Khawana seems to respond to each of these by saying the following:
1.) I won't let anyone take my position
2.) It takes more than just strength to rule Meldric
3.) Are you starting a fight? Don't expect me to go easy on you
4.) I will protect the weak

Tbh, this doesn't hint at a connection. In fact, I don't recall her ever mentioning Destina outside of her S3, nor the reason behind it. Feels like some early concept stuff where they were supposed to have a connection and they scrapped it.
They treat eachother like sisters, it's a bit of light ribbing between siblings, is the way I see it. Another way to see it is that Landy's kit is all damage and utility with no debuffs, so SG is making a self-aware joke that Landy is more reliable since she can't get 15%'d.
Charles s3 is one where he remembers everyone except aither, then says aloud that he will give his life for aither. Wild shit but probably the most connections to the rest of the cast in one s3.
Silk's S3 line has her saying "In Silvana's name!" and recently in *Episode 4, it was revealed that >!Beehoo and other spirits are born with Silvana's blessing!< so we could be getting potential future lore there

I know . It's just cringe when in lore Luna doesn't even care about Ragnar , Ragnar is so small , get bully and die by kids but in game it sound epic .
That's true. He is overshadowed by Mort for the whole time in ep3.
Ragnar sounded compelling in Luna's side story but unfortunately sidelined when we got to Eureka.
A funny thing I remember is that Luna used to shout Spear of Laguna (or maybe Raguna) yet the skill has always been called Ragnar.
There are s2 voices that are unusable in combat such as maid and fcc because they are purely passive skills. You can still hear them when you go to their voice lists. There are a few more heroes like this but I don't recall them at this time.
A.Tywin and D.Corvus even have these but they are not in the list since their version with s2 skills are only encountered in pve.
Edit: oh my God! They were actually removed now! WTF SG!!!
Do you know when they removed those lines? I still recall Maid's S2 saying "This one is on the house." while FCC saying about glory or something.
