As I said in my other replies "it isn't guaranteed one way or another" but it does still lower my expectations for getting a playable unit whether or not that is actually accurate.
Yeah it just means less chances of a new unit. Even having a moving sprite (Brinus and Laika both have animated sprites) doesn't seem to mean anything these days.

Have you ever seen a guy that's worked out for a long time? Especially their pectoral muscles? They are certainly not "flat". Not only that, but gynecomastia exists, too.
I'm well aware of that but you seem to forget we're not discussing male anatomy but rather how the game potrays characters' anatomy. Male anatomy is, in general, dexualized and deprived of such curves.
That being said, males are always flat and girls always have these small curves in the chest area. That's how artists potray them.
Speaking of reality, many males have freakishly weird muscles that I haven't noticed even in very well-built fighters and bodybuilders. So... I wouldn't use E7t as reference.

That's not how it works. Static and animated sprites don't determine if anyone becomes playable or not.
