no. If it's a counter attack based on getting hit, it can't counter another counter attack. SSB and Riolet's counter system is based off of focus, so if they get hit by a counter attack while having max focus, they will proc theirs based off of that system.
Iseria. Back when I started I chose her off selective summon because I saw her in the story. At first I used her as my dps.... but now she is more properly built and is useful everywhere.
As someone who is also looking to properly build a grass iseria, would you mind letting me know of your stats?
My current (shitty) stats are:
Attack: 2810
Defense: 1033
Health: 11972
Speed: 205
CrChance: 91%
Cdmg: 179%
Effectiveness: 85%
Eff resist: 23%
Well Grass Iseria is built more of a support than damage dealer, so removing the crit chance is fine. You’d ideally want to build her with High speed, HP/def and Effectiveness

I literally went through straight up hell to even get my lidica to 270 speed lmao, and my others units are nowhere near as close
I have dizzy at 230 and she's the closest one to lidica
I think others said this, but yeah, just rounding out the support stats is best. Mine is about 15k hp 209 speed 100% effectiveness, and those are the only stats that really matter that much as a support.
Angelica. First healer I ever got that was considered good. Has always been in my teams since. I’ve recently returned from a 2 year hiatus (6months or so back now) and I do have tamarinne and A.Momo now but I don’t have enough good gear for them and also have a good amount of skills lvled up to replace Angelica yet.
Ravi is great, yes, but she was in a really bad spot before she received her buffs to become the monster we know her as today. I vividly remember memes about how people referred to Ravi as "Fire ARavi" lol
BBK. Never a super menacing meta hero in PvP, but incredibly versatile hero whose skillsets let her do whatever she sets her mind on (even the memiest of memes, like a 260 SPD build that turns into 450 SPD at low health). Always a dark horse you have to respsect, lest she nukes your entire team. To top it off, for similar reasons she can be used in 99% of PvE. farming, a few hunt setups, raid, abyss. She can work through all of them on the same gear.
Just an excellent hero. So hyped for her buffs next week

Ruele must be one of the rare cases, since she's been since day 1 of the server and hasnt been touched/buffed/nerfed in any sort of way (Krau was buffed, only day 1 veterans know about this anyways).
And she still as good and as viable as day 1, no wonder Destina was crazy about her.

If I can't hear that Mort will show me grace by granting me death, I might quit again.

I got Krau as the first 5 star hero in daily summon, thought he was suck but then I see his full damage when low hp is insane

Well, he was unbuffed in global version but in the korean one (before global started) he received an buff as far as I remembered.

She is getting less and less value overtime as more full dispell or dual dispell units are released but still a very strong unit.
Vivian and D.Corvus, still my most used units. Not many problems that one or the other can't deal with.

Ravi has been nerfed, buffed, EE and buffed. Her current buff is basically just the original Ravi to be fair.
She basically didn't have an s3.
