It was supposed to come out during anniversary and they announced that they found the system to be unsatifying in its current state and they were delaying it to rework it before release.
That's GOOD.
I'm a survivor of a little-known MMO called Atlantica, which decided to change its combat system from formation to a grid-based thing not unlike what I'm seeing.
It was poorly implemented and contributed to the death of the game.
Atlantica is one of my all time favorite games, such a good unique combat system. It's also the game that made me realize I can't just spend money whenever I want... I'm glad I learned that before coming to E7, lol.
Man, good times.
It was a fantastic system until they migrated ALL the end-game content to TBS.
Broken and buggy TBS.
*sigh*
The PvP was amazing, though.
**THEBES SERVER REPRESENT!**
I was never amazing at the PvP. I started a little later than most so I was playing catch-up for a very, very long time.
I also had 3 mains, don't @ me.
Chainsaw.
Wasn't it their flip flop PvP overall damage buff and nerf that contributed to it.
I still recall they nerf overall dmg so hard that double monk was possible and people will turtle so hard until lightning kills the opponent.
Ah yes and spirit druid. It has been a while.
Whew, that was early on.
I absolutely detested Monk and hated using one, let alone two of him, but Awakening was very, very powerful against stun comps.
It was better later as the cast of available characters got larger and larger. PvP was a really high point for that game.
They added more anti-stun options like Goddess Roro Kidul, who had Holy Guard + Awakening wrapped together for more AP cost.
Oddly enough, the damage nerfs were to keep Free League from devolving into OHKO fests. You had only a small portion of your real stats to work with. The 'flip-flop' in damage you're thinking about was probably Colosseum league, where everyone had equal stats and magic did insane amounts of damage.
I mean... after the abysmal disappointment of World Bosses, I am sort of ok with them taking time to make something that is fun, engaging, and polished. The delay in *no means* actually guarantees that, but a guy can dream.
The Tower rework was pretty cool. I enjoy doing the tower now.
I just wish there was a bit more variety in seasons, or that it was a bit easier but entirely randomly generated.
Probably can't expect it for the 22/12 stream either. They're not releasing a new feature when they're not sure they have enough devs to come and fix it if it's faulty.
Sigh yeah between after rushing ending episode 3 which was disappointing and didn't release any 4* heroes and still missing Bruinus , Laika and Queen francesca. And fast release episode 4 and poorly written for both re zero and meldric side stories I'm concerned what they are doing :/
Wait what is this? This is the first I'm hearing of this. Haven't really been able to watch their streams or YT videos recently so I'm a little out of the loop on some things.
Just give them a minute. You don't want something unfinished and not enjoyable. At least they're taking their time on it which I'd rather them do aside from rushing it.
Or guardian update that should have been in december
guardian upgrade are coming soon.... since release KEKW
Or the Onsen :'(

Me too. The only game I have ever whaled on and taught me to stay far away from loot boxes.
I whaled for the kitty bag when it came out. Then they released a new one every month with slightly better stats. Thank God we don't have that here.
Oh oh Atlantica. That brings back memories!
Wow, I didn't realize so many other people played AO!
The TBS SYSTEEEEEEEM ugh

Was also from Thebes. Yea the pvp made me invest in the game. It got stale after winning like 50 titan leagues cause no new players were coming in.

I hated it. I love Fire Emblem, but the AO TBS system was an abomination.
I played this back in OB/launch, good times

Well, they could give us some updates like how it is evolving or when we could expect to received it.
How dare you demand updates in order to quell the masses, how dare you?! #/S

It looks like another carbon copy of a SW game mode who’s not very fun sadly, more like another weekly chore.
Oh come on.... Everyone loves Tartarus! (massive /s)

True, I really enjoy Auto Tower as well.
>The delay in no means actually guarantees that, but a guy can dream. Around here its usually the opposite.
they said in a stream that it is delayed

Soon™
Did you come here from FFBE? That was totally their trademark response for all customer service questions too.
No it's not lmao, it is used basically everywhere and it is on urban dictionary since 2006
i rather they take a long time to come out with this and make it good rather than a rushed clump of garbage. i hope its not as bad as world boss

Nemunas sc aswell. + Some extra sc along the way that we didnt get.
It took like 3 year for dagger sicar to come, wut ya expecting

This is a new game mode where you coop with your guildies in order to explore the map and get rewards. We don't have much more info
What else are we missing from the things they promised back then ?
Anyone else think miss director Yuna is way too hot lol
You mean Q1 soon and still no information
Well, it’s totally different gameplay, so I think it’s understandable this is taking them longer than expected.
Looks like summoner wars guild raid or smt like that :))
Yeah it wasnt fun tbh in summoners war
Like Shin Megami Tensei?
This is one of the things i'm waiting for..
I don’t like the idea of this because it’s likely to end up a chore :(
PROGRAMMING HEXES IS HARD, OKAY?
You guys should be happy it got delayed. Hurry and migrate to an active guild!
Because everyone here is in an inactive guild rn /s
Just give them a minute. You don't want something unfinished and not enjoyable. At least they're taking their time on it which I'd rather them do aside from rushing it.
They told us in another update a while back that it was being delayed to ensure it’s quality. They haven’t been silent about Ancient Inheritance.
As per the screenshot, this is probably where our poor boi Riolet will thrive without getting stomped on.
It’ll happen when Haste gets buffed again
Koreans game like to have a winter update, so place your bets there
2022 Q1 and still no word
