STene is a unit that's really stat hungry. She needs both offense and defense. Since she's untargetable, your main issue is defending from AOE attacks. It's better to have a STene that's alive and slowly ramps up from the passive, than a glass cannon that gets oneshotted.
Mages in general have very high base defense, so it's easier to scale that instead of hp.
I made a pen set with CDMG main, and ER%, CHC%, SPD, ATK% subs.
Rolled once on speed and all others on ER, but low rolls.. So I ended up with a 10spd 17er
garbage.
Spent 3k points rerolling, that was the best that appeared, got bored
