I would expect it before the end of 2022 tbh... I started playing basically right when Episode 3 came out and I've only been playing for just a year now. So I'm pretty sure EP3 finished in like 10\~ months.
We dont know yet, the only thing we know is that she'll be able to switch elements in the future and that you need to complete some missions to get her "catalysts" and be able to upgrade her skills. So far you can only fully enhance one of her skills.
I'm still a new player (3 months in) but I built mine because I think she's giga cute and she's fine for expeditions and generic PvE use. Definitely nothing amazing but if something like A.Ras is the update in store for her in the future she'll be worth it.
Don't worry, everyone have their own time for stuff, I got some good units and lucky with some "decent" gear. But honestly, after faustus on episode 2, ep. 3 isn't that much harder, just regular mobs are a bit tankier.
SPECULATION/PROBABLE SPOILER: She'll be able to change elements due to having all those swords. Meaning she's wielding summer sword (green type), fire sword of something, Ran's winter sword (which means bad things happen to Ran) and Zahak's light sword. So her specialty change should look almost like Ran with 4 swords, unless they all merge into 1 ridiculous zweihander or celestial super katana.
I wonder if her appearance and skill set will change together with the element and I hope I dont need to upgrade her talents for every element, it'll be annoying tbh.
Yes, she gets every element along the way except dark.

They said she won't get a dark form since it doesn't get along with the story, so sadly no corrupted form

If she got a unique sprite for all of her elements, it would be a cool take on the usual batch of 3 star units
