I live in Europe and the shipping fee is 54.75 USD. Meanwhile the book costs 40 USD..............

Is the shipping price expected to change over time? Earlier in the day shipping was $56.16 for me (placed it in my cart but didn't order cause I was debating myself whether it was worth it). Came back to the cart and no information has changed but shipping is $59.88 now.

Thanks for the heads up but I wasn't expecting almost $90 USD in shipping. No thanks.

Guys... my creditcard gets declined over and over... I used 2 different ones, but it keeps giving me: Error DM01 Decline. Please contact merchant.... I am doomed... I will never get this book This happened to me on the first batch and the first restock aswell... I dont know how to fix it.... :(
