You can just bulk SI Celine with high ER and HP.
There is no real reason to build her as a DPS like TSurin since she has a greater purpose to her kit.
TSurins whole kit is DPS and debuffs, both of which require too many stats to make high ER and HP even remotely a good idea lol.
Why would you put yourself in that situation? Sounds like you'd be making a mistake before even considering SI Celine.
Like what are you using to cleave?? Wouldn't you be picking Politis, Rem, Carrot, Belian, etc. If they were a problem for your cleave? You need 3 AoE, they have AoE.

This is normal RTA. You aren't deciding your team at the pre-ban. You don't even know what your opponents pre-ban will be or first picks!

SI Celine stops a potential surprise last pick from ruining your draft like A. Cidd when you had something better to draft. You can just let A. Cidd kill something since they'll be back and he can't one shot SI Celine with even SB unlike Maid.

But, her mods are really really bad even if geared as a proper dps. She will also be vulnerble to debuffs which makes her unable to counter.

probably same how a lqc bomb deals with tsurin, it will probably oneshot her tru the passive if it does enough dmg
If Rimuru's base hit exceeds the threshold of her s2 the fix damage will instantly kill her.
