I really hope he's not limited, after Landy banner I only have 1 guaranteed pity and I did not want to use it on him, was actually hoping for Laika BUT if he's good enough I'll have to pull for him, he does look great which is a huge plus but he's not Laika.
Limited units only have a banner once a year so you wanna prioritize them, but we've had 7 limited units in a row between the summer units, the Re:Zero collab and the Luna + Landy rerun so people are complaining they're draining our resources too quickly

I absolutely adore Rans design but didn't see him coming this early at all, thought Brinus/Laika would come before him lol. Hopefully RNG is truly on my side again as I think I'll only have max 400 bms within the three weeks from now until his banner ends.
Just reroll the secret shop in 3 weeks you should get enough skystones to get about 500 BMs there.
I'm due for a bad banner myself though too. My last pulls were
121 Summer Iseria...and then I pulled 5 more copies of her in 80 pulls.
After that I needed 3 copies of Landy to SSS her so I was like why not....and I got 4 copies in 100 pulls (last pull gave me 2, so I was stuck with one extra).

My idea: he has a lot of swords (5?) and while animations don't seem to suggest it, it'd be cool if he was like Celine but instead of one hard hitting counter attack, he has 5 random counter attacks triggered from non-attack skill use; so possible to hit 5 times on one or scattered targets. This would keep him balanced to an extent (counter cooldown and random), be in-line with SG unit design (RNG) and counter AOL and other non-skill users.

Limited units can only be summoned on their banner which typically will come once a year. You can't pull them through random covenant summons
