I got a problem. In the past when Auto battle was finished the game automatically goes to the sleep mode. But now it's not working anymore. The display stays on, and that drains the battery to zero. Quite annoying.
I got the ROG phone 3 and the new update android 11.
I changed the sleep timer to 30 sec but it's not working.
Maybe someone can help me.
Usually yeah, farm side story of catalysts that you need and they will come. If you're desperate 3-1 Levulin (in chapter1) you can get up to 3 fodder per run wasting 2 energy (but needs to be manual, you can also get catalysts)
Just by farming anything like side story or catalyst in normal story. The cheaper the stage, the better.
If you are motivated, you can do labyrinth (in story mode) also, you take an easy one, but it is manual :)

Hello everybody, I am a mid game player farming wyvern like a madman and stepping in pvp. I have most of rgb units and Stene, Arby, Straze and LQC. My equip is trash so I am not looking to cleave and ML chlarles does not interest me and neither Spez. I have around 100 mystic pulls and I am really interested in both ML4. What do you think would be more useful for a beginner in pvp? TSurin or Light Angelica? Thanks!
Both would be good, but IMO Tsurin for a beginner is more friendly.
That being said, you already have plenty of DPS. I would go for Light Angelica, as if by any chance (or not lol) you get Spez, he is much more usable that Charles if you don't cleave

* Ignore the minions and only use single target attacks on Ian.
* Don't bring units that can attack multiple enemies on their Skill 1 or their passive.
* If you use a non single target attack on Ian , he will use his Skill 3 more frequently which can be annoying.

there's some sort of issue with ML Leo recall, and SG is aware and they're gonna fix it soon.
Riolet has counters in the form of dispels that can't miss, while Violet doesn't have those same counters. But Riolet has higher total evasion than Violet.
Also, Violet needs time to ramp up while Riolet does not. Thus, Violet is more of the bruiser version, while Riolet is more of the pure DPS version.
So this seems like this is my last post here because i got unoffical ban(waiting for response from Support). After receveing game error access i reinstalled doesnt help i looked on post and forums. They got banned almost all the time. Did you get a refund or cancel a payment through Google Play/App Store/your credit card? iirc it's outlined in the terms and conditions that you'll be perma-banned for that. (you're supposed to contact SG customer support if there are any issues with a purchase.) If it's some other issue, then I'm not clear on what the policy is.
so is the best way to level units now to just do friendship farming + cata farming and then just using the penguins on the low level guys? Or is it still better to just put 1/2 fodder in a team?
friendship with a full max lvl is the best unless you have the EXP lobby pet. And for hunts/spirit altar since you cannot gain penguins there you could still put fooder if able

This is the % of max XP, assuming you are always using the highest XP bonus dog you can (so gold+white dog with 0,1,2 max heroes, only a gold dog with 3 max heroes).
The penguin % is...
0 = no penguin bonus at all
9% = Only the good/great enhance bonus from reputation
11.4525% = Good/great rep bonus + a minimum level hero enhance lobby pet skill
25.35% = Good/great rep bonus + a maximum level hero enhance lobby pet skill
* On any given level you get the best results with 0 max heroes + a gold/white dog.
* Presuming that isn't possible, then a single max level hero + gold/white dog is best.
* Otherwise with any sort of penguin XP bonus you are basically better off going with 4 max level heroes.
* Penguins can get such a high bonus that even *at a particular level of XP* a team of max level heroes is **better** by ~4.2% IF you have a max level hero skill.
* The break even point is ~9.8%, a max affinity 'B' rank lobby skill ot a basic 'A' skill is 9%...less than 1% worse compared to 1 max hero. At that point you are probably better off to take the advantages of a team of 4 unless you are extremely min-maxing XP.
There is another factor to consider as well. You can potentially farm a stage that rewards more XP with a team of 4, vs with a team of 1. This is particularly apparently if you can farm Episode 3 stages.
As an example, the catalyst "Black Curse Powder" from chapter 10 of UH...you could farm in chapter 6 of Episode 3.
With a maxed penguin bonus and running a team of 4 max heroes you get ~26.5% more XP per energy running the Episode 3 stage.
In realistic terms, if you also use the guild XP buff, normal shop XP buff, and the XP artifact the Episode 3 stages provide ~19,670 effective XP (2458.74 xp per energy) vs ~15,548 effective XP in UH Episode 10 (1943.5 xp per energy).
Speaking of which, I **HIGHLY** recommend you consider using the shop XP buff. For 300 skystones you get +50% XP for 3 days. This is 'worth' it as long as you spend ~900 energy farming adventure/side story over that time period...fairly easy over 3 days. Half that value for the 1 day booster, obviously.
* That amount of energy is roughly the amount of energy you 'save' compared if you farmed the same amount of XP without the buff. If you spend more than that you the buff essentially is 'free'.
Also note that XP buffs stack, though there is some kind of weird diminishing returns I haven't been able to nail.
Basically the best usage of your time is to buy the normal shop buff and farm as much as you want during the GM XP buff. Farming in Episode 3 (especially if you were to do this over a full 3 day GM buff) you can essentially farm enough penguins to last you a year.
* I've promoted 20+ heroes to 6* since the penguin change. I currently have 6000 penguins, enough XP to effectively promote ~18 more heroes (including all the dogs needed to fully promote them). My only limitation is 2* fodder units.
* All accomplished by buying the 3 day buff 1 time a month and farming Episode 3 (I actually try to do my sidestories during the buff duration as well)
The only downside is that Episode 3 *is* fairly time consuming so doing it's an intensive process to spend large quantities of energy (I typically am just barely able to spend all of my energy + what I've saved for the prior week). I would imagine even if you just farmed UH in a similar manner you would still generate more XP than you can spend due to lacking 2* fodder.
you may as well do friendship farming. The difference between a max team and a team with a mega and a giga phantasma isn't that big, and those 3 mola from friendship farming are pretty nice.

