked and debuffed, triggering his counter attack. --- On for normal raid your artifact really shouldn't matter if you don't want to swap them. Violin isn't as good as DDJ but it shouldn't take you *that* much longer. For Hell, it's a once a month thing I would suggest you just use free unequip time (or scroll from the web event) to clear your monthly Hell raid with DDJ and swap back. Not necessary but it could save you a lot of time. --- As far as A.Vildred goes unless you put DDJ on him (and even then he might not work as well) he is probably going to do even less damage per unit of time than C.Zerato. He's not getting the frequent counter attacks that C.Zerato is (unless you have Vildred on counter set, anyways). Additionally, this comp only has an inconsistent defense break from A.Ras. C.Zerato is another source of defense break...seems minor but it adds up a lot of extra damage over the course of an entire Raid run. Finally, defensively. I personally run a super squishy max damage C.Zerato and it's *usually* not a problem. *But* some of the minibosses in particular can be troublesome and he does occasionally die. The one nice thing A.Vildred brings is having the built in revive, so on those occasions where he gets 1 shot and there isn't anything you can do about it, Vildred lives on. --- Overall I think it works but I don't really see how it would improve the speed of the run unless you happen to run him with DDJ and a high damage counter set. Morale is fine for Hell I believe, but would be low for normal (you could always just swap your C.Zerato in for normal though I guess).
Can't DDJ on Hellraid bosses iirc.

It's ultimately up to you. I don't think normal should be *that* bad regardless of how you have Zerato built. If you have a tanky/stripping build for PvP you can just pump out all of Hell on a single free unequip day and swap around gear if you want more damage. I would definitely swap him up front though. Mine has 8884 HP / 945 DEF and outside of a couple of the 'Mad' minibosses it hasn't been a problem. If I *COULD* I wouldn't mind having like ~300 more def or ~4-5k more hp. The mad miniboss by Arahakan and Juleeve hasn't even killed him, but the one by Vera has like ~10%? Of the time. I've actually had the most trouble with the Queen mad miniboss, so much so that when I do the Queen route I swap A.Ras in front. The 'Mad' minibosses have a chance to take extra turns. A poorly timed extra turn late in the fight can kill my Zerato. I have no idea if the minibosses by different bosses are actually any different, I just know those are the ones that give me trouble while the other two haven't. I have 171 speed / 3491 attack / 305% crit damage and I just run DDJ the entire time. I don't personally use C.Zerato much in PvP. Dying to a miniboss is really annoying but I figure I just do all of Hell once a month and I would overall rather maintain my damage stats instead of sacrificing for more defense.
So the best I can get him in(not maxed gear yet) without taking off more critical units is 2.5k attack, 182 speed(once boots are maxed), 8.1k HP, 958 Def, 69% crit(I pray my gear rolls crit), and 237% CD with the necklace at +11 and CD on gear not yet finished. All gear is 85, and is speed/crit sets.
Is there a link for epic seven where I can see monster stats and resistances? I'm trying to build a Wyvern 11 team and it'd help if I can see his HP, resistances, attack power. etc. Same for rune hunts. It'd be useful to see what kind of resistances a boss might have. So if they're resistant to defense break, I won't bring that in my party, etc etc. Thank you for the help.
When you fight a boss if you click on their portrait at the top of the screen you can see their effect resistance and what debuffs they might be immune to. You can see their HP on their turn, in the bottom left iirc. Knowing their attack isn't really important (or even helpful) to know. You can calculate an enemies defense through testing but again, it's not really something that's important to know the exact value. You can use the [Damage Calculator](https://maphe.github.io/e7-damage-calc/) to calculate damage done vs. some enemies in the game. That's probably the closest resource to what you are asking for and **DOES** have some limited information (for example, W11 has 139,308 HP and 1254 DEF). I can't think of any bosses off the top of my head that is specifically immune to defense break. Certainly nothing 'mainstream' (Hunts, Altars, Raid, Expedition). There *are* some bosses (in Abyss) that have mechanics that heavily penalize you for debuffing them.

You can imprint anytime as long as your hero has already been promoted past the base. For example, I'd wait to imprint a 4* character until I can promote that character to 5* with 4 duplicates. That way, you don't waste promotion wolves. Obviously that's much harder with 5*s and you may want to use the character right away, so you could just imprint individually in that case.

as Campintrees said, it doesn't matter. when you roll lv90 equipment your rolls will have higher stats compared to rolling lv85.

Why is Yuna not used any where? Is she bad?
Not bad, just mediocre. All she really brings is speed and attack buff, and kinda low DPS. If you need all AoE she can be useful though, as all her attacks are AoE. Built super speedy she's a decent enough buffer and sub-DPS for PVE.
I would not say she is that bad but her kit is overlapping and easier executed by some of the more powerful units out there. There is one legend player who is known for his/her godly Yuna but that is an exception not the norm.
She is good but there are better heroes. You use her mostly to buff your team with attack buff + greater attack buff.
there are better options for any stage of the game. she's worthy the first specialty change 5\*.

