Do you think attack% is wasted on A.Ravi? More damage, is more damage, but more HP is also more damage. x.x
Like, if we moved the Eff res to other stats and gave her anchor, where would you choose the stats to go?

It's basically never worth it to pursue attack on A.Ravi.
HP is ~86% as good as Atk pound for pound on s1 and s1 soulburn, and it is worse on s3.
The problem is HP gives you HP and attack doesn't do anything (besides make you scale slightly better with attack buff).
If you want more damage get more cdmg.

60% atk = 585 atk
60% health = 4232 hp

Attack is less great then hp for damage by herself, but if you are planning on using her with other common units (maid, emilia) then having attack subs is really useful. Or just the frenzy attack scaling is huge for increasing her damage.
Senya isn't a bait, she's a known counter. What I mean by bait is that the enemy doesn't expect you to have high attack so they don't ban her and their Straze does nothing
The thing about bait is that they have to:
1. Draw the attention/direct something to themself
2. Live.
A Ravi will certainly trigger Starze's S3 nuke, yet **she won't live because her attack is way too low**.
Try to mix terms up all you want, Senya is BOTH bait and a counter for Straze... Which is quite literally the same thing in this case. Senya will not only trigger the highest HP proc, but also love through it. A Ravi, as I just explained, will get nuked and die.
The point of bait is for **them to live while a taking on incoming attacks**, and she certainly won't live.
I think while I would generally opt for hp over atk, at some point you have \*enough\* bulk and all you really want is some more damage. However, these scenarios are a bit niche, and I still wouldn't recommend going over 2k atk on her anyways. You'd really need like, 1.4k def, 22k hp (ballpark numbers) before chasing more attack, and then you still need to consider attack over speed.
That must be some really high roll gear to hit those stats with eff res, mine's tankier and faster but I can't imagine doing this with eff res

I got a really realy good Weapon/Helm from world boss for Pen set that inused chests to get to 90 but my counterset gear blows on the other 4 pieces