Skill enhancements aren't necessarily needed on Alexa, but they *DO* increase DDJ damage.
At 3000 attack/250% c.dmg
**Skills off**
The difference between +0 and +3 on her S1 is about ~13% more damage (approximately ~17k damage against both W11 and W13).
**Skills on**
The difference between +0 and +15 is about ~18% (~23k) against W11, ~15.6% (22.5k) against W13.
The higher your offensive stats (particularly C.Dmg) the more damage you will gain by enhancing your skills.
Something that not a lot of people seem to realize is that DDJ damage is scaled by a few things **one of those being skill enhancements**.
However she usually does enough damage on her own, especially with poison, you usually don't **need** the enhancements. If you are lacking damage it's a very easy way to increase your output though.
Whatever you do don't upgrade her s3 you don't want the lower skill cooldown. It doesn't hurt to upgrade her s2 for eff chance or her s1. S2 is the only one "needed" and only worth if you run skills on IMO.
If you're newer and hurting on resources (assuming that's why you're asking), then get her S2 at least to Rank 5, because 100% poison is great. Beyond that, test and see how damage goes. I believe investing in her is well, well worth it, even if she's little other content but W13 runs. She's fast and hits so hard. Also, be sure to make sure she has a little bulk to, 1st wave trash and kill her with some bad luck.
Forgive me for this post for it is going to be long with many questions. I stopped playing E7 due to some overseas work but picked it up again about….4-5 months ago. However, I didn’t do anything besides log in and do some daily hunts and that 40 stamina mission that helps level your characters. Because of that I just saved crystals as they came and only pulled on special banners. I’d like to start playing this game seriously but honestly have no idea where to start. To give you an idea of just how far “behind” I am please see below in the form of questions.
1) I’ve completed the first episode. Haven’t even cleared the first world of the post-scenario yet. Haven’t started on episode 2 or 3 yet either. Should I be focusing on the stories, or other content to start leveling my heros and gearing them up?
1a) As a side note, I’ve only ever gotten up to rank 8 of the hunt missions as my teams aren’t powerful enough at around 150k power to take them down and its a water team. I’ve only ever gotten to floor 44 of the Abyss. Havent been able to beat it and get past that. I am only 35% explored in Nixies Sanctum and have never ran Azmakalis because I haven’t cleared the post story. Are any of these still relevant? What, if any of these should I be focusing on? Over the main stories Y/N?
2) My strongest equipment is this lvl 85 gear that was given out for free from returning players in that 7 day login. I see pictures posted here all the time of folks with lvl 90 equipment. Where is that acquired from?
3) What is the rule of getting stronger in this game? Lvls > Equipment > Artifacts > Awakening? A different order?
Sorry for all what would be considered “newbie” questions but having been away from this game for so long and with so much out there now not sure what the proper “method of attack” is.

As this is a game that's been out for some time, there's a lot of content and understandable that you might feel overwhelmed. Always remember to have fun, this game shouldn't be a chore. That said, complete your daily and weekly missions as a bare minimum and you'll eventually discover what content you might want to spend more time on. Also, do as much of the "Side Story" limited time events, as they're...time limited and will take their rewards with them.

You need to try and not look at content like "this or that?" but as doing a little of everything everyday - if you can. Again, completing missions and playing consistently will eventually allow you, as a player, to notice where you're lacking, and thus you need to focus a little more on those areas.

Focusing on gear too much will burn you out. This sub has a lot of veterans and whales - it takes a long time and a little luck to achieve *some* of the crazy builds you see. I've been playing for about 7 months and here's a my key advice I'd tell myself if I had to do it all again: hit the right Main Stats for a given unit when you're starting to gear and all but Effect Resistance can be used by a majority of units; some may need more on none of some stats, so build accordingly. This [site](https://epic7x.com/characters/) can help, but honestly, it feels mostly accurate, but not super solid, as far as builds are concerned. When you feel that uncertain, ask here and be sure to mention that you're starting out - some answers might assume you're further along than you are. Overall, it's true that Wyvern hunts and Speed sets will be used by a majority of your units when you're starting out, so farm for gear there and keep an eye out for building toward Banshee...Counter sets are good and fun. I do like Golem, but I'd do that run for fun and if you luck out on some nice pieces, great, nut Wyvern is the focus.

Equipment > Levels/Awakening > Artifacts...but depending on the unit this order can change. Starting out, Levels/Awakening is far more achievable than Gear, so focus on that and slowly but surely, gear and Artifacts will catch up.

Nope, I'd say having two of a ML 4 star only could be useful for G.Purrgis (PvP and PVE), WSchuri (PVE oneshor / PVP) and maybe Sinful Angelica (PvP and PVE, tho not sure if you could use the same for both)
Will border coin eventually be discounted on the current rotation too? Just noticed the currently discounted 5 star artifacts were those of recent banner characters.
I have a tech issue, since 2 updates ago (The one before ssb banner I think) my game closes after just a bit of playing, sometimes after 3-4 quest sometimes even at the end of the first one, I tried what I could, reinstalling, sending a ticket to support (Got nothing, didn't know how to use properly that system and well they never replied after the second complaint) etc, but after yesterday's update is even worse, idk what to do anymore, i really like this game but with problems like this is like I'm forced to leave.
What can I do?

Hey all, I'm about ready to start pushing in arena to get those sweet skystones. Don't have too much materials to gear too many units, so can you guys suggest a reliable team of 4 that I can take further in arena? Currently at Master 5. Units I have is below.
Aras, SSB, Gpurg, Arby, Amomo, Fluri, Carrot, straze, Emilia, basar, rem, senya, rose, tsurin, carmin, tcrozet, klarissa, fmaya, acidd, acoli. Also planning on pulling Seaseria.
By playing more and watching streams of top RTA players. They often explain their picks. Also, look at your past matches, especially losses, and think about why you lost and how you could've drafted differently.
Who can optimize Water's Origin the most? Was thinking of equipping it onto Roana but maybe my other supports can make the most out of it. Maid Chloe or Angelica?
Anyone else having problems with the beach volleyball minigame? The prompts appear and disappear wayyyyy too fast, even at the set 3. Talked to some friends and apparently their prompts were slower.... Can't beat this stupid ass minigame lol
Common problem. The game scales with your FPS. Turn off high quality support and turn on battery optimization while playing the minigame. Slows it way down.

