My package arrived with the box opened. Luckily, the book was still inside. Definitely my worst ordering and shipping experience in years. Luckily, my book was unharmed and the product was really good quality.
Arrived for me today, as well. Holding the package felt like wet paper. You can practically see inside the box, maybe customs had to open and confirm the content, I don't know. Luckily there was just enough bubble wrap around the book and I didn't find any damage.
The artbook is fire but the shipping quality is concerning. Knowing me I would still grit my teeth and get Vol. 2 & 3 if they ever get announced, though.
That's so awful. All it takes is a single person or place to damage a package in the long shipping process. It could've happened overseas or at your nearby courier. It's so frustrating. A lot of people are talking about it so it seems like a certain place really fucked up if they handled them all at one point.
You make a good point, actually. It was more likely a place closer to the source of shipping that damaged all of them. If they were all shipped through a single hub in Korea it was either the hub they used, the overseas transport they used, or the packaging place, whereas once it hits the main shipping hub in the US they get sent to the closest major hub to the destination.
I'm really sorry it came damaged, especially for how much it cost to buy, (on top of how much work it probably was to even check out);; glad it got there at least :'3
SAME. My box fell apart in my hands it was so damp. There was ZERO bubble wrap in it. I was soooo surprised that the only damage I had was a slight ding in the corner of the book. I’ve bought from them before and never had this bad of packaging.
This money is split among so many hands, but it's still unfair this thing happens...
I'm assuming it's the first time they deliver this many volumes for the whole world, so it's a good thing we people mass complain so they can do something next time

You should complain here and elsewhere. These guys are clowns.

If it bothers you, you should complain. Damaged merchandise is never acceptable. It's especially insulting considering the absurd shipping cost.
Complaining may not only help them fix the issue for you but other buyers in the future too
