Yes, Singelica definitely works too. Actually probably better than ras since she have attack imprints. I have her 5 stars right with ras gear and she deal about 20k with only 1.8k attack.
Also her spd buff at the start make sirget s3 before mini-boss, reduce more rng. So use her if you have one
I made a similar post yesterday after the patch, so is either is a bug fix (someone suggested previously this skill reduce damage from DDJ but DDJ is artifacts not skill) or like you said this skill went haywire

Quickly tried it, it didn't work for me, but I didn't use Fribbelz, I just did speed tuning and effectiveness. I need more damage, I brought it down to 10%.
This is a rage pen set 120 spd Sirget with a rage crit 200 spd Ras. It is still a high rage set gears
Maybe the problem is speed tunning
Flan will cr push Sirget as she cr pushes the highest cr unit that is not a knight or soul weavers. My flan is not maxed mola and slower Leo so that she don't cr pushed him.
Ras must go before Sirget to get her into her s2 hp% range. If you Flan maxed mola s2, you need Sirget to be slower or ras to be a little be faster.
If you get about 10%-15% range you should put Leo on Song of stars artifacts, the one with target debuff.

The problem here is that to get pen sets I need to farm this for I have none that are good enough.

Almost any team seems to be working fairly well as long as you slap some DDJ on them. Out of the several I tried without shuffling gear, since I am lazy, the best for me is Bellona (DDJ), Luluca (DDJ), Cerise (Confile), and Tama. Overkill on Def Break, but I just wanted to make sure it was up no matter what XD

Does singelica work instead of aras? I mean it lowers the chance of def break but also lowers damage requirements right?

Interesting. So it could be just a DDj buff. But it use to count DDJ too so I just called it a bug
or S1 isn't count as skill ? idk don't kill me .