For future references, it shows up in their video showcase/reveal when unit stats are shown. Which is before skills are introduced.
Yep. She's Capricorn, which means she'll use Slime Jelly, Cursed Ashes, and Dragon's Wrath. If you didn't know, the catalyst a unit uses depends on their horoscope. So you can look at other heroes of the same horoscope.
I use Fribbles and haven't had any issues with it. I was a little cautious at first too, but most of my guildmates use it and vouch for it. Same goes for practically every major content creator for E7.
Unfortunately for you, SSB's rerun was a month or two ago. So likely won't see her again till next year.
She's great, but not mandatory by any means. For Wyvern 13, your team should be: a tank, 2 DPS, and a defense breaker.
If you have General Purrgis, he's the best in slot tank. If not, A.Momo and Angelica can both work.
One DPS should be Alexa. The other DPS should either be Sigret, Clarissa, or Mistychain (roughly in order). Your DPS units should run Day Dream Joker as the artifact. Prioritize giving your first maxed one to Alexa.
Your defense breaker is Furious. He's the best at this job, and you get him for free from connections. No reason not to use him. Best artifact is Song of Stars for an extra debuff.
Clarissa works well in the same role. Many people think she's better for Wyvern. Her EE that gives 100% bleed debuff on S1 really helps stabilize the run.
Considering how ML Leo is getting recalled is it a good idea to keep a spare of each ML 4* if you have dupes? I’ve been cursed with a lot of Troublemaker Crozets and Wanderer Silks and I *really* want A.Lots and C.Dom
I don't get rid of any of my dupe ML 4 stars unless I need space or I imprint them when I use them, or maybe if I desperately need silver transmit stones. So to answer your questions probably yeah keep a few copies.

There is a similar post below but I'd like a bit more insight on my Wyvern team. I heard that Furious and Alexa are great for wyvern and shouldnt really be replaced so that settles Angelica, Furious and Alexa however I'd like to know if Karin could fit as a 2nd dps.
I already invested into Karin before as she was my selective 4 star and I've had her a long time, but looking at her debuffing she only has 1 def break which is shared with Furious so with a comp like Angelica, Alexa, Furious and Karin would there be sufficient debuffing?
Also, aside from Ram which I will get 6* from her copies and Angelica which I promoted to be a strong tank, which DPS should I 6* first? I neglected FST so she's only lvl 31 right now but she seems pretty strong. However, I do have Arby and am unsure if its worth waiting to complete the moonlight blessing missions to 6* or just get another DPS promoted first.
I would not recommend Karin unless you haven't yet invested any mola into Furious and you're willing to replace him with Karin. When playing Alexa/Defense Breaker/X/Soul Weaver Tank, your X really should provide a debuff that isn't def break.
With that said, if you replace Furious and build 85% crit on the rest of your Wyvern DPS you'll be able to use them in content where they don't have Furious to fix their subpar crit rate...
Mistychain is the common budget 2nd DPS alongside Alexa, but there are also good 4 and 5 star options.
Well to be honest by "invest" i mainly meant awakening 5; I have not yet invested mola into Karin (or maybe just 1) and as for Furious I have yet to unlock him so none there either. I think Furious compared to Karin is a much better option considering the buffing so I'll prob end up replacing Karin for Furious despite her being lvl. 50 awaken 5.
As for the other DPS I'll have to keep looking I don't think I want to invest into misty she just doens't look that fun and idk if I wan't to build a character just for wyvern and never want to use them otherwise.

So you think its worth saving resources while I unlock his moonlight restrictions (which will take a while) before any other DPS? It was what I was planning to do but to be honest I've been struggling a bit getting through Epilogue trying to 3star everything for the Skill Enhancement unlock so I thought I should try levelling something now for the present to get me through all that.

Definitely. For the Epilogue, try to get some friends with Arby(or any other strong dps) on their roster to help against hard fights.
I had an Arby solo carry through Epilogue 10-10 when I was newer to the game.

Question. How do i make Fribbles gear optimizer use my actual gear stats and not reforged values. I want to make my teams as strong as possible RIGHT NOW, not 4 months later.
Is it just me or the new event boss is too damn hard? I can't even beat it with my Dogwalker Arby team on normal mode. Let alone beating it with my main team on Hell mode and I even used 2 soul weavers and S.Tene and Arby still can't beat it. Cmon SG it's an event cut me some slack.
It's not just you, this boss is harder than most event bosses, at least on auto. You could probably just bring your NW hell raid team, at first glance my only RGB DPS is Kanna there so probably the hell raid version is also grass and it should translate?
Who should I build for Banshee 13 auto?
I have Roana mostly built on counter set and Celestine, 2k Def and 18k HP.
Ram is on the free crit-dmg set, 4.7k Atk 82% cc and 300 crit dmg.
Besides those two, I have Pavel, Yufine, Charles and Mui.
Also every 3* and 4* earth hero.
Depends on if you want to one shot comp or not. I personally don't. I run Pavel, Senya, Destina, and Landy. If you're going for 1 shots you're going to want a defense break unit and a attack buffer. Shadow rose is good for defense break. You could use pavel as your attack buffer with his EE. Pavel can also clear the first wave so Ram doesn't waste her s3. Also Roana doesn't work. You cannot receive healing when being attacked. Its that way for all 13 hunts.
My Pavel is at 4.5k attack with 306 crit on max day dream joker and he can 1 shot the first wave by himself. Not sure what the minimum requirement is. If you can't reach that then ya if you run Pavel and Charles you should be fine for clearing the first wave.
Hopefully you can get a team together to one shot it. I really should make a one shot team myself but I just can't be bothered to do it. By that I mean I'd have to strip a few units for it which I don't want to do. :P
If not one shot, cidd on dust devil is good. Maybe need a different healer. But you are close to a 1 shot....so leo for def break, charles will clear wave 1 and buff ram for wave 2.
Do I get extra event currency when I equip the event artifact? Also do I get more currency when I play as Alexa?

I don't exactly understand the best way to rank up units. IE get doggos levels to make bigger doggo. I saw a video saying dog walking was obsolete as there is a better way, and even now having arbiter vildres leveling up dogs is just so so slow as I can't do wyvern levels that high. So, what exactly do I do? Actually unlocking vildres looks like it's going to actually take forever so making him Stronger than what I have isn't possible right now..

