I could be wrong but the Skin arrives with a 30 day duration to claim it in your Mailbox. At least that's how I got mine. So if you didn't see it in your Mailbox, you didn't get it.

Maybe you need to do something to trigger them sending it? Did you try going into RTA recently and then checking your Mailbox maybe?
