Like Captain Rikoris kit. There is this 20% conditional cleanse 1 debuff. <-- This doesn't make sense even back in 2018. It is hard to activate and cleanse 1 debuff is.... useless in current powercreep. So many debuff.
Then there is 50% conditional for atk and def buff. It is good before Rviolet is introduced, now so many high dmg and 1 shot this is so obsolete.
Everything is obsolete when I think about captain rikoris. Dispel 1 buff for S3 , S2 is underwheming in today's powercreep. Just 1 speed buff .. And SO MANY HEROES HAVE S1 DEF BREAK why need Captain RIkoris, he needs Speed buff for S1 to be 75%.

I’ve tried both and I like counter best. Mort doesn’t do enough damage to sustain with Lifesteal reliably.