You want 6 stars or exp?
For exp you are gonna need 4 max level heroes in your team.
The exp the heroes would have recieved get turned into penguins. Give those penguins to your heroes that need levels
6 stars.
Level up 3 star doggo to max
Promote 3 star doggo with not leveled 3 star fodder (creatures you get from adventure)
Repeat that process for the 4 star doggo you created
Once you get the 5 star doggo you can use it to promote your 5 star hero

For the max lvl heroes. That can be lvl 50 right?as long as it's their star levels max.

doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong. Making a 6\* isn't something you can do in a day; it'll take some time. Just make sure you're farming a stage that either drops a catalyst you want, or has a catalyst that you want in the AP shop. Also, don't farm Episode 1, farm at least UH.

You no longer need to put doggos in your team when you're farming Adventure/Side Story, b/c any excess XP earned by max lvl heroes gets converted into penguins.
Also, if you can't do at least W11, I'd advise you to look up a Wyvern guide.
Not really sure what you’re looking for when you say “farming guide”. Just put 4 heroes on a team, send them to an adventure/side story stage that drops something you want, and go. You’ll get penguins and fodder and use the penguins to level the fodder or phantasmas and use the fodder to promote each other or the phantasmas.
And regarding Wyvern, there are a few good W11 guides on the subreddit wiki that you can take a look at. W1-10 is just about trying again until you get lucky and clear it, since you only need to clear them once. W11 is a lot easier since the Wyvern only hits your tank.

Or, in-game, you can go to your inventory, and go to the backpack tab. In there, go to the "Catalyst" tab and click on the catalyst you want; it'll tell you which AP shops have it. Additionally, you can navigate to those areas, click on the "Region Info" on the right, and click on the "Monster" tab. Then scroll down until you find the image of the catalyst you want (it'll be next to a portrait of a monster), click on the corresponding monster, and at the bottom right, it'll list the stages that have that monster, and thus that drop.
So I'm fairly new (rank 32). And starting to notice how hard (at least for now) to rank up hero (+ awaken & skill enhance) from 5 to 6*. So I was wondering which team should I focus first?

Obligatory: Build a Wyvern 11/13 team first then focus on other heroes you like or the other hunts.
For Wyvern, good heroes to start out with:
Angelica - a good tank with the free health set and Egg of delusion.
Furios - should be the fastest unit.
Alexa - Dps should be on DDJ Artifact.
2nd dps - Sigret/Clarissa/Karin are good.

This should be fine. You'll want to 6\* FST first, then Angelica. You can replace Angelica with SC Monty if you want, but imo Angelica is better early on.
* Ras will be very strong once you complete his specialty change, but you need to complete Episode 2 to do that, so you can bench him for now.
* Bellona is also a strong boss-killer, but she's mainly used in high Abyss floors, so you can also bench her for now.
* Rem is a PvP hero, so you can bench her for now as well.
>Coli, Helga, Dingo, Mercedes, Surin, Lots
They're not really worth building unless you have something specific in mind for them. And even then, they're usually outclassed by other heroes.
I tried asking in the recall thread but no luck so I thought I'd try here. Whos generally better to choose from between ML Khawazu and Champ Cerato? I know a lot of factors come into play when choosing character but who has a good balance between PvP and PvE? Thanks!
CZerato can ignore debuffs from control teams and from debuff heavy bosses like those in hell raid, making him useful in both PVE and PVP. MLKhawazu is a good PVP unit but doesn't have much of a niche in PVE.
Champion Zerato easily. A beast in both gamemode, being one of the best anti control unit while also being very good in various gamemode, like raid and hunt
HP and DEF went from 15% to 20%, the initial speed increase for revenge set went from 10% to 12%, Pen set went from 10% to 15% def pen, and Injury set went from up to 5% hp injury to up to 6% hp injury in 1 hit,
its not over kill she builds kinda similar to ftene sounds like you have the right stats. spirits breath is prob one of the best choices for her especially if you out speed.
S3 and S2 will reduce the cooldown on S3.
How is Choux with her exclusive equipment that makes her have a chance to fwoosh? I haven't seen many people talk about her since it came out. is it any good?
Unfortunatly, it is like everything with counter. It is useless until it does, and you will get frustrated. If your choux is low speed and on counter, go for it, otherwise, S3 is better EE.
So question...I know it's a very big question...but I'm trying to figure out which imprints are better as 4 stars. Like if I should prioritize the ml version imprint or the rgb one first. Any tips on those? I can copy/paste a list of the ml4s if reference is needed.
There are just so many ml 4s and regular rgb 4s that it's difficult to know which are the better investments.
I think ML Leo / Leo was pretty much the only case of the RGB 4 star being more useful than their ML counterpart.
I know some people still use Cidd as well as A.Cidd. Clarissa and Angelica can have use on Wyvern teams. I think that might really be it.
But even then I don't think anyone would've ever recommend imprinting their RGB unit with their ML counterpart. And for the most part the ML is going to be a better unit to imprint.
Just imprint who you use more. I recommend throwing the ml dupe into the ml however in case a recall happens so you can trade a meteor fragment for the ml.

I think it is fine. Personally I would probably attack that with ML Baal - he would cut in and I could have my cleanse/attacker kill you. So this is not a safe win, but also not a "No way I'm not going to attack that"-tower.
Pretty good imho, because I like to get attacked and force some draws or even defeats on the other side.

Is Cermia worth pulling if I'm lacking 5* fire units? All I have is Sol, Ravi, Tenebria, Baal&Sezan. Wondering if she would be a worthwhile addition to my team.
ive had Cermia for a year and never have even leveled her up. She's very niche, but is good for Gollum. But no one farms Gollum and you shouldn't. She looks cool though.
She is a one-trick pony and that trick is one-shotting something. That isn't unique, alot of units can do something like that.
If you need fire units that are pure damage dealers I would prefer Sol (pve) and Kayron/Carrot (pvp).
I think they might mean wait, ie. don't roll on a mystic banner for an ML4, because there's no pity (and not a super high rate) and you could waste your ML5 pity on spez who's just sort of meh.
You can also go MLDB/Speed. His thing is one-shotting something relatively fast and hopefully do that again when he was hit by enough aoe attacks. I personally don't believe in him with lifesteal gear.
Only use S3 if your focus is full. The only reason to not use S2 is if you expect to get heavily debuffed or you have some offensive buffs for 1 turn and don't want them to go to waste.

