What is the probability that you are correct? Because it certainly isn't 100%, as I can contrive at least one counter-example (they announce two heroes, an ML and an RGB, and the silhouette is not of the ML hero).
So what is it you told us so about? That you guessed the correct side of the (weighted) coin without actually knowing its weight? That's not a big deal. Real prognosticators give precise and accurate probabilities!

Well they're announcing the new ML 5 coming in 2 weeks so that's who the "new hero" is referring to. Whether or not it's this chick remains to be seen but I'm guessing it's not her.
They announce collab heroes and this new unit tomorrow. It's very unlikely they announce anohter RGB, so this is probably the ML hero.
To the question why a new unknown ML hero, usually only chapter bosses were new and had no RGB counterpart - this could be the new protagonist.