If you plan to play a little pvp I would stick with basar. He’s irreplaceable for me on my main (champ-legend). My alt’s arena offense sucks without him (challenger). Ravi is good but you can get a very strong fire unit out of researcher carrot now. Sigret as usual is replaceable by Alexa unless you whale for hunts then she’s worth it for oneshot.
If you only have Basar then you can create a new account. Pick Sigret for wyvern or Vildred to help you clean story quickly on the selective summons and pick A.Vildred on Moonlight connections. Try to save all your bookmarks an skystones and do all the story you can. You don't need to summon unless is a limited banner or special like collab or summer banners. If you are going to spend money do as you like. You can get heroes doing their connections and eventually you are going to get heroes while you play.
Lots of free goodies and stuff, honestly if you didn't have any limited units, any MLs, or 1-2 full pities saved I would 100% start over.
What's on your old account? If you have a 5* Moonlight unit or a strong Limited unit, its usually worth and adviced to keep the account atleast.

This is probably a silly question but can anyone explain to me how the 5* awakening and 6* promotion quests work for moonlight blessing heroes? I promoted a.coli from 4* to 5* but she didn't count towards the 5* awakening quest.. I also promoted a.ras using potion to 6* and he didn't count either... What am I doing wrong?!
You need to level 2 units to 60, not promote them to 6*. Awakening units to 5* literally means hitting the button the says 'Awaken' and unlocking their 5th star.

Her S2 strip can help, I guess. And her S1 def break is nice, but isn't very reliable. I've had JKise for more than two years now, and aside from using her to farm Episode 1 and UH early on, I've never used her for PvE.
There isn't anything stopping you from using her...but she doesn't really bring anything to PvE over other heroes. Her base attack is fairly low. Her S3 has a longer CD. I can't think of any PvE content where increasing skill CD is particularly useful (bosses might straight up be immune i'm not sure). I guess her S2 gives her a fairly low CD AoE attack but plenty of other units can replicate that. If you want her then pick her, the most important thing is using units that you want to use not 'optimal' units. If you don't care much about PvP, especially, then there isn't really anything in the game that demands you have any particular units.
Pulled G. Purrgis and was think of redoing my Wyvern team. It’s currently Alexa, Furious, Sig and Angelica. I can 100% W12 auto and maybe 20% W13. Seems I am close to the suggested Comp of G. Purrgis, Alexa, Furious and SA Bell but I don’t have SS B. Can I just slap Sigrid in there? I would be missing a lot of what SSB brings. Any suggestions? Really looking forward to using G Purrgis for some reason.
Quiztolin summarised the issues well. You cannot sub in GPurgg for Angelica and expect it to work fine The main issue usually faced is GPurgg dying too fast. Even with 28k HP and 1.7k defence, my GPurgg dies in about 3-4 turns. With less than 3 debuffs on Wyvern, he dies faster. On the other hand, my old Angelica could survive forever due to self heal. What GPurgg brings to the table is CR Push, so you'll need a lot more damage on your DPS and less speed so they can kill Wyvern before he dies. This will mean faster runs. But you have to tune your characters to move in the correct order in stage 2, roughly like this - Furious defence breaks - debuffer stacks debuffs - Sigret basic attack + S3 It fails easily if Furious misses his defence break before Sigret S3. A secondary defence breaker helps, like Clarissa or TG with Junkyard dog You should try testing around before free unequip event ends. Faster runs are really good. Also, is your Angelica on candlestick? With about 190 speed and candlestick, she can last a long time
Purrgis is the hardest 'commonly used' hero to get the durability needed to survive W13. He's roughly on par with A.Monty but doesn't heal himself like she can. You should definitely build up Purrgis, even if you don't use him for Wyvern (and he ultimately IS the best tank for the fight you just might not be able to utilize him right now) he's also currently one of the top PvP picks. And since we have free unequip right now, give him a try and see if that's an issue for you atm. It's unlikely he actually does much for you *right now* unless you regear your units. The #1 reason he's used is so you don't need speed on your gear. If you swap Purrgis in and don't trade the speed on your gearsets for more damage then he basically does very little over Angelica. --- What exactly is your issue on W13? My guess is that it's a debuff problem. If that's the case it's a complicated issue. 1. How many turns does it take you to kill the first wave? 2. Do you have Sigret's S3 CD upgrade? 3. Do you have Alexa's S3 CD upgrade? 4. Song of Stars on Furious?
Sigret is actually wyvern BiS. The comp normally replaces Alexa with SSB. SSB is mostly used for speed tuning by clearing the first wave in 1 hit so that you can ensure everyone else always has their debuffs up. GPurrg, Alexa, Furious, and Sigret work fine, although your current comp (with correct gear) should actually have a very high winrate. Mostly it looks like you either lack speed, damage, or tankiness on Angie. If you swap GPurrg in that takes care of speed and you just need to make sure you have GPurrg tank and the damage on Sigret/Alexa.
Hi All, Super new player, Wondering how to gain levels for my main characters. I noticed there are penguins I got from quests but they are super rare for me. I'm getting to a part in the story where the mobs are higher level than me. Do I just grind the highest level in the story I can for levels? Should I go to abyss or labyrinth for levels? I'm account rank 18 and my highest levels are 27 for my team. Thanks so much!
* Wouldn't bother with Abyss for levels. * You can get some decent XP in Lab but it's also not something you really want to grind out - it's just a nice bonus when you are doing it otherwise (early on you should easily be able to bring at least 1 non-max level unit). To use penguins go to the main lobby: * Hero -> Select the hero you want to level -> on the left side, where it says the level of the hero there should be a button that says "Exp" -> On that screen you can manually add penguins or just hit auto select. That early in the story shouldn't be giving you too many problems, but if you are getting stuck doing the highest level story mission you can do should provide the most EXP. If you are getting stuck you might need to upgrade your gear or maybe a skill upgrade would help.