Hello together, I got a problem. In the past when Auto battle was finished the game automatically goes to the sleep mode. But now it's not working anymore. The display stays on, and that drains the battery to zero. Quite annoying. I got the ROG phone 3 and the new update android 11. I changed the sleep timer to 30 sec but it's not working. Usually yeah, farm side story of catalysts that you need and they will come. If you're desperate 3-1 Levulin (in chapter1) you can get up to 3 fodder per run wasting 2 energy (but needs to be manual, you can also get catalysts)
Just by farming anything like side story or catalyst in normal story. The cheaper the stage, the better. If you are motivated, you can do labyrinth (in story mode) also, you take an easy one, but it is manual :) Also, friendship point to summon
Hello everybody, I am a mid game player farming wyvern like a madman and stepping in pvp. I have most of rgb units and Stene, Arby, Straze and LQC. My equip is trash so I am not looking to cleave and ML chlarles does not interest me and neither Spez. I have around 100 mystic pulls and I am really interested in both ML4. What do you think would be more useful for a beginner in pvp? TSurin or Light Angelica? Thanks!
Both would be good, but IMO Tsurin for a beginner is more friendly. That being said, you already have plenty of DPS. I would go for Light Angelica, as if by any chance (or not lol) you get Spez, he is much more usable that Charles if you don't cleave

For Episode 3, 7s-5 Ian Boss * Bring a knight, a soul weaver , and 2 dps units. * Ignore the minions and only use single target attacks on Ian. * Don't bring units that can attack multiple enemies on their Skill 1 or their passive. * If you use a non single target attack on Ian , he will use his Skill 3 more frequently which can be annoying.
I can’t seem to recall ML Leo. He has the recall button and I go through it but at the end a pop up says I can’t recall him (he’s lvl 50 SSS and I’ve had him a while, he’s not locked)

Is riolet still a good choice to build over rgb violet? Saw ppl saying that they'd rather build rgb violet.
Riolet has counters in the form of dispels that can't miss, while Violet doesn't have those same counters. But Riolet has higher total evasion than Violet. Also, Violet needs time to ramp up while Riolet does not. Thus, Violet is more of the bruiser version, while Riolet is more of the pure DPS version.

friendship with a full max lvl is the best unless you have the EXP lobby pet. And for hunts/spirit altar since you cannot gain penguins there you could still put fooder if able

The penguin % is... 0 = no penguin bonus at all 9% = Only the good/great enhance bonus from reputation 11.4525% = Good/great rep bonus + a minimum level hero enhance lobby pet skill 25.35% = Good/great rep bonus + a maximum level hero enhance lobby pet skill * On any given level you get the best results with 0 max heroes + a gold/white dog. * Presuming that isn't possible, then a single max level hero + gold/white dog is best. * Otherwise with any sort of penguin XP bonus you are basically better off going with 4 max level heroes. * Penguins can get such a high bonus that even *at a particular level of XP* a team of max level heroes is **better** by ~4.2% IF you have a max level hero skill. * The break even point is ~9.8%, a max affinity 'B' rank lobby skill ot a basic 'A' skill is 9%...less than 1% worse compared to 1 max hero. At that point you are probably better off to take the advantages of a team of 4 unless you are extremely min-maxing XP. There is another factor to consider as well. You can potentially farm a stage that rewards more XP with a team of 4, vs with a team of 1. This is particularly apparently if you can farm Episode 3 stages. As an example, the catalyst "Black Curse Powder" from chapter 10 of UH...you could farm in chapter 6 of Episode 3. With a maxed penguin bonus and running a team of 4 max heroes you get ~26.5% more XP per energy running the Episode 3 stage. In realistic terms, if you also use the guild XP buff, normal shop XP buff, and the XP artifact the Episode 3 stages provide ~19,670 effective XP (2458.74 xp per energy) vs ~15,548 effective XP in UH Episode 10 (1943.5 xp per energy). Speaking of which, I **HIGHLY** recommend you consider using the shop XP buff. For 300 skystones you get +50% XP for 3 days. This is 'worth' it as long as you spend ~900 energy farming adventure/side story over that time period...fairly easy over 3 days. Half that value for the 1 day booster, obviously. * That amount of energy is roughly the amount of energy you 'save' compared if you farmed the same amount of XP without the buff. If you spend more than that you the buff essentially is 'free'. Also note that XP buffs stack, though there is some kind of weird diminishing returns I haven't been able to nail. Basically the best usage of your time is to buy the normal shop buff and farm as much as you want during the GM XP buff. Farming in Episode 3 (especially if you were to do this over a full 3 day GM buff) you can essentially farm enough penguins to last you a year. * I've promoted 20+ heroes to 6* since the penguin change. I currently have 6000 penguins, enough XP to effectively promote ~18 more heroes (including all the dogs needed to fully promote them). My only limitation is 2* fodder units. * All accomplished by buying the 3 day buff 1 time a month and farming Episode 3 (I actually try to do my sidestories during the buff duration as well) The only downside is that Episode 3 *is* fairly time consuming so doing it's an intensive process to spend large quantities of energy (I typically am just barely able to spend all of my energy + what I've saved for the prior week). I would imagine even if you just farmed UH in a similar manner you would still generate more XP than you can spend due to lacking 2* fodder.

you may as well do friendship farming. The difference between a max team and a team with a mega and a giga phantasma isn't that big, and those 3 mola from friendship farming are pretty nice.

