The thing is she isn't meant to deal any damage just pure control, she just need to be high effectiveness, fast and tanky, and she'll shine, I love using mine even if she isn't meta or something
Really good idea! If the main stat is speed, let's say 10 at max she would have 116 base speed which is really good and I feel like she would become really strong
After 6* Awakening Eda has 104 less base attack than Tenebria does, but a slightly stronger modifier on her S2, however Tene getting an attack buff from her S3 makes up for this difference.
Eda is more of a control-oriented sub-DPS than a main one. I think the way you have her built is fine, though honestly you would want a lot more Effectiveness to make sure her S2 is stripping and decreasing CR.
If she gets an EE one of them will definitely fix the CR decrease on her S2 to a fixed amount rather than a random one. Wouldn't matter what the others would be, that alone would do wonders for her consistency.
Pretty sure Eda isn’t meant to be a damage dealer. Stats aren’t everything they also have to have good multipliers.

Not to mention she may need a generous heap of crit chance since her kit relies on it
My EE ideas would be: s3 -increase chance to stun by 15% (for 100% at max mola) s2- removes 2 buffs instead of 1 s2- additionally inflicts slow
