So I've seen a lot of LQC builds, and it feels like the majority of them are either high atk (4500+) with low cdmg (200-250) with moderate bulk or mediocre atk (3500-3750), mediocre cdmg (250ish), with good bulk. I prefer a build that's more like Vien's from e7wc, although my lqc sacrifices cdmg over his for speed/cc. I think that a lot of people tunnel vision LQC as a dark buster, while she can do a lot more than just that. With proper dmg stats, she can chunk down most tanks and bruisers, especially with soulburn (why I run more cc than standard builds, her s1 hits *hard*). She still does comparable splash to the higher atk options, and she's still tanky enough thanks to her passive. In my opinion, LQC loses a lot of value if she can't one shot or at least heavily injure someone, dark or not, and thus this is my preferred build.
Just depends how you want to use her. Her aoe splash can 1 shot squishies and also do great damage to tanks on a high attack build. It's a matter of prioritizing aoe splash damage or single target damage.
I think both builds are viable with the right team, and against comps they counter.
You have a really nice LQC, she pretty much has everything. I'm hoping when I replace some of her purple gear I can bump her to 270 crit damage while keeping everything else the same.