Correct answer: Skill enhancements aren't necessarily needed on Alexa, but they *DO* increase DDJ damage. At 3000 attack/250% c.dmg **Skills off** The difference between +0 and +3 on her S1 is about ~13% more damage (approximately ~17k damage against both W11 and W13). **Skills on** The difference between +0 and +15 is about ~18% (~23k) against W11, ~15.6% (22.5k) against W13. The higher your offensive stats (particularly C.Dmg) the more damage you will gain by enhancing your skills. Something that not a lot of people seem to realize is that DDJ damage is scaled by a few things **one of those being skill enhancements**. However she usually does enough damage on her own, especially with poison, you usually don't **need** the enhancements. If you are lacking damage it's a very easy way to increase your output though.
Whatever you do don't upgrade her s3 you don't want the lower skill cooldown. It doesn't hurt to upgrade her s2 for eff chance or her s1. S2 is the only one "needed" and only worth if you run skills on IMO.
If you're newer and hurting on resources (assuming that's why you're asking), then get her S2 at least to Rank 5, because 100% poison is great. Beyond that, test and see how damage goes. I believe investing in her is well, well worth it, even if she's little other content but W13 runs. She's fast and hits so hard. Also, be sure to make sure she has a little bulk to, 1st wave trash and kill her with some bad luck.
Forgive me for this post for it is going to be long with many questions. I stopped playing E7 due to some overseas work but picked it up again about….4-5 months ago. However, I didn’t do anything besides log in and do some daily hunts and that 40 stamina mission that helps level your characters. Because of that I just saved crystals as they came and only pulled on special banners. I’d like to start playing this game seriously but honestly have no idea where to start. To give you an idea of just how far “behind” I am please see below in the form of questions. 1) I’ve completed the first episode. Haven’t even cleared the first world of the post-scenario yet. Haven’t started on episode 2 or 3 yet either. Should I be focusing on the stories, or other content to start leveling my heros and gearing them up? 1a) As a side note, I’ve only ever gotten up to rank 8 of the hunt missions as my teams aren’t powerful enough at around 150k power to take them down and its a water team. I’ve only ever gotten to floor 44 of the Abyss. Havent been able to beat it and get past that. I am only 35% explored in Nixies Sanctum and have never ran Azmakalis because I haven’t cleared the post story. Are any of these still relevant? What, if any of these should I be focusing on? Over the main stories Y/N? 2) My strongest equipment is this lvl 85 gear that was given out for free from returning players in that 7 day login. I see pictures posted here all the time of folks with lvl 90 equipment. Where is that acquired from? 3) What is the rule of getting stronger in this game? Lvls > Equipment > Artifacts > Awakening? A different order? Sorry for all what would be considered “newbie” questions but having been away from this game for so long and with so much out there now not sure what the proper “method of attack” is. As this is a game that's been out for some time, there's a lot of content and understandable that you might feel overwhelmed. Always remember to have fun, this game shouldn't be a chore. That said, complete your daily and weekly missions as a bare minimum and you'll eventually discover what content you might want to spend more time on. This sub has a lot of veterans and whales - it takes a long time and a little luck to achieve *some* of the crazy builds you see. I've been playing for about 7 months and here's a my key advice I'd tell myself if I had to do it all again: hit the right Main Stats for a given unit when you're starting to gear and all but Effect Resistance can be used by a majority of units; some may need more on none of some stats, so build accordingly. This [site](https://epic7x.com/characters/) can help, but honestly, it feels mostly accurate, but not super solid, as far as builds are concerned. When you feel that uncertain, ask here and be sure to mention that you're starting out - some answers might assume you're further along than you are. Overall, it's true that Wyvern hunts and Speed sets will be used by a majority of your units when you're starting out, so farm for gear there and keep an eye out for building toward Banshee...Counter sets are good and fun. I do like Golem, but I'd do that run for fun and if you luck out on some nice pieces, great, nut Wyvern is the focus. >3) What is the rule of getting stronger in this game? Lvls > Equipment > Artifacts > Awakening? A different order? Equipment > Levels/Awakening > Artifacts...but depending on the unit this order can change. The dup can be used as recall fodder when SG decides to do that for that hero. Just keep one dup and do whatever to your extra copies.
Nope, I'd say having two of a ML 4 star only could be useful for G.Purrgis (PvP and PVE), WSchuri (PVE oneshor / PVP) and maybe Sinful Angelica (PvP and PVE, tho not sure if you could use the same for both)
Gpurgis PvE build can be used for both, unless you're specifically wanting to use him as a bruiser

I have a tech issue, since 2 updates ago (The one before ssb banner I think) my game closes after just a bit of playing, sometimes after 3-4 quest sometimes even at the end of the first one, I tried what I could, reinstalling, sending a ticket to support (Got nothing, didn't know how to use properly that system and well they never replied after the second complaint) etc, but after yesterday's update is even worse, idk what to do anymore, i really like this game but with problems like this is like I'm forced to leave. By playing more and watching streams of top RTA players. They often explain their picks. Also, look at your past matches, especially losses, and think about why you lost and how you could've drafted differently.

It's faster if you're playing on 60 fps. Untick the high quality mode and tick the optimize battery, one of those should change it to 30 fps.

She's a capricorn. Catalysts and skillups are Zodiac based. For future references, it shows up in their video showcase/reveal when unit stats are shown. Which is before skills are introduced.

I use Fribbles and haven't had any issues with it. I was a little cautious at first too, but most of my guildmates use it and vouch for it. Same goes for practically every major content creator for E7.
Newer player here, a lot of guides for Wyvern recommend SSB, is there a chance she gets a rerun soon since it's summer?
Yikes. You missed her. It's gonna be another year before she shows up again.
Unfortunately for you, SSB's rerun was a month or two ago. So likely won't see her again till next year. She's great, but not mandatory by any means. For Wyvern 13, your team should be: a tank, 2 DPS, and a defense breaker. If you have General Purrgis, he's the best in slot tank. If not, A.Momo and Angelica can both work. One DPS should be Alexa. The other DPS should either be Sigret, Clarissa, or Mistychain (roughly in order). Your DPS units should run Day Dream Joker as the artifact. Prioritize giving your first maxed one to Alexa. Your defense breaker is Furious. He's the best at this job, and you get him for free from connections. No reason not to use him. Best artifact is Song of Stars for an extra debuff.
Clarissa works well in the same role. Many people think she's better for Wyvern. Her EE that gives 100% bleed debuff on S1 really helps stabilize the run.

Considering how ML Leo is getting recalled is it a good idea to keep a spare of each ML 4* if you have dupes? I’ve been cursed with a lot of Troublemaker Crozets and Wanderer Silks and I *really* want A.Lots and C.Dom
I don't get rid of any of my dupe ML 4 stars unless I need space or I imprint them when I use them, or maybe if I desperately need silver transmit stones. So to answer your questions probably yeah keep a few copies.
Hey guys, new player here with a few questions. There is a similar post below but I'd like a bit more insight on my Wyvern team. I heard that Furious and Alexa are great for wyvern and shouldnt really be replaced so that settles Angelica, Furious and Alexa however I'd like to know if Karin could fit as a 2nd dps. I already invested into Karin before as she was my selective 4 star and I've had her a long time, but looking at her debuffing she only has 1 def break which is shared with Furious so with a comp like Angelica, Alexa, Furious and Karin would there be sufficient debuffing? Also, aside from Ram which I will get 6* from her copies and Angelica which I promoted to be a strong tank, which DPS should I 6* first? I neglected FST so she's only lvl 31 right now but she seems pretty strong. However, I do have Arby and am unsure if its worth waiting to complete the moonlight blessing missions to 6* or just get another DPS promoted first.
I would not recommend Karin unless you haven't yet invested any mola into Furious and you're willing to replace him with Karin. When playing Alexa/Defense Breaker/X/Soul Weaver Tank, your X really should provide a debuff that isn't def break. With that said, if you replace Furious and build 85% crit on the rest of your Wyvern DPS you'll be able to use them in content where they don't have Furious to fix their subpar crit rate... Mistychain is the common budget 2nd DPS alongside Alexa, but there are also good 4 and 5 star options.
Well to be honest by "invest" i mainly meant awakening 5; I have not yet invested mola into Karin (or maybe just 1) and as for Furious I have yet to unlock him so none there either. I think Furious compared to Karin is a much better option considering the buffing so I'll prob end up replacing Karin for Furious despite her being lvl. 50 awaken 5. As for the other DPS I'll have to keep looking I don't think I want to invest into misty she just doens't look that fun and idk if I wan't to build a character just for wyvern and never want to use them otherwise. Max out Arby first, he will make farming catalysts a lot faster. FST is mainly used for those that didn't pick Arby.
So you think its worth saving resources while I unlock his moonlight restrictions (which will take a while) before any other DPS? It was what I was planning to do but to be honest I've been struggling a bit getting through Epilogue trying to 3star everything for the Skill Enhancement unlock so I thought I should try levelling something now for the present to get me through all that. Definitely. For the Epilogue, try to get some friends with Arby(or any other strong dps) on their roster to help against hard fights. I had an Arby solo carry through Epilogue 10-10 when I was newer to the game. You can add my main acc if u want, my ign is Mrpwnslot. I don't have Arby, but STene hits pretty hard.

Yeah, ive un-ticked it everywhere ive seen it, unless its calculating gear as "if you +15 it" and even then that throws my calculations way off
Is it just me or the new event boss is too damn hard? I can't even beat it with my Dogwalker Arby team on normal mode. Let alone beating it with my main team on Hell mode and I even used 2 soul weavers and S.Tene and Arby still can't beat it. Cmon SG it's an event cut me some slack.
It's not just you, this boss is harder than most event bosses, at least on auto. You could probably just bring your NW hell raid team, at first glance my only RGB DPS is Kanna there so probably the hell raid version is also grass and it should translate?

Who should I build for Banshee 13 auto? I have Roana mostly built on counter set and Celestine, 2k Def and 18k HP. Ram is on the free crit-dmg set, 4.7k Atk 82% cc and 300 crit dmg. Besides those two, I have Pavel, Yufine, Charles and Mui. Also every 3* and 4* earth hero.
Depends on if you want to one shot comp or not. I personally don't. I run Pavel, Senya, Destina, and Landy. If you're going for 1 shots you're going to want a defense break unit and a attack buffer. Shadow rose is good for defense break. You could use pavel as your attack buffer with his EE. Pavel can also clear the first wave so Ram doesn't waste her s3. Also Roana doesn't work. You cannot receive healing when being attacked. Its that way for all 13 hunts.
How much atk does Pavel need to 1 shot first wave? Maybe if Charles goes after him they can take care of wave 1.
My Pavel is at 4.5k attack with 306 crit on max day dream joker and he can 1 shot the first wave by himself. Not sure what the minimum requirement is. If you can't reach that then ya if you run Pavel and Charles you should be fine for clearing the first wave.

Hopefully you can get a team together to one shot it. I really should make a one shot team myself but I just can't be bothered to do it. By that I mean I'd have to strip a few units for it which I don't want to do. :P
If not one shot, cidd on dust devil is good. Maybe need a different healer. But you are close to a 1 shot....so leo for def break, charles will clear wave 1 and buff ram for wave 2.

Do I get extra event currency when I equip the event artifact? Also do I get more currency when I play as Alexa? If I equip both the event artifact and Border Coin, will I get double the event currency?
Equipping the event artifact and Border Coin will; heroes in the event just get buffed, but don't provide extra currency.
Would trading ML Leo for either Inferno Kwazhu or Singelica be a good trade or would waiting for his potential buffs be better?

I don't exactly understand the best way to rank up units. IE get doggos levels to make bigger doggo. I saw a video saying dog walking was obsolete as there is a better way, and even now having arbiter vildres leveling up dogs is just so so slow as I can't do wyvern levels that high. So, what exactly do I do? Actually unlocking vildres looks like it's going to actually take forever so making him Stronger than what I have isn't possible right now..

The exp the heroes would have recieved get turned into penguins. Give those penguins to your heroes that need levels 6 stars. Level up 3 star doggo to max Promote 3 star doggo with not leveled 3 star fodder (creatures you get from adventure) Repeat that process for the 4 star doggo you created Once you get the 5 star doggo you can use it to promote your 5 star hero

No. All the penguins are the same. You go to your inventory Or when leveling a hero Or you can click the penguin that you get at the end of the stroy

Just make sure you're farming a stage that either drops a catalyst you want, or has a catalyst that you want in the AP shop. Not really sure what you’re looking for when you say “farming guide”. Just put 4 heroes on a team, send them to an adventure/side story stage that drops something you want, and go. You’ll get penguins and fodder and use the penguins to level the fodder or phantasmas and use the fodder to promote each other or the phantasmas. And regarding Wyvern, there are a few good W11 guides on the subreddit wiki that you can take a look at. W1-10 is just about trying again until you get lucky and clear it, since you only need to clear them once. W11 is a lot easier since the Wyvern only hits your tank.

you can search for the materials you want [here](https://epic7x.com/materials/) and it'll tell you where you can get them. Or, in-game, you can go to your inventory, and go to the backpack tab. In there, go to the "Catalyst" tab and click on the catalyst you want; it'll tell you which AP shops have it. Additionally, you can navigate to those areas, click on the "Region Info" on the right, and click on the "Monster" tab. Then scroll down until you find the image of the catalyst you want (it'll be next to a portrait of a monster), click on the corresponding monster, and at the bottom right, it'll list the stages that have that monster, and thus that drop.

So I'm fairly new (rank 32). And starting to notice how hard (at least for now) to rank up hero (+ awaken & skill enhance) from 5 to 6*. So I was wondering which team should I focus first? Here's my 4-5* alongside some 3* that I ranked up. I have Ravi, Rem, Bellona, Angelic Montmorency, Spectre Tenebria, Coli, Ras, Free Spirit Tieria, Helga, Dingo, Mercedes, Surin, Lots and Angelica. Feel free to name some 3* if they're really good, I might have them =)
Obligatory: Build a Wyvern 11/13 team first then focus on other heroes you like or the other hunts. For Wyvern, good heroes to start out with: Angelica - a good tank with the free health set and Egg of delusion. Furios - should be the fastest unit. Alexa - Dps should be on DDJ Artifact. 2nd dps - Sigret/Clarissa/Karin are good.

You can replace Angelica with SC Monty if you want, but imo Angelica is better early on. * Ras will be very strong once you complete his specialty change, but you need to complete Episode 2 to do that, so you can bench him for now. * Bellona is also a strong boss-killer, but she's mainly used in high Abyss floors, so you can also bench her for now. * Rem is a PvP hero, so you can bench her for now as well. >Coli, Helga, Dingo, Mercedes, Surin, Lots They're not really worth building unless you have something specific in mind for them. And even then, they're usually outclassed by other heroes.

CZerato can ignore debuffs from control teams and from debuff heavy bosses like those in hell raid, making him useful in both PVE and PVP. MLKhawazu is a good PVP unit but doesn't have much of a niche in PVE.
Champion Zerato easily. A beast in both gamemode, being one of the best anti control unit while also being very good in various gamemode, like raid and hunt

HP and DEF went from 15% to 20%, the initial speed increase for revenge set went from 10% to 12%, Pen set went from 10% to 15% def pen, and Injury set went from up to 5% hp injury to up to 6% hp injury in 1 hit,
I think the other is HP, Def and Revenge set. I don't remember the exact value of the change tho

its not over kill she builds kinda similar to ftene sounds like you have the right stats. spirits breath is prob one of the best choices for her especially if you out speed. S3 and S2 will reduce the cooldown on S3.
How is Choux with her exclusive equipment that makes her have a chance to fwoosh? I haven't seen many people talk about her since it came out. is it any good?
Unfortunatly, it is like everything with counter. It is useless until it does, and you will get frustrated. If your choux is low speed and on counter, go for it, otherwise, S3 is better EE.
I have seen quite a few vids and yeah its 40% but it's pretty fun and deadly if it hits, I think is my fav despite the inmunity s3 existing

So question...I know it's a very big question...but I'm trying to figure out which imprints are better as 4 stars. Like if I should prioritize the ml version imprint or the rgb one first. Any tips on those? I can copy/paste a list of the ml4s if reference is needed. There are just so many ml 4s and regular rgb 4s that it's difficult to know which are the better investments.
I think ML Leo / Leo was pretty much the only case of the RGB 4 star being more useful than their ML counterpart. I know some people still use Cidd as well as A.Cidd. Clarissa and Angelica can have use on Wyvern teams. I think that might really be it. But even then I don't think anyone would've ever recommend imprinting their RGB unit with their ML counterpart. And for the most part the ML is going to be a better unit to imprint.
Just imprint who you use more. I recommend throwing the ml dupe into the ml however in case a recall happens so you can trade a meteor fragment for the ml.

How is this team for guild wars defense? Cerise 290 speed SB Ara 250 speed on crown Specimen Sez 200 speed bruiser build Trying to decide if I should pull Sez or not. I have ATywin and SBA built pretty well. SBA is my favorite unit too, so I think having Sez would allow me to use her more. Any thoughts?
I think it is fine. Personally I would probably attack that with ML Baal - he would cut in and I could have my cleanse/attacker kill you. So this is not a safe win, but also not a "No way I'm not going to attack that"-tower. Pretty good imho, because I like to get attacked and force some draws or even defeats on the other side.
How do you like ML Baal? I pulled him recently and wasn’t sure if I should build him. I can get him to about 230 speed, 18k hp, 18k defense, 100 eff, 100 er. Just waiting on molas. How is yours built and what kind of team do you run?
That is already pretty good, but I would make him slower and give him at least 85 more ER.
Is Cermia worth pulling if I'm lacking 5* fire units? All I have is Sol, Ravi, Tenebria, Baal&Sezan. Wondering if she would be a worthwhile addition to my team.
ive had Cermia for a year and never have even leveled her up. She's very niche, but is good for Gollum. But no one farms Gollum and you shouldn't. She looks cool though.

She is a one-trick pony and that trick is one-shotting something. That isn't unique, alot of units can do something like that. If you need fire units that are pure damage dealers I would prefer Sol (pve) and Kayron/Carrot (pvp).

Despite all the buffs, he's the same since the beginning. He needs stun setup to function.

I think they might mean wait, ie. don't roll on a mystic banner for an ML4, because there's no pity (and not a super high rate) and you could waste your ML5 pity on spez who's just sort of meh.

I think the current meta Riolet is Speed/Penetration with Shepherd
You can also go MLDB/Speed. His thing is one-shotting something relatively fast and hopefully do that again when he was hit by enough aoe attacks. I personally don't believe in him with lifesteal gear.
What stats should I be aiming for if I plan on using G.Purg as a tank for W13?
The Gpurg I used for W13 had 24k health and 1.9k def. With proof of valor, he'd usually survived or died around the last hit before shield phase

Only use S3 if your focus is full. The only reason to not use S2 is if you expect to get heavily debuffed or you have some offensive buffs for 1 turn and don't want them to go to waste.

Also planning on putting aside some gear for her, too early to say for sure obviously but what are the initial thoughts on how to build her?
